My son has been apart of The Learning Experience since March of this year and it has been very good for him. The teachers and the director has been nothing short of amazing towards my son. He was recently diagnosed with Autism and we had to enroll him into full time therapy but if it was not for that he would still be here. They are really good with all the children, always updated me on how my son was doing and if any issues occurred. I am extremely grateful for the entire staff for making us feel like family. Thank you for everything and I highly recommend!

The teachers and directors at this preschool have been phenomenal through our preschool and after school care journey. When searching for a school I look for the ones that are invested into my child’s future.

TLE is family to my daughter! So glad we found this place- everyone on staff at TLE truly loves and cares for the kiddos here.

My daughter was here for only one year, and we loved it so much. My daughter has learned so much the one year with them. I really liked that they taught them sign language. I did wish they taught them Spanish though. The staff is great! Nicole, Brooke and Ashley are so sweet and felt they really did a good job caring for my child. There were only a few times early on where my daughter had a rash due to possibly sitting in her diaper a little longer than need be, but once I let them know my concerns they were on it and didn't have any problems. We were very sad to pull my daughter out, we really did not want to, but they do not accept childcare services although I wish they did or at least some kind of limit on how many they can accept. I would recommend this place to anyone for their child.

My son has attended the Castle Hills location ever since he was 3 months old. I absolutely LOVED Mrs. Ruby in the Infant A class. She was very attentive to my son and notified me of any concerns she had. She also ensured he was hitting every milestone he needed to progress to the next class. Now he is in the Toddler class with Mrs. Bethany. He loves his teachers. The management team is AMAZING. Mrs. Brooke, Mrs. Nicole, Mrs. B, and Mrs. Ashley are personable and truly care about the well-being of your child. Over the past couple of years we have developed a great relationship with each of them. I can truly see that my son enjoys his time there. When I pick him up he always has a smile on his face, and I love how much he interacts with management and his teachers. Highly recommend this daycare center.

We've been part of this daycare family for nearly 4 years, starting when our oldest began attending at just 4 months old. The teachers are truly wonderful—caring, attentive, and dedicated to creating a fun and educational environment. Our child has learned so much during her time here! Our youngest started attending at 4 months as well, and we plan to keep both children here until they start kindergarten. We couldn't be happier with the care and support our children receive. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this place and so do my 3 year old. They have great teachers who are very talented, friendly and so loving. Always smiling and greeting each and every child with their name . Very clean and colorful classrooms. Good curriculum. My kid picked up so much with speech and language since he started going there . He loves his miss G and miss ani . I highly recommend this school for your babies and toddlers .

My daughter just graduated pre-k and the last 4.5 years has been such a wonderful experience. The staff and owners treat you like family, and it will be emotional to move onto kindergarten at another school. If you are looking for a place that cares about kids, curriculum, and growing your kids from infancy through little kid, this is the place to go. They will work with you for any preferences you have and pay special attention to your/kid's needs. We will miss you TLE but will continue to recommend this place to friends and family!

ur little guy has been attending The Learning Experience at Castle Hills since he was just over 2 months old. As someone with an Early Learning degree and background, my expectations were set pretty high from the beginning. While we could tell that our son was happy, the first few months we felt as though we weren't getting enough communication from his teachers. Is he eating enough, should we send more food, why were his clothes changed...all were common questions we had. We realize that a lot of these issues are due to the fact that we are dropping off and pick up at the front and not having direct contact each day with his teachers, but trying to bridge that gap was sometimes very tiresome. I also wish the app allowed better communication with the teachers. We have noticed a lag in what should be real-time updates in the app and some inconsistencies when his feeding amounts are recorded. I will say that the administrative staff at TLE has really been great about hearing all of our concerns, and I can say that there have been great strides towards improvement in communication. We can also tell that our son genuinely loves it here. He always has a big smile on his face. I'm giving four stars because we feel improvements continue to be made and our concerns are heard. As first time parents, we just want to know he is safe, well cared for, learning, and having fun.

My daughter goes here after school and during school breaks and we love it! Faith made us feel welcome from the first visit. She always has a smile on her face and goes out of her way to talk to and interact with my daughter (and I).

