Ms. Deb and Ms. Perla are so sweet! They have a beautiful center and work hard to make everyone feel welcomed. They also make sure they have excellent teachers to make sure every family and child has a great experience!

Our overall experience at this center has been great. My child has attended since 3 months old and has now been enrolled for nearly two years. He has developed strong, positive relationships with both the teachers and other children, and we have witnessed meaningful growth in his social and emotional development. The staff is consistently caring, supportive, and welcoming, creating an environment that truly feels like a second home.

Having been in the center for an entire year, I absolutely love having my daughter come here. She is excited every day and I can see how much fun she is having in the activities she does. She’s traveled through infants all the way into the toddler classroom and all of her teachers greet her with a smile when she comes by in the mornings. Its brings me joy knowing she is always so loved while she’s there!

The Learning Experience Sauganash has been the greatest experience for our family. My son is so happy and excited about his teachers and friends, as well as the daily activities his day consists of. He enjoys the welcoming and love from Ms.Perla, Ms. Deb, and Ms.Erica the minute he enters the school to the time he leaves. Thank you all for the support and encouragement that motivates my son.

As a parent, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Ms. Joyce. Her boundless enthusiasm and playful personality have made a world of difference in my children's daycare experience. Each time my children see Ms. Joyce, they are greeted with warmth and joy. Ms. Joyce has a unique ability to connect with each child, making them feel seen and valued. Her sense of humor and knack for turning everyday moments into magical experiences create an environment where my child feels comfortable and excited to learn. In my eyes, Ms. Joyce is the best teacher because of her remarkable ability to inspire, nurture, and connect with every child. She is an invaluable asset to TLE, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her.

We are having a great experience with our year old son who has been in the infant classrooms since February. Deb, Perla and the whole staff have excellent communication, professionalism, and experience. As a speech therapist, I am so happy to see that the teachers are encouraging communication skills during their daily routines and doing so many great things to enhance overall development. I feel my son is very safe and happy in their hands!

I have two daughters at TLE and we've had the best experience. Deb, Erica and Perla greet me and my girls with a smile every morning and I can't say enough about the impact the teachers have had on their development. Special shoutout to Ms. L, Laura, Mirella and Shay. Shay isn't even my 3 year old's primary teacher and she's gone out of her way to work with her 1:1 and teach her sign language while she's struggling with her hearing currently. Having been at a home daycare and then another local one prior, I wish I had started them here earlier. If you're looking for something in Sauganash, this is the place to go!

This is our second year at TLE and we couldn't be happier. I leave every day knowing my son is in the best hands. The teachers are all so warm and affectionate with the students, giving them the care and attention they need. I am especially impressed with the curriculum and quality of the activities. All of the instruction is so "hands on" and delivered in a way that meets the developmental needs of young children. My son has learned so much! We highly recommend TLE Sauganash.

After experiencing a really bad center my son & I weren’t sure how to feel starting somewhere new. From the beginning TLE has been so helpful kind and informative! They always greet us with warm smiles and great enthusiasm at drop off and pick up. Every question or concern i’ve had they have never made me feel like I was asking too much of them. From the Director to the teachers they show so much care for each child as a parent it is the best feeling to know your kids are in a safe clean loved environment. My 1year old and 4 year old have had such a positive behavior improvement in such a short time they’ve been there. They went from being very shy to outgoing and excited to go in as soon as we pull into the parking lot. From the app updates and pictures to the teachers informing me of their day I am so relieved my babies are at TLE! Only regret is I wish we knew about TLE sooner lol (:

Ms. Joyce is a breath of fresh air; This job was made for her! The way our son run to greet her when I drop him at daycare give me a peace of mind that let me go through my day! Ms. Joyce is so wonderful with our son that she even gets to rock him before nap time!! The activities she does during the week are fantastic, the kids are always learning. I love how she greets our son in the morning and sends us photos throughout the day too of activities they are doing! It makes being a full time working mom that much easier! Ms. Joyce isn't just a daycare provider for E, she's family!

