My son has gotten so many new friends at this center. The routine that my son has now is that he runs into the office to give Ms. Traci a hug before we leave everyday which actually made me want to write this review. The fact that he instigates the hug means the world. Socially he's grown so much and I'm so happy! This was a big deal and one of the reasons while we put our child in childcare. This place is the best.

I have three children, and this is by far the best center they’ve ever been in. My kids absolutely love the water days and the indoor play area. As a parent, I really appreciate that they’re still working through actual workbooks — even during the summer — which is fantastic. Their teachers have all been incredibly friendly, and the young lady at the front desk is always so welcoming and helpful. Ms. Traci and Ashley have both been especially understanding and supportive when it comes to my family’s dynamic and any concerns that have come up. Whenever I’ve needed something, someone has always been available. I feel completely safe and confident leaving my children in their care — and that peace of mind means everything.

My daughter has been attending for about three months now, and she comes home every day content and happy. We absolutely love Ms. Kerrigan — the art she does with the kids is both creative and meaningful, and it’s clear how much she cares. The management team is amazing and always welcomes the children with such warmth and joy. Ms. Traci, in particular, has been incredibly kind and professional. From the very beginning, she made us feel like we had been part of the school forever. I was especially touched when she remembered that my daughter had gymnastics one evening — such a small detail, but it meant so much. This is definitely our forever school. ?

I have had such a wonderful experience at The Learning Experience in West Chester! The teachers are nurturing, patient, and truly care about each child’s development. Kaylin has grown so much socially, emotionally, and academically since starting here. The curriculum is well-balanced, with a great mix of play-based learning, structured activities, and outdoor time. Communication with parents is consistent and helpful. We always feel in the loop about what our child is doing, learning, and how they’re progressing. The classroom is always clean, organized, and inviting, and we love how much thought goes into each week’s activities and themes. TLE West Chester is such a great community. I know our son (18 months old) is always going to be taken care of. He loves going for his friends, teachers, and activities! We love the relationships with the teachers, assistant director (Ms. Ashley) and director (Ms. Traci) who always communicates which can be a difficult trait to find. I strongly recommend TLE to anyone!!

The Learning Experience has been amazing for our family. We have a 1 year old and a 3 year old enrolled, and in a short time, we've seen incredible growth in both of them. TLE has played a key role in their development. Our 3 year old has a speech delay, and thanks to the support and dedication of the staff, he’s already using more words and making noticeable progress. The daily activities and educational structure keep both of our children engaged and stimulated. They genuinely enjoy going to school and look forward to each day. Ms. Traci and Ms. Ashley have created such a warm, friendly, and educational environment where children can thrive. Every teacher knows our kids by name and greets them with genuine enthusiasm and care. It means so much to us to know our children are not just safe, but truly loved and valued. I never worry when I drop them off, I know they’re in great hands. We are so grateful for everything TLE has done for our family. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I am a fire alarm technician who has done the annual testing at this site. I do not live in this area, but if I did, my child would be enrolled here. The directors and staff are fantastic with great attitudes, and I was VERY impressed with how they performed their fire drill. Without notice, the staff had every child out of the building in less than a minute! This facility is top notch when it comes to keeping your kids safe. They performed constant head counts, and the facility is very clean.

TLE has been amazing for my family! Traci is such an amazing director. She has made my family’s transition at TLE wonderful. The staff does a great job welcoming the families and keeping us updated about our kid's progress. Ms. Destiny has been life changing for Adam! He does not like change, and she has won him over. We started potty training with her 2 weeks ago and he is almost there. I am thankful for the TLE family and Traci!!! ??? If you are looking for a family friendly environment TLE is the place for your family!

Our boys have had the best experience at The Learning Experience! Mrs. Tracey and her staff are also super supportive and helpful. Not to mention very welcoming every morning. My son’s teachers, Ms. Misty and Ms. Tifffany are great and always provide updates throughout the day when I am working. It’s the best daycare in the greater West Chester area.

I would honestly give this Daycare 10 stars if I could. My daughter started here on January 2nd, 2024. And within just a month of being enrolled, I have noticed a HUGE change in her behavior. With her prior schools, we struggled with her having extreme tantrums, hitting her friends, and getting sent home 2-3 times a week for "bad" behavior. With the Learning Experience, my daughter is thriving! Teachers are very communicative and answer any questions I may have thoroughly. The new Director is just simply AWESOME. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking for a structured environment for their child to prepare them for kindergarten. I can't wait to watch my daughter grow into the person she is meant to be!

The Learning Experience has been an amazing center so far!! We have been here for about a month and have only positive things to say!! The director, Traci leaves a positive impact on all of those who are around her! She is incredibly friendly and upbeat, and always readily available to answer questions!

