I have been an employee of TLE Marlton for 6 1/2 years now and I couldn't be any happier. From day one, I was welcomed with open arms and encouraged to strive to be better than my best. The staff at TLE Marlton is such a great, tight-knit community that they are more like family to me than coworkers. The parents are definitely top notch and are appreciative of how much their children learn in our care. Most of our Preschool 2 students who graduate can read, which is a beautiful thing to see blossom. I love my TLE Marlton!!!!

Feeling comfortable while i was at work and the kids were in school was big for me. Out of every daycare I went too, I felt they would be learning first at TLE. There not baby sitting my kids. They are preparing them for school. The other factor that was huge was that every single person that works their is pleasant and very loving. That is a hard job and to always be nice and concerned about all the kids. The classrooms are not huge. The staff goes above and beyond everyday. From the owner to every staff member they are just wonderful people. My wife use to work at a well known daycare and the people that worked there were not always pleasant. It's the best staff I've ever seen in a daycare. My kids were never in daycare before and my daughter was 3 when I enrolled her. She never had an issue. Both of my kids loved it from day one. That is because of the staff, hands down. In the year my kids have been their they have made leaps and bounds on there education. They always have fun stuff they are doing, it is a secure building, and I've never worried a minute about my kids while they are their. Hands down this is the best place I have found for my kids. I recommend the school to everyone. And I want to thank everyone who works there for making my kids feel special everyday, helping them learn and treating them like they are their own kids. The worst part is one day my kids will leave and go to public school. If I can keep them TLE I would.

I highly recommend TLE of Marlton! From the moment my husband and I toured the facility, we knew it was the place to send our daughter. Going back to work when she was 16 weeks old was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do (and it's still hard to leave her every day!) but it makes me feel so at ease to know that she is being cared for by the staff at TLE Marlton. They are all wonderful and so friendly and really make sure that she has the personalized care and attention that she needs every day. The facility is clean and very bright and welcoming. You can tell that the staff takes pride in making sure they are providing a great environment for learning and playing. My daughter loves her teachers and is doing very well and that's the most important thing for a mom and dad. Thank you TLE Marlton!

My daughter began here in February. She has never been good with transition.... But let's face it, what toddler is? After our initial tour and her first day, all my anxiety (and hers) had disappeared! This facility is full of friendly, genuine, loving staff members. I couldn't be more impressed by how clean and organized it is. They are up to date with the latest technology and hands-on learning. I am at peace dropping my daughter off every day, not just because the security measures are top notch, but because I know her teachers love her like their own. Thank you, TLE! My daughter is thriving, happy, and learning at an advanced pace both socially and academically because of you!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TLE of Marlton, NJ!! My family and I recently moved to Voorhees and needed to find a daycare for our 2 year-old daughter and soon to be born son. Prior to our move, we toured/visited approximately 8-9 daycares in the area. As soon as we walked into The Learning Experience of Marlton, NJ, however, we knew it was the one. For starters, the center was immaculate, very bright, and overly welcoming. Once inside, the staff was very friendly and outgoing. After we met the owner/director, Tricia, we knew that this was the place that we would trust to watch over our most cherished possession(s)!! It has now been over 9 months since we picked TLE of Marlton as our daycare and we now have two children enrolled in TLE. I can honestly say that we have never second guessed our choice and consider TLE our second home! Miss Tricia, the co-directors, and teachers care so much about the children and continually strive to make TLE of Marlton a better place for children to learn and have fun with their classmates. Most importantly, however, my children learn SO MUCH from their teachers and the other students at TLE. We frequently recieve compliments from others about how smart and well behaved our children are. As much as my wife and I would like to take full credit for that, I will honestly admit that we owe a lot of that to the teachers/staff at TLE. In sum, we are SO LUCKY to have found TLE of Marlton and highly recommend it to any parent in seach of daycare for thier little ones!

Leaving my 3 month old while I went back to work full time was a very stressful time, however I felt completely at ease leaving him at The Learning Experience. The staff are amazing and treat my son as one of their own kids. The center is extremely clean and organized. At the center my son is getting social interaction with other children, follows a curriculum, does baby yoga, works on his mobility and eye hand coordination skills. The difference I can see in my son compared to other children his age is remarkable and I have the learning experience to thank for that. After touring so many childcare facilities, the moment that we toured Marlton TLE our family knew that it was going to be the perfect place for us. From the first encounter to everyday interactions, we could not be more pleased with the care and professionalism that we receive. The director, assistant director and teachers go above and beyond to make sure that no detail is missed and they provide the best experience possible. When choosing a childcare facility, the hope that your child can continue infancy through preschool was a huge deciding factor in our choice and we have no doubt that it will become a reality. We can not stress enough the comfort and compassion that is provided.The transition of childcare is a lot more enjoyable when you feel at ease and know your child is in such great care.

