Having taught in Olathe Public Schools for 10 years, I've always loved being around children and have a passion for education and nurturing relationships. This passion grew after I enrolled my son in child care where I saw the interaction and education he was gaining there, and made me strive towards one day opening my own child care center. This dream became a reality when my husband and I joined The Learning Experience family in 2020 and opened our own TLE center in Liberty, MO in January 2021 and a center in Leawood, KS in August 2023. My husband Scott and I reside in Lenexa, KS with our three beautiful children. I have a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and a Masters in Reading Instruction from MidAmerica Nazarene University. For fun, I enjoy weekends at the lake, baking, and traveling.

In addition to 4 years at The Learning Experience, Ms. Lauren has spent the past twenty years working in the field of education. She has mentored staff, developed curriculum, and taught and coached all ages! Ms. Lauren holds a certification in Early Childhood Education/Child Growth and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Education. Ms. Lauren truly believes that through positive and loving relationships and engaging learning experiences, we have the opportunity to aid children in their development and build a foundation for lifelong learning. She cannot wait to see how our TLE graduates change the world! Ms. Lauren grew up in Liberty and currently lives in Grain Valley with her husband, Phil, their two children, Avery and Vivi, and their dog, Frank. She loves spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, shopping, playing volleyball and cheering for the Chiefs!

Ms. Bailey is one of our Assistant Directors at TLE-Liberty. Ms. Bailey has been a part of our team since February 2022. Her past experience includes working as a Center Manager, Nursery Supervisor, and a classroom teacher. Ms. Bailey is a graduate of Excelsior Springs High School and is currently working to complete her degree in Early Childhood Education. She has two little boys, Ryker and Baynx, and enjoys shopping and spending time with family and friends in her free time. Ms. Bailey's goal is to create a safe and fun environment for all of our little learners at TLE-Liberty.

Ms. Jillian specializes in guiding families through the enrollment process, supporting them in making informed decisions, and ensuring a smooth transition into our nurturing, educational environment. Finding a happy safe place for her own little one at TLE drove her passion into helping other families do the same. When she is not doing tours at one of our locations, she is at home with her little one, playing with her dogs, or enjoying time with her family! Ms. Jillian loves connecting with families in the community and helping them feel confident in their child's care and development!

Ms. Nita has been working in early childhood education since 1988. She loves her job and the joy she gets from teaching. She has been married for 16 years, has three children, and two wonderful granddaughters. She believes teaching is the greatest job to have!

Ms. Tara has been with the TLE Family since 2011, as a parent and a teacher. She has been an Infant Teacher since 2018 and also taught 4 years of Kindergarten!

Ms. Megan is one of our Infant teachers at TLE – Liberty and has been with us since December 2021. She is originally from Liberty, MO and has her Associates in Arts. In her free-time she enjoys working out, baking, hanging out with her son, arts and crafts, movies and music. Ms. Megan’s goal is to help our babies learn and grow developmentally.

Ms. Jenna has been working in child care for 8 years. She joined the TLE Team in 2022. Ms. Jenna has primarily worked with Toddlers, but now supports teachers and little learners across the building. She has a 7 year-old son at home. She believes the most rewarding aspect of teaching is having the ability to influence kids and shape the future.

Ms. Paola has been working with children for more than five years and embraces the opportunity to be a positive influence in each of her students' lives. She spends her days with Toddlers has a daughter, Camila, at home. Ms. Paola joined the TLE team in November of 2021!

Ms. Norma has been with TLE - Liberty since June 2022. She has worked in Early Childhood Education for 30 years and has earned her CDA in Early Childhood Education. She is married and has two daughters and four grandchildren that she loves very much.

Ms. Gwen has been in child care for two years. Outside of work, she enjoys exercising and shopping.

Ms. Ammie grew up helping in a family daycare and developed a passion for early childhood education. Her goal is to help children develop skills to communicate their feelings and thrive! Ms. Ammie has been a part of the TLE team since March of 2024!

