Hi! My name is Caroline, and I’m the Assistant Director. I’ve been in the early childhood education field for 10 years, and my passion for supporting young children and their families continues to grow every day. I believe that early education sets the foundation for lifelong learning, and I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all. One of my greatest joys is celebrating diversity and fostering a sense of belonging for every child. I’m a strong advocate for inclusion and love incorporating different cultures, languages, and traditions into the school community. I speak three languages—English, Portuguese, and Spanish—and I use this to help connect with children and families in meaningful ways. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and exploring new cultures. I’m so proud to be part of a team that values connection, growth, and the unique strengths every child brings to the classroom.

Nicole is our Business Manager and brings 28 years of experience in early childhood education and school operations. With a deep understanding of both the business and educational sides of childcare, she ensures that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our teachers and families can thrive. Nicole is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment for staff, children, and families alike. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and shopping.

I am the Infant B Teacher, alongside Roseangela. We nurture and teach the infants and enjoy every single day. We bring love and fun to the classroom.

Hello, my name is Miss Nancy. I am the Assistant Teacher in Twaddler A classroom. I enjoy working with the children each day and bring a background of EI experience with me. I love interacting with them through play and helping them learn as they grow. On my free time I enjoy reading and taking walks.

I love working with children because each day is an adventure. I am always laughing and smiling with them and it brings a lot of joy to my life.

Hi, my name is Dara. I am the Preschool 3 Teacher. I have been in the childcare field for thirty years. I have worked for The Learning Experience for 12 years. I believe that children learn best with visual and auditory instruction. I hope you share in my belief that teaching is the world’s most important profession. Miss Faryal is so excited to be part of your child’s early learning journey. She believes that children learn best through hands-on experiences, and play. My name is Yaritza Bilodeau, I have been working with The Learning Experience for almost five years now. I love working with the children and their families. Besides teaching, I am interested in learning more about becoming an esthetician. I enjoy listening to all types of music genres from country all the way to rap. I have a strong passion for creating a nurturing and playful environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Watching little ones grow, explore, and develop new skills brings me so much joy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son!

Miss Rosangela has been with TLE since 2024. Her choice to become an early childhood educator is driven by her passion for nurturing children's development during these crucial early years. She has a desire to make a positive impact through her beliefs in the power of intentional teaching. In her free time she enjoys dancing and going out to eat in Italian restaurants.

Miss Kylie has been with TLE since 2024! She is a toddler teacher and has been in the early childhood field for 5 years. Outside of work, she is a mom to a four-year-old and one-year-old. In her free time, she loves going to the beach, swim, and watch movies together!

Miss Mackenzie has dedicated the past four years to supporting young children during their most important years of development. She loves creating fun, engaging, and inclusive classroom experiences where children feel valued and excited to learn. She believes in teaching the whole child while fostering emotional, social, and academic growth. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys going to the beach and traveling.

Yiniva takes pride in creating a warm and welcoming environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. She enjoys working closely with families and is committed to helping each child build confidence, curiosity, and compassion.

Victoria has been working with children since graduating high school in 2021 and quickly discovered her passion for early childhood education. She loves watching children grow, learn, and develop their own unique personalities. Victoria believes in creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with both children and families and looks forward to being a positive part of each child’s early learning journey.