This place made it easy for me start my new job. I needed a place where I could get updates on their meals, pictures of them and when their wet dippers were changed. TLE update those info for ensure your kids are being cared well. My 3 years old and 5 years old, has been with them since Dec 2021 and they love it.

We toured several places for my little one, and were driving by and decided to check out this school. It is a brand new facility and is absolutely gorgeous inside, we loved the Director and Assistant Director we met...They walked us through the curriculum in detail and we were very impressed with all the things they had to offer. We have been to so many childcare locations as we are trying to make this decision but we were sold on this school...the indoor playground is cute and the curriculum seems to be really top notch and is a lot more detailed than a lot of the other schools we checked out. We enrolled here immediately and are so happy with our decision!

Ok I'm not sure what's going on with the review below from Lisa. However my experience has been much different so far, the main thing I look for in a daycare is if they truly care about my child and I feel here they do. My son (Brayden) is 2 years old and loves his class! Yes things aren't going to be perfect and it would be nice to have license teachers, however I feel the staff truly cares about what they are teaching. And you can't have a licensed teacher care more than an un licensed one.. as for the bumps and bruises.. kids are going to hurt themselves especially mine he's 2! However, I never have the thought of someone not watching him or leaving him unattended.. (and what piercings??) anyways I just know things happen. Also, I am a clean freak! So to read something about unsanitary stuff at this daycare just can't be true! Every time I walk in that place it's spotless and his room is always clean even by the end of the day and he's in the toddler class! so I'm not sure where that comment from (Lisa) is coming from.. I just know I haven't seen it for myself..everyone is entitled to their opinion though I just know for me, at the end of the day my son comes home happy after leaving here. I think it's a good daycare for what it's worth, and would recommend it to anyone.

This was my daughter's 1st week @ The Learning Experience. We toured the school several weeks ago and were extremely happy with the team we met. But were still skeptical since it's a brand new school and my daughter loved the school we were at previously...but we had to move her since we moved to the Castle Hills area...so obviously this was going to be a very tough transition for her and for us...but the TLE team really worked hard and went out of the way to make us comfortable on our first day there...when we were dropping her off, she refused to let go...but the Director came forward and sang to her, till she leaped out of our arms towards her...this gave me some comfort in knowing that the teachers as well as the Director was going to be taking care of her...they called me twice on her first day to give me some updates on her progress and how she was doing...I have never received such attention and focus during what was obviously an emotional transition for our entire family. To some extent it helps that they are a new school and have fewer kids at this time, which means my child gets a lot more attention than other places which are packed...all in all by the time we picked her up, she was having a great time and the drop off on our second day was much easier....a big shout out to the entire team at TLE for making this a wonderful experience for our family.

absolutely love this facility and staff. From the moment we walked in for a tour ALL our needs and wants were all checked off. We first came across this facility after the TLE off 407 had delayed their opening and we were desperately needing to find a new place since I needed to return to work from maternity leave. I had an 8 week old and a 16 month old at the time so it was very stressful finding a place last minute within our budget. From the moment we had our initial tour, I felt secure in leaving our children there. The facility has always been clean, neat, and safe. I completely trusted the staff with my newborn & my 16 month old had no problems transitioning here. This facility is also breastmilk friendly, which was one of my major needsand I was even able to come by and feed my newborn during my lunch break or drop off more milk if needed. (They undoubtedly made it easier to achieve my 1 yr breastfeeding mark with my little one!) Everytime I came unannounced, there were never any issues or unexpected surprises. They are also very attentive when it comes to your child's health and I love that they keep me up to date if they notice something off about my children. It's now almost a year later and I can definitely tell how happy my kids are here. My (now) 2yr old is learning so much. He is recognizing numbers, letters, colors and has an extensive vocabulary. My 1 yr old enjoys the attention and affection from all the wonderful staff and his motor skills are impressive for his age. I have no doubt that they are leading him to have the best head start in life! TLE has the ability to mix learning and fun that goes well above & beyond expectation. If you want your children to have an enriched curriculum while still encouraging their imagination, this is the place to go!