Ms. Dominique has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than 10 years! She has a CDA in Preschool Education and has had the opportunity to work with every age group. Over the years, she has learned that she really LOVES working with 2 year-olds. Ms. Dominique spent her first 2 years at TLE-Liberty as the Lead Twaddler Teacher. Ms. Dominique loves the opportunity to impact students, families, and the TLE staff through her work at TLE. In her free time, Ms. Dominique enjoys walking her dogs, birdwatching, and painting. Ms. Dominque's goal is to help others find their passion for education!

Ms. Lydia has an Associates in Elementary Education and has taught in Early Childhood Education for the last 5 years. She loves working with our little learners in the Twaddler room!

Ms. Cassidy is one of our Preschool teachers at TLE-Liberty and has been with us since July 2021. Ms. Cassidy has spent time in almost every classroom with every age group, but has found her passion utilizing the preschool curriculum at TLE. She is from Independence, graduated from Fort Osage High School, and has completed her CDA. In her free time she enjoys shopping, drawing, and playing with her puppy. Ms. Cassidy's goal is to provide a safe place for kids to learn and grow.

Mr. Avery grew up in Liberty, MO. He has been a part of the TLE-Liberty team since March 2024. He is excited to build relationships with little learners and hopes to someday use the skills he is learning at TLE to teach middle school and coach football. Mr. Avery enjoys watching sports, coding, gaming, and hanging out with friends and family. He also loves hanging out with his little learners and is excited to watch them learn and develop through one of the most important years of their life and is honored to be a part of it!

Ms. Reagan started teaching with TLE in 2022. She coordinated TLE's Spanish program and now teaches Pre-K full time. Ms. Reagan loves creating fun and engaging activities to help students grow! She is currently enrolled at Avila University to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Outside of teaching, Ms. Reagan loves to read and spend time with her family. She lives in Liberty with her boyfriend and their four cats!

Ms. Aydrea is one of our Preschool teachers at TLE-Liberty and has been with us since December 2021. She is from Independence, MO and enjoys baking and painting in her free-time. Ms. Aydrea's goal is to create a nurturing, positive environment to encourage easier learning.

Ms. Jasmine is our Chef at TLE-Liberty and has been with us since April 2021. She is a Kansas City native and attended William Chrisman High School. In her free-time, she enjoys cooking and dancing. Ms. Jasmine's goal is to make sure everyone feels loved and to help children learn new things!

Ms. Ashley is one of our Preschool teachers here at TLE - Liberty and has been with us since December 2021. She is a Kansas City native and enjoys crafts and cooking during her free-time. Ms. Ashley's goal is for children to learn and have fun!

Mr. Eric has worked in child care for 2 years. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Patrick has a Bachelor's degree in Education. He has been a preschool teacher for 13 years, and loves watching children learn and discover new things.

Ms. Natalie is one of our Preschool teachers at TLE – Liberty and has been with us since November 2021. Ms. Natalie has worked with Toddlers, Twaddlers, and now Preschoolers. She loves little learners at every age and stage! She is from Independence, MO and enjoys reading, LEGO, shopping, and drawing during her free-time. Ms. Natalie’s goal is to maintain a safe and fun learning environment.

Ms. Becca has worked in childcare for more than 12 years and joined the TLE-Liberty team in 2025. She is attending college at Grand Cayon University to acquire her Bachelor's of Science in Educational Studies. Ms. Becca is married to her high school sweetheart and has two dogs, Bella and Luna!

Ms. Rashawn has worked in childcare for 2 years and joined the TLE Team in 2025! Ms. Rashawn loves art, animals, and children. She dreams of providing a place where all children are loved, feel safe and happy, and know they have a safe space to be themselves. In Ms. Rashawn's free time, she enjoys reading comics and watching anime.

Ms. Sammie has worked in childcare since 2015 and joined the TLE Team in August of 2024. Ms. Sammie has a passion for working with children, which started at a young age, as she is the oldest of five children! Her favorite part of working in early childhood education is watching children hit new milestones and watching them grow each day! Ms. Sammie has two boys of her own at home who bring her lots of joy!

Ms. Corrina has been with TLE-Liberty since 2024, but has been teaching for more than 10 years. Ms. Corrina has a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. When she isn't in her classroom, you can find her spending time with her family.
