Our son has been attending this daycare since June 2025, when he was just 7 months old. He started in the infant class and recently transitioned to the toddler class after turning one. From day one, the infant teachers were extremely helpful. They provided consistent feedback on his development and gave us practical tips to make his days easier — which is invaluable as working parents who aren’t with him all day. That kind of communication builds real trust. When it was time to transition classes, they guided us through a six-week adjustment period — helping us prepare him for wearing shoes daily, switching to sippy cups, and moving fully into solid foods. As new parents, that guidance mattered more than they probably realize. Now in the toddler class, he’s thriving. He’s free to explore, socialize, and grow — and the teachers continue to keep us informed and involved. A few weeks ago, when he got sick at school, they called us immediately. When I arrived, one of his teachers was holding him while he slept, keeping him comfortable. That meant a lot to my wife and me. It showed genuine care. After being out for a week, he came back and ran to his teacher with open arms. At his age, that says everything. We’re grateful for the level of care, communication, and attention they give our son every day.

I love this location and so do my 2 kids, ages 4 and 3 …. Ms. Nicola (the director) is incredibly awesome! She helped us a lot and was very thorough during our tour. All the teachers in here are very welcoming and lovable. My kids were never in child care before, and I can say that, as their first time, they are loving it and look forward to coming to school every morning!

I can’t say enough great things about The Learning Experience on Southside Blvd in Jacksonville! From the moment you walk in, you can feel how positive and welcoming the environment is. The staff is absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. The director is truly one of a kind—she even reminds me of Dora the Explorer in the best way possible! She brings that same sense of energy, curiosity, and fun, and you can tell she makes it a priority to ensure every child is learning while having a great time. Safety is clearly a top priority here, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. The team goes above and beyond to create a secure, structured, and nurturing space where kids can thrive. It’s also clear that a lot of creativity and brainpower goes into running this place—the staff keeps things engaging, educational, and fun every single day.. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be safe, supported, and excited to learn, I highly recommend The Learning Experience!

We’ve had such a great experience with this daycare since my daughter started in September 2025. From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff are welcoming, personable, and always in a great mood. It truly gives you peace of mind and you never feel like your child is just “one of many” or overlooked. Her teachers have been amazing! Especially Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Kali, and Ms. Carmen … They truly treat Indi like one of their own, and that means everything to us as parents. She has already transitioned into the preschool class, and the support during that change was seamless. Like any child, she has her mornings where she may not be in the best mood, but every single person in the hallway still greets her and makes her feel seen and welcome. She absolutely loves her teachers and the entire staff. She talks about them all the time (and definitely loves Bubbles too ?). What really stands out is how they treat our whole family. They even treat my older son like one of their own and he doesn’t even attend there. That level of genuine care is rare and so appreciated. The environment here really feels like a family. From day one, we felt like we fit right in. We also appreciate all the events they host! We haven’t missed one yet because of how inviting and well-put-together everything is. Overall, we haven’t had any issues at all. Even when she’s been out for a while, she’s always excited to come back and see her teachers. That alone says everything ?

Rafael has grown so much — socially, emotionally, and academically — and he always feels safe, happy, and excited to go to school. As a mother, that peace of mind is priceless. The learning experience at the southside Jacksonville location is by far the best daycare Ive had the pleasure to encounter with since moving here. I had no support with two special needs children and both Stephanie and Madison were supportive and educated me on the need to know about TLE and how they welcome children of all kind no matter their disability. Thanks for making one feel like family at TLE and taking care of our future leaders.

Our little one, Kensleigh, started attending TLE (Southside) 1 month ago. We (her family) immediately started to notice positive changes in her communication skills. She is happy to go to school each day. Her teachers (Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Norma) are so attentive to Kensleigh's social, emotional and physical needs. Without fail, Jasmine gives her a warm morning greeting each day. It is also notable that Kensleigh blows Norma a goodbye kiss at the end of each day. That tells me that Kensleigh feels love from her and trust her. We have been concerned about Kensleigh adjusting to the point where she is consistently able to be dropped off without trauma. Well, this morning, Jasmine instructed Kensleigh to wave and say goodbye to me with a smile! I felt SO much better about leaving her today. I can go on and on about how TLE's staff has made out little one's daycare and learning experience so much better. Especially in the area of a structured daily routine. However, it would be quite a long narrative because everyone from the front office staff to the in-classroom instructors have made this transition from 1 daycare to another a much more pleasant experience than what we could have ever expected. Thank you all (Annsley, Madison, Patricia, Jasmine, and Norma) for the dedication you have to developing Kensleigh and all of the children!

I really appreciate the teachers. They are very sweat with my child and they always make nice activities throughout the year. So far I really like them.