I am a super picky and hands on mom🤗who has had some bad experiences with childcare for my kids. However, the moment I spoke to Katie the director on the phone I told my husband we had to go for a tour!! The facility is clean and beautiful. My kids love it at bubbles!!! (That's what my 3 year old calls it!) we had a ruff transition for my youngest who hadn't been in school for over a year but everyone worked with him and me to make it as easy for him as could be! (Their were a lot of bumps along the way that I thought it wasn't going to work..) well about a month in my son was a different kid their and they were able to see the sweet kid that I got at home! My oldest is thriving and loves his teacher! I love the staff and my kids love the staff and I couldn't have asked for a better place to send my kids where I know they are loved and safe while I'm at work!! Thank you TLE for EVERYTHING!!!

My little one attended the past 2 years and recently graduated pre-school. We've had a great experience with the teachers and staff. The owner is very involved and the teachers that we've had really care about the children. They learn so much in a fun and safe environment. I feel that he is very prepared to start kindergarten this August. Thanks TLE!

We moved to the Dallas area in 2017. At the time my wife was staying at home with our youngest child. In 2018 she was offered a job that she just could not turn down. So the search was on for a pre-school that we would trust to care for our daughter. T.L.E. Castle Hills was a god send for us. Our daughter is being cared for and prepared on an amazing level for when she starts kindergarten. She is being taught Spanish, (more than I know already) Lol, learning sign language, how to make good choices, Etc. The every day curriculum is amazing and the staff is very welcoming. They only have healthy food choices on their menu, but of course have treats for the kiddos, which they earn. Our daughter loves all of her teachers. She wakes up everyday excited to go to school. Thank you Miss Nicole and staff for making me comfortable everyday, knowing my child is safe and happy!!

I cannot say enough positive things about TLE Castle Hills! Our daughter Myka truly loves going to school every day and that gives me the peace of mind I need to focus at work. We had a very negative experience at her pervious daycare, so TLE was our saving grace! I was so nervous about the transition, especially after having a bad experience at another daycare, but they listened to all my concerns and really made me feel comfortable. It feels so good to trust that your child is in good hands!

The staff at TLE-Castle Hills are all amazing! My oldest daughter started going here since they opened, she has graduated, but truly enjoyed all the after school programs and summer camp activities they offer. My youngest has been here since he turned 3 months; as soon as he gets off the car he is excited to see the teachers greeting him In the entrance. I love how the whole staff goes above and beyond, glad to be part of the TLE family.

Choosing to move our son to The Learning Experience - Castle Hills was the best decision we've ever made. They are responsive, caring, always upbeat, reliable and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. When I bring up concerns, they make sure I am at ease before the day even comes to an end. They love our son dearly and I know this because he talks about them at home, with a huge smile on his face. My daughter has been going to TLE Castle Hills for a few months now and she LOVES it. She wishes she could go 7 days a week. She stopped crying at drop off after the first day because they did such a great job at making her and us feel comfortable. When I get pictures of her smiling from ear-to-ear throughout the day, it makes me feel SO good about my decision to send her to TLE. There are minor things that have room for improvement that are related to updates in the app. I also can't wait for the day we can go in and pick our daughter up and interact with her teachers - however, I do understand there are protocols in place for the safety of the children. Even with minimal interaction with the staff, I can tell she has a special bond with her teachers. Overall, I am very happy with TLE CH. As long as my daughter is happy, this mama is happy.

We relocated from Florida and coming here was my daughter's first daycare experience, at 2 years old. After being here for almost a year now, SHE LOVES IT! She raves about her teachers when she gets home. The staff has done expectational on making her feel welcomed, comfortable, and teaching her. Parent pick up at the end of the day is long but I think they are working on a new parent pick up process. Still worth 5 stars because of how amazing everyone who works there is.

We've been in Texas with the The Learning Experience Castle Hills for almost 4 months now. My Teddy was 19 months and never been in daycare or even around many people due to the fear of Covid. So, with the relocation to Texas and starting daycare I had a lot of anxiety and paranoia on the care and safety of my son. The Learning Experience staff has really made our transition easier and definitely has provided me with the comfort in knowing my son is safe and well taken care of while I'm at work. I expressed all my concerns prior to his start date and everyone has been very understanding and cooperative. There were some small communication updates concerns I had in the beginning, but I also expressed those concerns and a huge improvement on daily updates have been made. My daily updates and photos definitely make my day easier knowing my son is eating well and enjoying his daily activities. I've also seen a lot of growth improvement in my sons motor, comprehension, and listening skills. Overall, I'm thankful for the genuine care my son is receiving from the caring staff. I definitely highly recommend The Learning Experience - Castle Hills.