As a new mom heading back to work, I had a lot of reservations about leaving my daughter at a daycare all day. My husband and I searched about for a couple of weeks-trying to decide on a place to send our little girl (who was only 4months old at the time). As soon as we stepped into The Learning Experience in Marlton, we automatically knew that this was the right place! Everything is very bright, clean and colorful! The staff is very warm and welcoming when you walk in the door-willing to greet you each morning! I also love how everything is VERY secure and safety is definite priority-which is extremely important to us. The director is very accommodating and genuinely cares about every staff member and child within her center! My daughter LOVES going to school every day and seeing the entire staff! The staff members in my daughter's room are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I love how I can walk into her class, at anytime and know every staff member in there. They truly make sure that every concern I have as a new parent is acknowledged and made a top priority. When Aubrey first started, I had a personal goal of getting her to sleep in a crib because we were working on it at home. Her teachers definitely impressed me because within two weeks, Bri slept in her own crib at home-making our lives a little easier. My daughter has also mastered a lot of milestones in her class just from working on the gross/fine motor skills daily and socializing with her peers since she started at TLE. I feel really good leaving my daughter at TLC each day!

Our son has been attending TLE in Marlton for several months. We love the clean, friendly, and warm environment. We visited other daycare in the area and TLE stood out with its impressive building. We loved their make believe blvd. which is unique to TLE, and though it's a franchise, the owner/director takes great pride in making the center unique. There are pictures of our little guy in the hallway and we get his art projects sent home all the time. I was blown away with how much they did with the babies for Mother's Day! I cannot say enough good things about TLE Marlton, we love it that much, and most importantly so does our son!

From the time we heard about the construction of The Learning Experience in the Fall of 2013, my wife and I were excited. We knew that the daycare we had our children in at the time was basically a waste of money. My 3 year old would come home every day and tell me that he did not learn anything today. At first, I did not believe him since he was only 3 but after some closer observation I realized that he was not in an environment geared toward learning. I watched every morning as his teacher would sit in a chair drinking a large ice coffee as the kids ran around the room doing whatever they wanted. Now image that going on from 8AM to 6PM five days a week!!!! As for my daughter, she was placed in an infant room that size of my 1 car garage with children ranging from 6 weeks to 18 months old. With all the jumpers, swings, and toys, there was no room for a baby to learn to walk, let alone crawl around safely. My wife and I were concerned that she was not developing in comparison to other children we knew her age, as she did not say a word we could recognize at 15 months old. In July 2014, we brought our kids to TLE Marlton for the first time. They fell in love with it immediately. The school looked amazing!!! Every room was well designed, safe, and with more than enough space. Patricia and Nicole made us feel comfortable, as they were able to answer every question we had with confidence. After 5 months, I have seen a big difference in the development of both of our kids. My son runs up to me as soon as I walk through the door to tell me what he learned in school on that day. I get frequent feedback both verbally and through written reports from his teachers on what he is learning and areas he could improve upon. He even has homework!!! My daughter's vocabulary has exploded. Both of them are excited about their teachers and look forward to going back every day. After having my kids in 3 other daycares, I can comfortably state that TLE Marlton is the gold standard! They have far and away met my expectations, and my kids are thriving due to the energy and enthusiasm that Patricia, Nicole, and their 5 star team of teachers bring to TLE everyday:)

I began my journey at TLE in August of 2014 starting out as a teacher’s assistant in the Toddler, Twaddler and Prepper classrooms. Through the years I have received several promotions and currently hold the title of Business Manager. I have a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Rutgers University, and understand that a great education needs to begin at an early age. Coming from a theatrical background I have a natural inclination to dance, sing and act! I started at TLE Marlton in January 2021 in the Toddler A classroom. I was born in Poland and moved to the states when I was 11. I have 3 daughters and am very active with my grandchildren. I love watching the kids in my class grow and learn new things! I am very passionate about teaching the children and could not imagine working in another field.

I have been at TLE since January 2018. I am a Biology Major at Rowan University. My future goal is to attend Medical School and pursue my career in Obstetrics. The time I have been at TLE has been amazing watching all the kids grow and graduate! Accepting a position here was the best decision I ever made and I couldn't imagine working anywhere else! To me, it is not just a "job", it is more like a therapeutic environment that I visit each week to ease my mind. The children hold a very special place in my heart and I am more than thankful to be able to experience such amazing moments with the little ones.
