Best place to bring your kid!! The entire staff is so friendly. They are genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of the children. I went to another place prior to this one and for devastating reasons I had to pull my children out. I patiently waited for a spot to open here at TLE Wayne and it was the best decision I could have ever made! The cleanliness alone will give peace of mind. TLE Wayne has the most caring and loving staff. They keep the kids needs in mind and always find ways to ensure that the parents and the kids wants and needs are met. The school is very always clean, the food schedule is very healthy, and the kids activities are just right on point. Kids go out as much as possible during warmer days. They work hard in potty training for kids in the age range and bring every concern about the kid to the parent’s attention. They pretty much help you raise your child together. Every staff member call the kid by his first name, and this may seem like nothing but that’s very important and not easy to achieve. The front desk is always clean, and the assistants are nice and welcoming. They have events set up thought the year. This is the best place I could have chose to help me raise my son who stated when he was just 1 going 3 now. And it was the number one daycare recommended to me in the neighborhood when I started looking for one. Ariel the director is energetic; she is available and open, always with a big smile. She makes sure the center runs smoothly and will assist the parent with any concern, even through financial hardship which can someone’s happen unannounced. She is very responsive and will fix issues herself. She is just the cherry on the cake.

Highly recommend TLE of Sayreville!!!!! I am a single mother and was so nervous about sending my son to daycare but I what choice do you have. I took a year and a half off from working to be home with him to not miss any ’firsts’. The learning experience is close to my house among a few other daycares so I looked extensively at Goddard, YMCA, and a few the county would approve me for to send my son for free but non of them gave me the feeling TLE did. That feeling of security that when I drop my son off he is safe and happy and most importantly well taken care of. He started February 2024 and his development has been astounding with their help. They keep him on such a great routine with eating, napping, potty training, playing. His social skills with not just other children but adults amazes me and watching him build his own relationships with not just his friends da in class but some of their parents and his teachers including the floaters just fills my heart with so much joy. It is scary to leave your child with strangers but here it’s a family. When I am in a rush sometimes in the morning Miss Jetmira can see it and she swoops right in and distracts my son with an activity so I can leave and he can start his day right. It is an amazing secure feeling when you feel like you are dropping your child off to other moms that truly care. I did not expect the communication to be top tier Miss Imani, Miss Annmarie and Miss Janeida always pick up the phone answer those text messages and never seem annoyed or bothered no matter how many times I have called especially in the beginning. Constant reassurance that my son was okay doing well and to call as much as I needed. He adores Miss Gabby his pepper B teacher talks about her non stop. When I pick my son up we have to take the long way around the halls so he can say hi giving hugs to all his favorite teachers along the way Miss Morgan, Miss Heather, Miss Ashley. You get what you pay for and your child is worth it !!!!!!

I enrolled my older daughter in TLE in 2018 then my baby in 2019. I cannot express how fantastic this center is from the Director to the teachers. I am an Essential Worker and during the Covid crisis TLE stayed open allowing parents a safe place to leave their children while we had to work. This school is always spotless with the health and safety of the children an utmost priority. It was even more so during the crisis. I had no hesitation in dropping off my girls because I knew they were in good hands. Crisis aside, the curriculum taught here is second to none. I'm always amazed at the milestones both of my daughters have made. Anyone looking for a childcare center should consider TLE Wayne as it has been a terrific experience for my entire family.

I can't put in words how much I love TLE! My grandson is now attending PS1 and he loves it so much!!! He is always talking about what he learned and about all the fun he has in school. He gets so excited when we are pulling up to the school and shouts out in the car " Hi Bubble's and friends!" and Everyday at pick up while driving away he says " Bye Bubbles and friends! See you tomorrow!" All the staff at TLE are wonderful however he loves his teacher Ms.Dawn she's awsome!

