My foster child attended this learning center, and I have to say that, out of all the daycares I've experienced over the years, this is by far the cleanest and friendliest. Kendra, who runs the center, is an absolute sweetheart and truly cares about the children and families. Debbie, the first person you see when you walk in, is always warm and welcoming. The ladies in the infant rooms, Elizabeth and Jackie, are absolute rock stars. Their kindness, patience, and dedication made such a positive difference. If you're looking for a daycare you can trust with your child, I highly recommend this one. My foster child came home happy every single day, and that gave me so much peace of mind.

There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful I am for this daycare and the people who have cared for my daughter. ?? From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond, not only for my daughter, but for me as well. Being a young single mom and trying to figure out life, motherhood, work, and everything in between on my own has not always been easy. There have been plenty of moments where I felt overwhelmed, unsure, or like I was just trying to keep everything together. During those times, Kendra and Debbie were always there. They never made me feel judged or alone. They listened, supported me, helped me find positive solutions, and always reminded me that things could work out. That kind of support means more to me than I could ever put into words. They have loved and cared for my daughter in a way that made me feel completely comfortable leaving her in their hands. Their communication has always been amazing, and I always knew what was going on with my daughter. I never felt like she was “just another child” there. They genuinely knew her, cared about her, and treated her like family. And honestly, that is how I came to see this daycare as family. ?? It breaks my heart that I had to move and transfer my daughter to another daycare. Leaving wasn’t easy because I knew we were saying goodbye to people who had become such an important part of our lives. I will always be thankful for every person who loved, cared for, encouraged, and looked after my daughter during her time there. If I ever move back to the Addison area, there is absolutely no question that my daughter would be coming right back here. I would choose them again and again without hesitation. If you’re a parent looking for a daycare, especially a parent who wants to know their child is genuinely loved and cared for, I cannot recommend this place enough. And the fact that they accept CCAP is such an amazing resource for families. Kendra, Debbie, and everyone there.. thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for taking care of my baby, but also for taking care of me during some of the hardest moments of learning how to navigate motherhood on my own. You gave me reassurance when I needed it, support when I felt overwhelmed, and a sense of family when I needed it most.

Our son has been enrolled at TLE for the last 20 months. We have been very happy with his learning, especially his vocabulary development. He comes home weekly knowing new words that my husband and I did not teach him. He’s truly thriving and we feel that his teachers really know him. When my son has had issues with other kids the teachers and directors have been responsive. We always hear from Kendra, Debbie, or Isela in a timely manner. All 3 of them are willing to talk to us about the issue and work together to find a solution. We will be happily enrolling our next child at TLE Addison!

We love TLE Addison! We enrolled our first child at 13 weeks old and we couldn’t be happier. Leaving an infant anywhere is nerve-racking, but they have completely exceeded expectations. We’ve had an outstanding experience with The Learning Experience (TLE). Our family has been part of TLE for over three years, and we couldn’t be happier. Both of our children have thrived here—our oldest recently “graduated” from their preschool program, and the transition was seamless thanks to the incredible teachers and administrators. What sets TLE apart is the balance of fun and education. From engaging indoor and outdoor activities to lessons that build early skills in letters, numbers, writing, and more, our kids have received excellent exposure both academically and socially. They even supported us with potty training, which was a huge help. The facility is extremely secure with a key card entry system and a fenced-in playground, giving us peace of mind that our children are safe while having fun. We also love their app—it keeps us connected with real-time updates, lets us log absences easily, and even shares tagged photos we can save as cherished memories. Overall, TLE has been amazing in our children’s growth and development. We highly recommend The Learning Experience to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for their little ones.

TLE has been a phenomenal experience for our family. Our child absolutely loves her days here. She has learned and developed so much with the curriculum that is in place as well. Plus the staff is absolutely amazing and we have full trust in them to care for our child. The meal plan is also full of healthy options. They also have an app that allows you to see a few pictures throughout the day. Highly recommend TLE for any families looking to put their kids in day care. Enrolling our child was truly one of the best decisions we have made as parents.

As an early intervention speech therapist, I visit many daycare centers, and this is one of the best I’ve seen! The teachers are knowledgeable in child development, create engaging and creative activities, and appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs. The center is always clean, the children appear happy and involved, and there’s consistently something fun and enriching happening. I had an amazing experience with this daycare! The teachers in the infant room, Valerie, Liz, and Jackie (who helped with early morning drop-offs), were all wonderful. My son was always happy to be dropped off, and I felt comfortable leaving him there know he was in good hands. Kendra is absolutely fantastic—she’s always ready to listen to any concerns and works hard to come up with solutions. In fact, all administrative staff is also top-notch. They do an excellent job with communication and keeping everything running smoothly, from managing systems to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Overall, this daycare is a great addition to your support network when it comes to raising kids. I couldn't recommend it more! ??1

My oldest has been at TLE for almost four years, and my youngest a year and a half. At this point everyone in the building has either had one of my kids in their class or has helped out in one of their rooms. No daycare/school is perfect but a loving and caring environment for a kid to grow is worth its weight in gold. The teachers and staff genuinely seem to care about the kids and each other which gives me a piece of mind during the week. If selling you on the staff and teachers isnt enough the mix of learning and fun has never left my daughter disappointed! The excitement they have after their day at school constantly gives me the reassurance I need in knowing I made the best decision by enrolling them at TLE.

I have so much positive things to say about TLE. If you are feeling anxious where to put your children or if they are in good hands, this is the place where all your worries go away. The teachers/Staff are SUPER friendly & very welcoming. The amazing app they have to keep you updated about your child what they did, what they ate, it even comes with pictures, etc. I want to give a huge shout out to my sons teachers in preppers they do an amazing job with potty training! I can go on about how amazing this place is, thank you so much Debbie and Kendra for everything you do! This is the cleanest daycare I've ever seen. Definitely a 5 star and I'll definitely recommend to any parent! Josiah loves his friends and teachers and is always excited to come.

Finding a Daycare to properly treat your children is super overwhelming! I came across The Learning Experience and felt right at home! I went from feeling super anxious, to knowing my son is in good hands! Happy definitely does happen here, and if you are searching for AMAZING, PATIENT teachers, this is the right place! Being a single working mom, childcare is necessary. Safety, learning, and the price is important. From the minute I walked into TLE, I felt welcomed. I've toured other daycare centers and felt the judgement from the directors about being a single mom, or that they were only looking to get paid not the actual well-being of someone's kid. Jj is incredible! The whole staff is actually amazing. JJ is great with communicating any of information needed, and super easy to talk to. You can feel the love he has for the kids at his center. Any question big or small, there is always someone there who has an answer. When my son first started going to TLE, he wasn't verbal and didn't have a lot of experience with other kids his age. (Thanks Covid) within the first couple weeks there, he started coming home saying words… ACTUAL WORDS! A huge shoutout to Mrs. Critique, treating my son like her own! That's all I ever could have wanted. The way my son is taken care of is the most important thing for me. I'm so happy I found TLE, and that they are apart of my little community.

Our little one has now been through two different classrooms at The Learning Experience - Addison (infant and toddler) and they have both been fantastic! The entire staff there are incredible and really take the time to get to know your little. Sometimes he doesn't want to leave at the end of the day! I think my favorite thing is the classroom like curriculum that they follow there. My son learns so much and I know that it is setting him up for success :)
