Hello my name is Francheska Torres. I’ve been working in childcare for over 15 years, and it’s truly my passion. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and have earned my Director Credential, which has allowed me to lead with both knowledge and heart. I'm a proud mom of four amazing kids and four lovable dogs, and I’m lucky to have a wonderful, supportive husband. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same sense of care and connection into my work every day. I love spending time with my team, building strong relationships with families, and most of all, watching the children in my center learn and grow. Creating a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported is what I strive for every single day.