My son loves it here! I suffered abuse at daycare as a child, so it was very difficult for me to consider enrolling my child in daycare at all. The staff at TLE are excellent and really put me at ease. The facility is clean, beautiful and most importantly my son never seems to want to leave. He loves Mrs. Amari and the fun activities they incorporate in their lesson plans. I'm so glad I made the choice to enroll him at TLE.

My daughter has been attending The Learning Experience Castle Hills for the last 10 months. She started with the program in the Toddlers classroom and then promoted into the Twaddlers program. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the TLE team members that make up her school family. Every team member in the school knows my daughter by name and she clearly loves many of them. She hugs them, blows them kisses, and says "bye!" to more people than I can count when I drop her off in the morning or come and pick her up at night. Ms. Jessica, the Twaddlers teacher, is nothing short of phenomenal. I love the thoughtful activities she plans for the children to participate in, the way she entreats each child on such a personal level, and the true love she displays on a daily basis. My daughter speaks of her frequently at home telling me how much she loves her and things they do together in their class each day. I am also amazed at how quickly she helped to potty train in her class. In less than three weeks she was in panties and sleeping through the night without accidents! My daughter's verbal skills are constantly expanding and she comes home talking about things she is learning through their monthly themed curriculum and with the cutest art projects. I would highly recommend this school for anyone looking for a family feel with a professional curriculum and true academic learning going on!

Our daughter has been going there for a year now and we love everything about it! The teachers and staff always make you feel like family. Our daughter knows 6 different signs in sign language, she can tell you different animal sounds, and so much more. She is almost 2 and knows 4 different colors and loves all of her friends. I am so glad we found this location and it's everything we wanted and more.

As a mom is always very difficult when you have to trust your child to strangers, but the teachers, staff, and leadership of the TLE in Castle Hills very quickly felt like family. My son loves his teachers and friends. The facilities are always kept clean and neat and the security systems in place and the safety consciousness of the staff make me feel confident in my son's safety. The curriculum is very complete and effective in preparing my son for school. I especially love that they include sign language as part of it. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for quality childcare.

We LOVE TLE! Starting with Morgan who takes my daughter back every day, and when she just isn't feeling it that day, Morgan always comes up with something to put a smile on her face and get her excited. My daughter's teacher is THE BEST EVER!! She is 3.5 and knows who invented the first phone, camera, lightbulb, car and much more, she comes home and teaches me something new. Every day she comes home I am blown away by what she knows and has learned. She has gained so much confidence and knowledge in just the 6 months she has been here. I love that I can track her day by using the app they have where they upload photos, what they eat, and nap time. Thank you TLE for making us feel like home and providing my daughter with the best education in Texas!!

My son and I just moved from Seattle. And pretty much had a bad experience with finding a preschool that would work with my son. The previous teachers we had did nothing to adjust their style to help my son with challenges he was having. During the interview with Director Nicole, I expressed my concerns and also was up front about some behavior challenges my son was having in previous preschools and teachers. We've been attending for a week and a half and my son has gone from "I dont want to go to school" to "i love school. today is a great day, i'm excited to learn". Before drop offs I would have to arrive early to get him prepped to go inside, NOW... I can't arrive too early as he wants to immediately go inside to see everybody. I have to hug and kiss him at the car because he takes off running inside excited for his day. The teacher that takes him back and brings him to the front told me they are working together to figure out how THEY need to adjust to work with Henry. I've NEVER heard a teacher/teaching team take accountability and responsibility for what THEY need to do in order for a child to be successful. the pressure and expectation is normally 100% on the child and parent. But I can testify- they are truly working directly with my child to make sure he feels safe and heard in the environment at TLE center. When we first joined Ms Nicole, Director, said they believe in co-parenting with the parent. and that's exactly what my experience has been. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HARD WORK WITH MY SON!! He's adjusting so well to his new preschool and family here in Texas.