My daughter started with TLE (Wayne) when she was 15 months. I want to express my gratitude to this facility because my daughter did attend another daycare and she would cry all the time and it was causing me great anxiety. Shortly after, I decided to switch her to TLE and I immediately saw a change in her attitude. Ms. Norka and Ms. Courtney made my daughter's transition magical. My anxiety is no longer a factor. I could not be happier with TLE. Great staff, teachers and welcoming attitudes! As a first time mom, I am delighted to have made the decision to switch her to The Learning Experience. Our son started at TLE in September when he was 10 months old. This was our first experience leaving him for an extended time, and the first time he was left in the care of someone other than family. Ms. Shelley, Ms. Gigi and Ms. Margaret made us feel so comfortable during this transition. It was obvious that they cared for Connor so much and they were very patient with all our "new parent" questions and concerns. Friday was his last day in the infant room and although we are excited for Connor to be in the toddler room, we are all going to miss his old classroom very much. As we were leaving on Friday, Connor kept jumping out of my arms and into Ms. Gigi's, a clear sign of how much he loves her and enjoyed his time with her. We would highly recommend The Learning Experience!

Two children and 8 years later we have officially graduated from the TLE program. Both of our girls received wonderful educational and social skills but more importantly, We know they were in loving and caring hands every single day. We are not exaggerating when I say we feel that TLE has become an extension of our family. My children are already nostalgic and we are grateful for an experience that exceeded our expectations.

The Learning Experience (Wayne) is by far the BEST early childhood development center I have seen and experienced. I feel like calling the center a preschool or a daycare simply does mot capture what The Learning Experience offers. I came to the school without warning due to an emergency and was provided with an enrollment packet on the spot. I was told what was needed for my son to start and provided with contact information to inform the director, Shelly Coss of when we would be ready to start. Needless to say, my son was enrolled and began the following day. My son took to the center immediately and separated from me in minutes. When I called to check on him, I didn't even need to speak with his teacher. Director Shelly Coss answered the phone when I called and was able to give me a full update on my son's day. She had made it her duty to personally check on him and ensure his first day ever at school was going well. At pick up, I was greeted by smiling faces, including my son. I felt comfortable leaving my son at the center and was reassured by the staff that my son was in good hands. I have nothing but praises to sing of Ms. Coss and her staff at The Learning Experience- Wayne!

My oldest daughter started at TLE Wayne when she was 11 months old and graduated from the preschool program this past spring. Her experience , and ours, at TLE was a fun and academic journey for her. She is doing great in kindergarten and was fully prepared by every teacher she had. The teachers she had were wonderful and I look back fondly on her time there.

My son has been part of the TLE Wayne family for close to two years. He has grown with the love and support from everyone at the center. Each teacher and caregiver provides us with the attention we need to feel great about how out son is spending his day. Through every step of the way, from speaking more fluently to potty training and now leaning to write his name, TLE has been there...nurturing him. From learning to play time, I feel safe about the environment. The enrichment programs included in his day to day activities is fantastic and he always talks about his teachers and how much they help and teach him! I look forward to the warm welcomes in the morning by the staff and the big hugs from my happy son at the end of the day!

My daughter was only at The Learning Experience for a short time, until I lost my job. She and I both absolutely loved the school. She lit up every time she saw her teachers and always cried when we would leave. The admin was great and seemed to know all of the families by name. I do plan on returning in the very near future.

I have come to The Learning Experience with my sister when she picks up my nephew and once when she couldnt make it. I can tell that the staff really care about my nephew by the way the teachers share stories of his day. My sister wants to know everything about his day and always seems happy when she comes from getting him. The place is bright and cheerful. I always hear children laughing when I go.

My grandson has attended TLE of Wayne for almost a year now. I pick up my grandson once a week and have only kind words to say about the center as a whole. I am greeted each time by either the business lady or the center director. Both of whom seem to know all of the parents by their name. It is a bright friendly place to be. My grandson hugs all of his teachers before leaving and is now using sign language that he learns at The Learning Experience and he is only 13 months old. He brings home the cutest artwork. I'm so excited to see what else he will be learning.