As a teacher and a first-time mom I have been absolutely thrilled with the love and care my daughter receives at TLE. My daughter started out in the infant room and is now thriving in the toddler room. Every step of the way her teachers have been caring, loving, communicative, supportive and encouraging. My daughter has learned sign language, explored the arts, hit some major milestones, made friends and has been so excited to go to school each and every day. The teachers and staff have been an essential part of my daughter's growth and development and for that our family is forever grateful!

My daughter went here since she was one month old all the way through when she turned five and LOVED her time there. The teachers were always awesome to talk to and did great work with the children. She always liked going to school here and learned so much from both academic and social aspects. Highly recommend this facility if you are looking for places to take care of your children during the day.

We've had a great experience with TLE. Everyone is so nice and willing to work with your kid's needs. The directors are great. Teachers seem to really care and have fun with the kids, even the little babies. There is clear and open communication. The app is pretty good; I like getting pictures of them playing. The curriculum is strong, so I know my kids will be prepared for kindergarten. We used another TLE location previously and also had a good experience there

It is so wonderful knowing my daughter is well-loved and cared for during the day. She has been attending for almost 2 years, and I simply cannot say enough good things about our experience, which has spanned her graduation between 3 classrooms.

The Learning Experience has been great for our family. The facility is clean, bright, and inviting and the giant parking lot is a huge plus. It makes pick up and drop off so easy! The teachers are very communicative and they really know and love our son. They are very good about sending pictures and updates on the app. Deb, the director and Perla, who is always at the front desk are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. This is the third corporate daycare we have been to and it is by far the most organized with the best communication. One of the best features for our family has been the ability for our older daughter to drop in. She attends a different preschool, but they can usually take her for a day or two when her school is closed, but we have to work. It has been a life saver and she really enjoys being there.

I had planned to say something when I came in to pick up my daughter this afternoon but couldn't seem to say the words out loud for fear that I'd break down in tears. In light of the elementary school shooting that happened in Texas yesterday, it took every ounce of strength I had not to just keep my daughter home with me and hug her tight all day. The thought that those parents dropped their kids off at school yesterday and will never see them again just makes me sick to my stomach. My thoughts then pivoted to teachers and childcare professionals. Y'all signed up to care for children, not be front line defense against unthinkable violence… but you brave, caring, compassionate and beautiful souls still showed up today. I guess I just wanted to send a note to say thank you, from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for showing up and caring for the most precious person in our lives. Thank you for the smiles on my baby girl's face when I pick her up and thank you for the security I feel bringing her into the center each day. We are so incredibly grateful for Miss T (and Mr. Anthony and the other teachers who pass through infant B) and the special reports we get at the end of each and every day, telling us about our daughter's day because she doesn't have the words to yet. This was my first time having a small child in daycare so I was extremely nervous and picky about my selection, that's when I saw a familiar name "TLE" pop up. My oldest daughter attended in another state and she was very well cared for, challenged, and comfortable at The Learning Experience. The Sauganash location had just been built and had a couple infant spots opened. Upon visiting, I felt welcomed and part of a family as soon as I walked in the door! Fast forward to now, my child has been there almost a month now and loves it! Every time at drop off and pickup, she is greeted with smiles and friends. The instructors enjoy her and she enjoys them! There is never a moment where I don't know what's going on. I look forward to my thorough daily sheets and random pictures of her playing.

My son started daycare part time at TLE about a month ago and I'm astounded by his development. He was previously at home with me full time, and as a work-at-home mom I was just not able to focus on his development as much as he deserves. He's always been an engaged baby, but since beginning at TLE he has become even more adventurous and curious at home. He's trying to say words (he makes the "k" and "t" sounds when our cats are around, he makes the "b" sound when he picks up a book), and he is getting so steady on his feet I think he'll be walking by the end of the month! He's 9 months old, so he's got a bunch of separation anxiety and cries when I leave him in the mornings, but (even though it is heartbreaking to drop him off) the benefits he's getting from TLE's attentive care definitely outweigh the tough parts of the transition. I'm so glad we found this place!

