My two daughters attend this school and they both love it. The staff and teachers all truly care about the kids and are so warm and kind. As a working mom, I am so grateful to have a place like this to drop off my kids while I go to work. I know while I’m at work, the kids are being well-cared for and are having a good time. The teachers are also very good at providing updates and sending pictures throughout the day, which is much appreciated. Thank you TLE of Wayne- 10/10 recommend.

My son has been going to TLE in Wayne for the past 3 years and what an amazing 3 years it has been! The director of the center (Ms. Ariel) and the teachers truly care about the children. Ms. Ariel started during my sons second year at the center and made the center what it is now! She communicates very well and replies quickly to any questions or concerns I had. She truly cares about the children and the center which made me feel at ease when my son was at the daycare. The teachers in each class are just as amazing as Ms. Ariel. As we all know as parents, leaving our children with anyone can be worrisome but I can honestly say I had peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care by the teachers at the center. I especially want to highlight the teachers that made a difference during my son’s time at TLE. Miss Angela, Miss Carolina, Miss Connie, Miss Dana, Miss Maddie, Miss Noelle, Miss Elena, Mr. Alex, and Mr. Raudy - to you all I say thank you so much for showing such care and love towards my son the last three years and it’s so bitter sweet it’s his last year since he’ll be heading to kindergarten. If he didn’t have to go to kindergarten, he would stay at TLE at Wayne if he could! Miss Ariel and the teachers are just great and I can’t say it enough!

My son has been attending TLE since he was 2 years old, and I can honestly say it has been such a positive experience for both him and our family. From the very beginning, the staff welcomed him with warmth and patience, making the transition into daycare so much easier.

The Learning Experience of Wayne was consistently the best for 3 years. I remember the first day when I toured the facility over 3 years ago, all the kids in the classroom were smiling, playing and extremely comfortable in their learning environment. The classrooms are bright and beautifully decorated!! The teachers were friendly, approachable, warm, and kind. This helped me decide TLE as the # 1 choice for my kids, and off course they kept up with my expectations for all these years. TLE sets themselves apart by being children-centered. The staff and teachers love the kids and the kids love them back. My kids had fun almost every single day while learned so much. I am glad that they can spell and write three letter words and also count their numbers 1-100 and beyond!! Yay! Thank you for building their learning foundation so well!! We are well prepared for Kindergarten!!! Dedicated and well-trained staff, attentive to children's needs. Ariel is a wonderful director and appreciate her warmth for all the kids at TLE. The teachers and staff were highly involved in the classroom and beyond. We walk away with all the wonderful memories that we created and celebrated at the TLE! It was filled with fun and there was so much to celebrate! Shout out to all the teachers Miss Elaina, Miss Annie, Mr. Alex, Miss Dawn, Miss Carlisha, Ms. Mayte, Ms. G, Ms. Noelle. Miss Clara - thank you for the delicious food you cooked for all the kids every day. My kids devoured their breakfasts and lunches!! We are truly touched and grateful, Happy Parents!!

We absolutely love The Learning Experience! My daughter has thrived in her time here, and is more than prepared for kindergarten. The curriculum is fantastic - phonics, reading, mathematics, writing, spelling, Spanish! The children are even taught about fundraising, charity and caring for others. The school provides breakfast, lunch and a snack every day, which makes my life so easy in the morning! The administrative staff and classroom teachers are amazing! They love the students like they are their own, and are so accommodating to requests. Shoutout to Ms. Elena and Ms. Annie for all of their hard work and dedication to the Pre-K class! Our daughter is moving onto kindergarten, but when our son is ready for Pre-K, we will be back!!!! Highly, highly recommend!!

Such an amazing facility with wonderful directors and teachers!!! If you want your child to be beyond prepared for kindergarten TLE is the way to go!!

After viewing multiple daycares in the area, it was a no brainer we would send our son to TLE. From their facilities, to curriculum, the staff, and their menu, we felt this was the perfect fit. Since joining we could not be happier with our decision and we know our son is safe! We are pleasantly surprised with how much he has learned since joining. My husband and I highly recommend!!

I have so many positive things to say about my experience with TLE here in Wayne. The teachers are nothing short of amazing. First, I’d like to give a special shout out to Miss Chantel for the incredible care she’s given my son. I can clearly see how much he loves her, which reassures me that he’s always been in great hands. He had the opportunity to be in her class two years in a row, and the bond they’ve formed is truly heartwarming. A big thank-you also goes to Miss Maylee for the wonderful care she provided to both my son and daughter. My daughter was once in her class and still runs up to her for hugs — a testament to the loving environment she created. Miss Gona and Miss Paulette are amazing teachers. Last year, I brought up a concern to Miss Gona and Miss Paulette that my daughter was struggling to identify her letters. They took my concern to heart and made a remarkable difference. Today, my 3-year-old can identify all her letters, knows the months of the year and the days of the week, traces letters beautifully, and has even started freehand writing. Miss Dennis, Miss Kimmy and Miss Marlene have also been amazing with my son. He’s learning so much in their care — he can now identify different animals and even mimic their sounds! I’m incredibly grateful to the entire TLE team for their dedication, love, and support. It means the world to our family.

Only leaving because we are moving out of the area. Our daughter was in both the infant and toddler rooms and the teachers there are all fantastic. Very communicative and caring. We are grateful to them and the entire staff, who we were all on a first name basis with. Added note: While attending, our daughter had an allergic reaction that required an ER visit. The staff at TLE acted quickly and communicated effectively which helped deescalate the situation and provided my wife and I with some peace of mind. The director followed up with us later that night and even into the weekend just to see how our daughter was doing. Can not recommend this facility enough.

The Learning Experience of Wayne is so great. My daughter attends here and we couldn’t be happier with her daily experience. Staff is well trained and experienced with our precious children. We couldn’t be more trusting and comfortable with having our daughter attend each day. Ariel is a wonderful director, she’s always helpful, personable and understanding and works with us all the time. We are so grateful for Ariel and the entire team at the TLE of Wayne. I went to another place prior to this one and for devastating reasons I had to pull my children out. I patiently waited for a spot to open here at TLE Wayne and it was the best decision I could have ever made! The cleanliness alone will give peace of mind. This facility is truly a blessing for me and my family. My son graduated TLE and my daughter will graduate next year! Great times ahead at The Learning Experience Wayne!! TLE Wayne has the most caring and loving staff. They keep the kids needs in mind and always find ways to ensure that the parents and the kids wants and needs are met. The school is very always clean, the food schedule is very healthy, and the kids activities are just right on point. Kids go out as much as possible during warmer days. They work hard in potty training for kids in the age range and bring every concern about the kid to the parent’s attention. They pretty much help you raise your child together. Every staff member call the kid by his first name, and this may seem like nothing but that’s very important and not easy to achieve. The front desk is always clean, and the assistants are nice and welcoming. They have events set up thought the year. This is the best place I could have chose to help me raise my son who stated when he was just 1 going 3 now. And it was the number one daycare recommended to me in the neighborhood when I started looking for one. Ariel the director is energetic; she is available and open, always with a big smile. She makes sure the center runs smoothly and will assist the parent with any concern, even through financial hardship which can someone’s happen unannounced. She is very responsive and will fix issues herself. She is just the cherry on the cake.
