she was so excited and did the count down everyday until June 21 arrived. For the first time in several months when I picked my daughter up from daycare she was smiling and happy. I just want to thank Ms. Shannon and the staff at TLE for making Madison a priority and my day worry free knowing she is being well taken care of and all of her needs met. The staff is more like family then daycare providers.

Due to the pandemic of 2020 and my daughter having to go remote for school I had to move her to a different daycare that could accommodate her schedule and mine. Day after day she expressed how unhappy she was and that she just wanted to go back to The Learning Experience. I finally called Ms. Shannon with my fingers crossed, I explained to her how unhappy my daughter was and questioned is there anyway you could take her back. Ms. Shannon was upset to hear that my daughter was so upset. Her words to me were my heart is broken to hear this and yes you need to bring her back. Oh my gosh, where to start?! Our son started at The Learning Experience (TLE) Tyngsboro after his in-home daycare suddenly closed their doors. I e-mailed TLE's director Shannon in an absolute PANIC at 6am on a Monday morning and she was immediately on my phone 5-minutes later reassuring me that TLE not only had a spot for our son, but that she would be happy to meet with us that day to talk. Shannon and Kori (assistant director) sat through my first-time-mom laundry list of questions and made my husband and I feel secure about absolutely everything. By that afternoon we decided on TLE for our son and we are SO glad we did. The environment is well maintained, beautiful and perfectly stimulating for little minds, the tuition is right on par with other childcare facilities and the staff loves our son just as much as we do! We look forward to many years to come at TLE Tyngsboro.