After coming from a horrible experience at our previous daycare all I can say is that The Learning Experience far surpassed all of my expectations. The staff goes above and beyond and treats the children as if they were members of their own family. It is also reassuring that Ms. Shelly know all of the children by name. We have fantastic memories with our time in Twaddlers with Ms. Donna and Ms. Angela and now in Preschool with Ms. Claudia and Ms. Annie. Let me not fail to mention the love shown to our daughter by even the additional support staff like Ms. Jasmine, Ms. Kristen and so many more. We are so pleased with the security measures taken place and seeing that Ms Gina is continuously checking staff/student ratios. Way to go TLE! Thank you for providing a home away from home for our Sheila.

Being apart of the TLE family in Wayne is the best thing that has happened to our family. My son started when he was 2 years old. He was not talking much but after a short period of time I watched him bloom! He is now in Kindergarten and he has learned so much. We have made wonderful friends that have become like a second family to us. The staff is amazing, they make me feel comfortable leaving my son here every single day. TLE of Wayne is truly the best!

We started to send our son to the Learning experience in Wayne after a failed attempt at a local Montessori and a semi successful venture with a nanny. We have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism, love and warmth that every teacher has displayed over a period of 1.5 yrs that our son has been with them. His confidence increased, he felt more comfortable in a crowd and his grasping power and vocabulary have been great. We feel so safe sending our kid to the daycare which helps us to focus on our jobs as well. I highly recommend the Learning Experience in Wayne to anyone in a heartbeat

Our son has now been going to the Learning Experience in Wayne for 21 months. He has transitioned every 6 months and is now in his 4th class. Each teacher we have encountered has been loving, warm, dedicated and making sure the kids felt at home and safe. We had a bad experience at a local montessori and this was so different that we knew this would work. Our son has been doing very well if I may say so myself :). For his age is social, talkative, playful and more than anything else HAPPY!! Talking about the facility. They provide a wide variety of food and snacks to the kids and it is so good. We could probably not be able to do it better if we made it at home. In the summer the activities they have for summer camp is so much fun Petting zoo, Wacky water day twice a week, Magician, Construction worker and so much more!! Also the past winter was so brutal but I think due to inclement weather they were probably not closed more than 1-2 days. The center head, teachers, support staff, love them all and highly recommend this center.

My son has been attending TLE for 1 1/2 years. me and my wife were having a very difficult time potty training him. He is very strong willed and was not cooperation even though we knew he was ready. The teachers and administrator encouraged us to stop using pull-ups and bring several outfits to school and they would work with him. In less than 3 days our baby boy became a big boy and was fully potty trained. Thanks so much TLE for the special time and attention you gave to my little guy.

My son has been attending the Wayne TLE for the past 1 1/2. This was very difficult decision for me as we had a in home caretaker for the first part of his life. I must say that the teachers and administrators at the school help with the transition and I can not begin to tell you what a great decision it was. My son has flourished in his language skills and is a very outgoing child now. I truly appreciate everything TLE has done for his growth.

Our son Dylan has attended TLE since he was 3 months old. What a hard day that was for us. We signed Dylan up to attend TLE before he was even born. We visited 7 schools and picked TLE. That is how impressed and excited we were. What a warm and caring atmosphere. That is what made our day easier on Dylan's first day. At 4 years old, Dylan still loves TLE. We adore the teachers and staff. Dylan is excited every day to see his friends, his teachers and paryicpate in all activities. We are all very lucky and grateful for TLE.

My son Todd started with TLE when he was 3 months old. Over the last 4 years, Todd has learned so much. He wakes up every morning rushing us to work so he can get to school early. The teachers are always willing to help and take such wonderful care of Todd. Ms. Shelley, the center Director, is great. She is always there when you have questions and is very loving and caring not only to Todd, but every child in the center. The curriculum and enrichment programs are what sold us on TLE.

I've had my son at The Learning Experience of Wayne since he was 3 months old. From the start the teachers put me at ease and comforted me with knowing that my son would be very well taken care of. Ms. Shelley, the director, showed me every classroom and not only was she knowledgeable of the curriculum, she had personal stories of the lessons being taught over the years. I enrolled my son on the spot and he has been there for the last 6 months. It is hard enough to leave your child every day for so long, it makes it easier knowing that my son is always in good hands in a safe environment and that Ms. Shelley oversees his day.
