We love TLE! Our daughter has gone here since they opened in early June and she’s learning so much, we can already see such a difference at home. The staff communicates so well with us and we can clearly see how much her teachers love and care for her.

The entire TLE staff has been extremely kind, patient, and professional. The facility is brand new - super clean and lots for the kids to explore. Daycare is a new journey for us and they made this process super easy. Instead of anxious I am excited for my child to spend his next few years here.

From the moment we entered this center for the tour to my daughter's last day (she entered kindergarten this year), the warmth and true commitment towards children's well-being, individuality, and academic growth has been exceptional and enduring. It was a blessing to find this location and the entire staff works hard to ensure that the children are being nurtured, which you can see on all their little happy faces... they are excited to be there and learning. It was a truly lovely learning experience for my little one and she still talks about it fondly now, even after she has graduated and entered kindergarten, which she is excelling in...thanks to the awesome preschool experience she had at TLE. I highly recommend this preschool program, especially if your child has a thirst for knowledge, play, & social interactions. The center also has several events throughout the year to incorporate family involvement & a family friendly app, which are very nice features. TLE feels like one big happy family.

My daughter has been going here for almost 3 months now and it has been an amazing experience for us both. The facility is very clean and they do as much as they can to make sure they are preventing the spread of illnesses which is the worst part of a child integrating into a school. As soon as my daughter comes in she is instructed to wash her hands and I personally love that. She loves her teachers and the friends she has made. I love how collaborative her teachers are when it comes to not only education but social behavior and understanding that it is a two way street in developing a child and it takes work both at school and at home. I feel that my child is growing educationally and as a little human. We also love the events and themes that that have built into the learning. We are very grateful to TLE and I have no regrets in entrusting them with my baby.

The Learning Experience has been a game changer for us and our son. The staff is so friendly, caring, understanding and truly goes out of their way to provide the best care and structured learning for the children. It’s not a daycare, it’s a preschool that invests in your child’s development in all aspects! Our son was a bit behind on development due to lack of structured learning and development he was getting at his previous daycare. He’s come a long way in a short time. All the staff communicates well and keeps you up to date on your child’s progress and helps to address any development concerns.

We couldn’t be happier with this daycare! The staff is incredibly friendly, and my son absolutely loves going each day. A special shout-out to his teacher, Mrs. Sofia—she’s so sweet and dedicated, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about my son’s growth and happiness. We’re so grateful for the warm, nurturing environment she helps create. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

We couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our daughter at TLE Sterling. We have been bringing her there for almost 6 months, and the facility is always very clean and organized. We can't say enough about how great the teachers are and the care they provide.

I love The Learning Experience, Sterling, VA. My son is in the preschoolers room and his teacher is very sweet. He loves going to school everyday and my husband and I are constantly amazed at the new things he’s learning there. The directors are very welcoming and wonderful too!

We have tried other daycare providers in the area and were less than thrilled with our daughter's progress. Since moving her to the Learning Experience, she is excited to go to school and learn new things. This school is great at giving feedback/pictures of her day and it helps to target conversation about how her day was and ask her what she learned. They are great at working with her dairy Intolerance and I am extremely pleased with all of their staff members! As a teacher and a parent I highly recommend sending your children here.

We love TLE Sterling. The facility is clean and the staff are kind and professional. The infant program has helped our child grow and learn so many new things. We are even practicing sign language.

We are happy with the care and amenities at the learning center. My 3 yrs old is very happy to go to school. Since im a little OCD, I can be very picky when it come to cleanliness and organization. At TLE, you can feel good about leaving your child here as the facility is brand new and everything are new and they have a system for everything which make my OCD’s personality very happy ? There is water play every Tuesday and Friday and my toddler is loving it ?

The Learning Experience has been one of the Best choices i have made for my daughter. TLE values and prioritizes education , as a teacher im very happy with this. Every day the school shares your child’s learning progress, physical activities and all her time at school through their app.getting this consistent updates almost every hour let me know my child is safe.The environment in TLE helps my daughter’s physical, neurological, and social development. She loves her teachers and stuff members there. Every single staff member has been nothing but respectful, friendly, and interactive with my daughter.Each day when i drop off my child, she is greeted with love and attention. And when i pick her up at the end of the day, everyone says goodbye to her (by name) as we leave, even those who aren’t her teachers. We love our TLE family ! I strongly suggest this amazing place every family is looking for a good place for their child.

Multiple photos are uploaded daily, showcasing the various engaging activities our child participates in. It's wonderful to get a glimpse into their day and see them having fun while learning. I must give special recognition to our child's class teacher, Gloria. She truly goes above and beyond in her role. Gloria's genuine care and attention to each child is evident. Her dedication makes a real difference in the quality of care provided. Overall, The Learning Experience offers a nurturing, stimulating environment where children thrive. The combination of regular communication, engaging activities, and caring staff like Gloria makes this daycare an excellent choice for families, even in just the first couple of months.

My 3 year old son was having his best time at the learning experience, they’re staff is super friendly, supportive and welcoming, the building is very clean and organized, i got a notification on their app for every single detail of what my son ate, played and did throughout the day, he definitely learned a lot and became more organized and focused, i highly recommend them to everyone!!

Really happy with our experience at TLE so far. Brand new facility, toys, books, etc. We love Miss Estella and Miss Yessi, and so does our little girl!