Hello ?! I am a staff of TLE for a little over one year now. I love TLE Traci! I have been in the field of childcare for approximately 30 years. I will be 59 year old in September! I am so happy to feel young again! I thank you Ms. Traci. This is the first time that I have experienced a well-rounded work and home life with childcare. TLE Traci put the children, parents and staff first which equals everyone is number "1"! If a teacher is better in another area it is completed, person center is foremost ????! If a child can thrive with better and more durable equipment, toys and the like, it is completed. The TLE at 7570 Foster in West Chester, Ohio mission is every child, parent and staff are one together! They work towards "together strong"! ???? I thank you for all that you do, Ms. Traci ??!

We enrolled our son here in March 2024 when he was 7 months old and are reminded every day why we chose The Learning Experience over any other daycare in the area. Traci, the director, has been amazing to work with. She ensured we had a smooth transition when we moved from out of state. The prices are very fair for the market and we love the app that is available for updates. Traci has put so much heart into making this a great place to send your kids. You can tell how much she cares about this school and everyone in it from the children to the teachers to the families. The new assistant director, Ashley, has also been amazing to work with. She has been very professional and responsive not mention always has a smile on her face when we see her. The infant teachers: Crystal, Leyla, and Krissie are always cheering on the babies when they reach new milestones and love them as if they are part of the family. We truly love everyone here and are so thankful we chose The Learning Experience in West Chester for our son.

My son attended this center from April 2023 until August 2024 (left due to beginning kindergarten). There was a significant improvement at this center once Ms. Traci became the new director in January 2024 (she’s still there). Ms. Traci and staff implemented multiple events for TLE kids and family to attend along with a warm/welcoming environment. Also, Ms. Tiffany is a wonderful teacher who is passionate about kids and their learning development. Ms. Tiffany taught my son how to write his all of his letters, write his name, read sight words, plus more before beginning kindergarten. My son has only been in kindergarten for a few weeks but vocalizes every day that he misses TLE because his new school is “boring” as well as he missed his friends and teachers. My son’s father and I were very impressed with the turnaround at this center this year and now our newborn son will start soon. You won’t regret choosing TLE West Chester!

Traci and the TLE staff have renewed my faith and expectations in childcare. Their team is EXTRAORDINARY and care about the children truly. They have family fun nights in an effort to build community and also have preschool field trips purely for the children’s enjoyment (because a group of 4 year olds is like managing a herd of cats). As a working mom it’s a great feeling to be confident your children are safe AND happy. We are moving out of state and the biggest conversation and sadness was how sad we are to leave TLE and how will we find another daycare that comes even close (this is our 3rd daycare and the first 2 were unsafe and unhappy so I KNOW the emotions and stress tied to childcare and started thinking my expectations were too high until coming here). So much love for the caregivers at TLE ?

I absolutely Love TLE!! My son has been attending this school for the last 5 months and they have become family to us. The director Ms. Traci is so amazing and the entire TLE staff are as well. My son loves his teachers so much he’s always excited to go to school every morning! As a parent it’s such a relief having such a safe and loving environment for my child to learn and grow in. This place is a literal answered prayer, and I couldn’t ask for a better place for him. Thank you TLE !!!!

Yesterday, our eleven-month-old daughter had the opportunity to meet the staff and spend some time with her new teacher, Ms. Layla, who was as kind as they come. The entire staff was so lovingly engaged from the moment we arrived until we left. Ms. Traci is the best! She ensured we had all the information we needed before making a decision to enroll. We are so looking forward to watching our daughter develop into something great!

I can’t recommend this center enough! My son had been home with me for the first two years, and we knew that he needed more than what I could offer at home. I’m so glad this was our first experience with daycare - all the teachers and staff knew my son by name and welcomed him with open arms. They truly care about each and every child in the center. Ms. Destiny was my child’s teacher, and she cared for him like he was her own. He learned so much from his time with her. We moved and I wish this daycare was still accessible for us! All I can say is wow. Our child started there only six months ago and was almost non verbal, she just refused to talk and she hated going to her other school. I had to literally peel her fingers from the car seat everyday. Now she talks our ears off and even gets herself dressed for school. She loves her teachers and can't wait to say hi to Ms. Traci every morning. She is so happy everyday and has made more gains in speech than I would have ever thought possible. It is truly a wonderful place for children.

I'm a single dad and was clueless to find a safe place for my son's daycare. Melissa was very helpful in my ultimate decision because of her patience and pleasant demeanor I decided to enroll. That was six months ago and it's amazing to say how much progress he's made so far!
