I have been in the early childhood education field for 18 years. Throughout my career, I have held many roles, from Toddler Teacher to Education Director, which have shaped my passion for high-quality early learning. I am a proud mom of five a love every fun-filled moment! My mission is to ensure that every child in my care feels safe, loved and supported in their education.

Alicia and Kenny independently own and operate TLE of North Haledon. They have been married over 15 years, have three loving children, Kaylee, Damen and Dean, and a puppy, Harley. Alicia has been in the childcare industry for over 20 years, holding such titles as Assistant Teacher and Teacher, eventually finding her calling in management. To fulfill her lifelong dream of opening up her own childcare center, Alicia and Kenny decided that the support given to the franchisees combined with the excellence of curriculum that The Learning Experience provided to children was the path that they would take. Alicia and Kenny have successfully been running a Learning Experience in Mohegan Lake, New York since 2010 and were excited to open their second TLE in North Haledon, New Jersey in 2018.

Miss Emily has been with TLE North Haledon for 5 years, beginning her journey as an Assistant Director and later holding titles such as business manager and director of operations. She now looks after both of the Franchisees centers. One being North Haledon and the other, Yorktown, NY. In her spare time, Miss Emily loves being and aunt and dog mom to her pittie Princess!

Working with children is something I have done on and off for as long as I can remember. Starting at The Learning Experience is bringing back all my memories and reminders of why I love working with children.

Miss Brittany has been with TLE for 5 years. She knew she wanted to work in childcare since she was little. She started as a toddler teacher and moved up to Administrative Assistant, Business Manager and now Operations Manager. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family!

Miss Zsanett is our Lead Infant Teacher, working closely with our youngest babies. She is originally from Hungary, and previously worked as a nanny before finding her calling in early childhood education. She began working at The Learning Experience of North Haledon in December of 2019. She forms strong bonds with her babies and their parents, with an emphasis on partnering with our families in order to provide the highest level of care for our infants.

I love working in a daycare because I get to be part of children’s growth and see their personalities develop every day. Helping them learn new skills, feel safe, and gain confidence is incredibly rewarding. The joy, laughter, and genuine connections I share with the children make my work meaningful and fulfilling.

I am so excited to be a part of The Learning Experience North Haledon. I have already learned so much!

Miss Jenai is our Lead Toddler Teacher, working with our 18 month to 2 year old classroom. Her time working with children over the past years have been nothing but laughs, hugs and joy. Her favorite part of being a teacher is getting to learn and grow with so many different personalities and families. She loves swimming or anything water related, watching drama filled TV shows and petting zoos.

I was a childcare provider for 10 years. I love to teach my favorite thing is reading I like making things and coming up with new ideas for my toddlers. My favorite vacation is going on a cruise. Spending time with my family is what makes me happy.

Miss Yoniah started at TLE as our Toddler Assistant and moved up to our Twaddler Lead Teacher. Her goal is to build a connection with all of her students throughout the years. She loves seeing all of the little learners from her old classroom grow and transition to her classroom as they get older.

Miss Yenny has been our Twaddler Assistant for about a year now. She loves getting to know all of her little learners while they are in her classroom. Miss Yenny creates connections that last through their years at TLE even after they transition out of the Twaddler Classroom.

It has been Miss Theresa's pleasure to work with young children for over 16 years. It is her passion to create a fun, creative and loving environment in which all children can learn. In her spare time, Miss Theresa likes to spend quality time with her children. Her favorite color is purple. She loves taking long walks, reading books (suspense novels), shopping and listening to music.

Miss Nancy has over 15 years teaching experience in the childcare environment. She has primarily worked with 3 and 4 year old children, doing all that she can to prepare them for the Kindergarten world. She earned her Preschool Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, the most widely recognized credential in early childhood education. Miss Nancy is excited to share her love of teaching, and be part of the growth of each of her students. She looks forward to helping her children learn to their fullest potential while exploring new and exciting experiences. In her free time, Miss Nancy enjoys working in her garden, reading, and cooking with her daughter Annalse. She loves to spend time with her husband, Greg, and her other dog Jake who she lovingly refers to as her "other baby."

Miss Kaniz has been in the childcare field for more over 10 years! She loves not only her little learners in Preschool 1A but all of the little learners throughout the center!

Miss Shey has been with TLE North Haledon for 3 years. She enjoys seeing her Preschool 1B leaners grow while spending the time in her classroom. Miss Shey enjoys hanging out with her children and family during her spare time.

I live in North Haledon and currently am attending Montclair State University. I love working with children and watching them grow every day.

I have been working at The Learning Experience for a little while now because I love working with children and learning new experiences through childcare.
