I am the franchise owner and business manager of The Learning Experience Warwick. In 2017, the opportunity arose for my husband and I to become franchisees of TLE’s first Rhode Island center. As first-time parents who were starting to think about childcare for our own one-and-a-half-year-old, we jumped at the chance and opened our doors to our center in late February, 2018. My background is in marketing in a corporate world, but this career change has been lifechanging. Meeting and getting to know so many children and families has been such a rewarding experience thus far, and I look forward to continuing to nurture those relationships and grow our little Rhode Island TLE family for years to come.

Jill joined The Learning Experience as Center Director in January of 2021 with over 25 years of experience in the early childcare field. Jill's focus at TLE is ensuring our staff and classrooms are the best they can be. She handles teacher trainings and is the point person for most staff and parent matters. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm keep our school happy and running smoothly each and every day. Jill lives in North Providence with two little boys of her own.

Ashley is our Business Manager. She joined TLE in August of 2021, and is responsible for recruiting staff and growing enrollment. Ashley works hard to ensure all operations are running smoothly each day. Her experience in both early childhood and franchising make her the perfect fit for our TLE family!

Ms. Aleshia has been here at TLE for over 6 years! Ms. Aleshia has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 18 years! She enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of the children she serves

Ms. Brianna has been with TLE since 2021. She is an active member of the Air National Guard and she is currently in school for a degree in ECE administration. She loves spending time with her children and reading in her free time.

Brandi has been with TLE since October 2022. Brandi has 15 years of experience in early childhood. She loves crafting, being a cheer coach and a dance mom. Her classroom goal is to teach kindness to all of her students. Brandi was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2023!

Ms. Stephanie has been with TLE since 2023. She has been teaching for over 11 years. She enjoys journaling and photography. She is so fun and loves to make her children laugh. You can always see her singing and dancing in her classroom when you walk by.

Ms. Remi has been with TLE since 2024. She is so sweet and kind and never hesitates to give a helping hand. She enjoys donating her time and helping out with our school events. She enjoys gaming, reading and drawing. She loves incorporating art and bringing it to life in the classroom.

Ms. Megan has been with TLE since 2019! Megan enjoys scrapbooking, taking photos and drawing. She loves spending time with her three cats. She enjoys exploring art in the classroom and watching them grow and become independent everyday.

Ms. Lindsay has been with TLE since 2021, she also attends RIC and is working towards earning her degree in Early Childhood Education. She is an avid reader and cheer coach. She loves to implement the Spanish curriculum and create engaging dramatic play learning areas. She was awarded Teacher Assistant of the Year in 2024, which inspired her to become a Lead Teacher.

Ms. Alicia graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in 2023 from Purdue University. Ms. Alicia has been working with children for more than ten years and has two girls of her own. She loves circle time and bringing curriculum to life in her classroom. She was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2024.

Ms. Olivia joined our TLE Warwick team this year. Although she may be new to our team, she is an incredible asset! There is no challenge she won't face and she'll have a smile on her face the entire time. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and going on weekend adventures with her family. She loves spending time with the children in her class and forming strong connections with them.

Ms. Lisa has been working with families and children since graduating from Boston College with a degree in Social Work. She enjoys spending time with her two children. She is a huge fan of crafting and will never pass up the opportunity to make a new wreath! Ms. Lisa is a huge asset to our Infant team and was awarded the Teacher Assistant of the Year award in 2023.

Ms. Brittney has been with TLE since 2022. She loves spending time with her son and finding an adventure outside. She is a great team player and is always there when someone needs her. She is a ray of sunshine and always smiling!

Ms. Cass has been at TLE since 2024. She loves to spend time with her son and her family. She enjoys playing video games, reading and tarot readings. She can always be seen laughing and having a dance party with the children in her class.

Ms. Olli has been with TLE since 2024. She is always so fun and goofy, always keeping the staff laughing! She loves to go to concerts with her friends and work on cars in her free time. She can be seen sitting with the children in her class, getting ready to do a fun craft.

Ms. Abbi has been with TLE since 2023. She loves to spend time with her friends whenever she can. She enjoys going shopping and doing makeup. She is so caring and loving towards the children, they always light up when they see her smiling face.

Ms. Kylie has recently joined our TLE Warwick team. She loves to go hiking and paddle boarding. She is a big fan of the outdoors and always up for an adventure. She loves to bring in her ukulele and sing to the children. She is always willing to help and never doesn't have a smile on her face!