We have had our now-4 and 1.5 year old kids at TLE since September 2018 and have been extremely pleased with their experience there. We also have an older child and this is our 4th daycare through the years, and I'd rate it as the best. Somehow all the staff are friendly all the time and they all know our kids well and seem to truly care about them. They communicate with us well and respond to our questions promptly. I like the curriculum a lot, one of the many perks of being a part of a national program. They handled our son's milk allergy very nicely. I've been particularly impressed with the consistency of staff, which seems to be hard to find in daycare settling so I assume that means the staff are pretty happy as well. Thanks for taking such great care of our kids!

Truly a wonderful learning center! My favorite part of TLE is tbe staff. I find them easy to talk to and very welcoming. My 2 children love attending TLE of sauganash! I head to work stress free bc i know that my children are being cared for by nurturing educators which makes tbis parent thankful. I love that they teach infants sign language and to preschoolers they are being taught about U.S. Presidents. My children will be so ready for elementary school thanks to TLE. Lastly, I would be remissed if i didn't mention how clean the school is kept and the terrific well-balanced lunches they serve to the kids. Thank you TLE Sauganash

Our son started at the The Learning Experience right when he turned 3. The adjustment to full time pre-school was very smooth because of the caring and attentive teachers and staff. English is the second language for my son and they have been incredibly accommodating with the transition. The director and teachers are very responsive and attentive. The facilities are clean and kids-friendly. It is a very happy place to be: sunny and neat facilities, large indoor and outdoor playground for free play and physical exercise, fun learning activities, flexible drop-off and pick-up times for busy working parents, music and dance sessions, fun games etc. Our son made a lot of friends there and learned so much in less than a year. He is excited every morning to go to "work"! Thank you TLE for taking such good care of the kids and building the foundation for the school years ahead.

My 6 month old baby started at TLE Sauganash in April and we have been so happy. Miss Blanca and Miss Nancy (and everyone really) made his transition from home with mama to school as seamless as possible. I love all the snuggles he is getting and I love that when I come to drop him off or pick him up everyone seems to know him and they are excited to say hi and give him a snuggle. I love receiving pictures of him during the day and I especially love his big smiles. His art projects make me cry because they are so sweet and so precious to me. What a great daycare center! Our son started a few months ago in the infant room. The facility is brand new, clean, secure, and well-managed. His teachers are very caring, experienced, and accommodating to our needs. We are very pleased with our choice and comforted knowing our son is being well cared for Monday-Friday by the excellent team at #TLESauganash.

We just transitioned back to Chicago from Southern CA where our Daughter was in daycare full-time.....the team @ TLE has made this transition smooth for our 22 month old. The Director is extremely thorough, flexible and knowledgeable

I enrolled our son Noah into this daycare facility after having a less than positive experience at a previous daycare center. The team here is attentive, considerate, functional, caring, responsive and generally loving! Hate we moved! Bring TLE to Flossmoor-Homewood!

Our daughter was at TLE Sauganash for about 3.5 months, and we were sorry to have to leave (left because our needs changed temporarily, but will definitely consider returning in the future). We were very pleased with her progress -- it was a difficult adjustment the first week, but she very quickly began thriving in the TLE environment. Her teachers were all very caring and sweet, and went out of their way to help her adjust. She learned how to interact with other children, her vocabulary increased, her eating habits improved, among other things. We highly recommend TLE Sauganash!

What can I say about TLE! The entire staff is warm and friendly and truly cares about each and every child. I know my daughter was in good hands when she was happy when I dropped her off and just as happy when I picked her up! It is a great feeling to know your child is loved and in amazing care when you leave them each day. The teachers kept me well informed as to how her day went from what she ate to diaper rashes! Another great thing about having a younger child there is there is not only an infant room but also a room called "Twaddlers" which is a perfect class for those kidos in-between infant and toddlers. It is a safe space for them to explore but not being over run by bigger kids. The school is brand new and just beautiful. It is clean and has has an amazing play area. And bonus, the play area has a separated section for the smaller kids with age appropriate play ground equipment. I highly recommend The Learning Experience in Sauganash!

