We had a great experience with The Learning Experience Ahwatukee over the last 2.5 years. The teachers are kind, the facility very clean, very receptive to any feedback, child centric, clear policies with even the front office staff warmly welcoming the kids in the morning and acknowledging and greeting bye in the evenings. The teachers have been great, and take interest to engage the child. The app provides regular updates with pics, messages on food etc. You can see how happy the kid is from some of the pictures itself which helps with peacr of mind. The facility is well maintained and toys/material new and sanitized regularly. Kids get workbooks and follow a curriculum, yet have a good recess time in the outdoor play area. They have interactive TVs that help kids learn too. Additionally, teachers truly know your child which is great. If your child needs extra help at drop off, they are accommodative to a reasonable extent. Center is cleaned regularly has been one of the well maintained day cares we have experienced. TLE has been a great partner to us in taking care of our kid while we work and we would 100% recommend it to anyone.

About 6–12 months ago, the leadership team changed, which initially made us a bit concerned—but those concerns quickly disappeared. The new management and teachers are warm, professional, and clearly passionate about working with children. They’ve continued the high standard of care and even brought in fresh energy and ideas. Security protocols are solid (double key card access, detailed check-in/out records), and communication with parents is always clear. The facility is clean and organized, with daily outdoor play (with sunscreen), creative activities, and fun seasonal events. This location is the most incredible center I could ever imagine sending my son too! My son walks in happy and smiling every day. He knows all his classmates names and talks about his teachers at home all the time. His teachers love him so much and he adores them. As a full time working mom, I couldn’t ask for more than that. I leave for work every day with 100% peace of mind that my son is happy and fully taken care of. The directors and admin team have also been nothing but supportive of my family and our needs. I couldn’t recommend this location more and if you want to send your child somewhere with amazing staff, great curriculum and activities, cleanliness and support, then please come here ??