Both my kids look forward to going everyday. At pick up they are having so much fun they don't want to leave. The entire staff is very loving and caring. My 1 year old grew very fond of and attached to many of the teachers. He loves them so much he even cried when one of his favorite teachers left for lunch or at the end of the day. My 4 year old has learned to write letters, numbers, count, vocabulary tremendously grown, learns sign language, loves playing with her classmates, and shows me something new each day. It's comforting to know that my kids are safe and taken care of while I'm at work.

My son loves going to "school" everyday! There are loving teachers and so many fun activities to do. we are glad to have found TLE!

My daughter is in preschool at TLE-Sauganash and we have had an incredibly positive experience. It is truly a unique environment where my daughter is thriving. The staff here is what really makes the difference. Everyone genuinely cares for our daughter, beyond just her teachers. Everything is high quality, clean, and surpassed our family's expectations. She absolutely LOVES coming to school each day. I spend my days knowing she's in the care of the next best thing to Mommy and Daddy.

We love TLE! My daughter LOVES going there every day and always comes home with new things she has learned. I was playing different nursery songs today, and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star came on and Nicole immediately started signing/motioning the star moves with her hands, which she definitely learned at TLE because we never taught her that. It is always so cute to see these things she learns at TLE come out at home. It is a testament to the amazing staff at TLE.

I started my 2 year old daughter here in October 2017 and I couldn't be happier. The facilities are new and clean. The teachers are sweet and great with my daughter. I love the progress report that I get on my daughter everyday when I pick her up, so I know what she ate, whether she napped, her diaper changes, and what she learned for the day. I also love the fact that sometimes they email me pictures of her having fun, which puts my mind at ease when I'm at work.

I started my daughter at TLE in November 2019 and have been very happy with my experience. As a first-time mom, I never could have planned for how hard it was going to be returning to work. Leaving your child in someone else's care is not easy. But if you must do it, you want to find caregivers that are going to care for your child as if they were their own. And that is what I have found at TLE! I often arrive to drop off/pick up my daughter and find the teachers down at the kids' level interacting and playing with each of them. And not only are they engaging, but you can see they truly care for each of the children in a very loving and nurturing way. Additionally, the strong emphasis on learning is a HUGE benefit and just creates a path towards success for your child. If you are looking for a daycare/preschool for your child, I highly recommend reaching out to TLE!

This place is great at caring for kids at any age. They are extremely attentive to our daughter, the facility is always spotless, and they are always thorough with details on how our daughter's day went (when we pick her up). The Learning Experience Sauganash is wonderful! We've been looking for a daycare for the past year and a half and so happy we found TLE. The teachers are very loving, caring, and attentive to our girls. I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone who is looking.

We started at The Learning Experience (Sauganash) about 5 months ago. We have a 4 yr and 2 yr old twins. We could not be happier! Our kids had a hard time adjusting from life at home to daycare. The teachers and staff were so understanding and patient with both me and the kids. Some days I needed more help than the kids. :). I can't say enough about the whole team! We really love our experience!!

We send both of our daughters to TLE Sauganash and we love it! The teachers and staff all genuinely care for our girls, and we feel at ease dropping them off each day. We have been sending our daughter to TLE Sauganash since she was 3 months old. She is now 2 years-old, and we have been in awe of the progress she has made. The staff are so caring and you can tell that they love and support the kids. We have been so happy with our decision, and would recommend them to anyone looking for daycare services in this area.

We had our younger daughter for about a year and loved it! She was in 2 different classrooms during her time there and the teachers always made her feel so loved. Even staff that were not assigned to her classrooms seemed to know her. What stood out to me was how loving they were towards her. My first grader would also attend as a drop in on her days off from school and the response to her was the same. It has the feel of a small daycare where everyone knows each other. It was also evident that there was a good relationship among teachers and administrators. They were always laughing, happy, and positive!
