I’m a passionate and motivated teacher with over 15 years of experience working with children. My journey began as a nanny, which sparked my love for early childhood education and led me into a fulfilling career in childcare and teaching. In 2019, I made the exciting move from Connecticut to Florida, embracing new adventures both personally and professionally. Hi! I'm Maddie, an Infant teacher who truly enjoys caring for little ones. I focus on creating a safe, calm, and nurturing environment for every baby in my care. My days are filled with tummy time, sensory play, and lots of encouragement as babies reach new milestones. I'm also a mom to my own toddler, which makes this work even more meaningful to me. Being a parent has given me an even deeper understanding of how important trust and communication are. I believe patience, consistency, and kindness help babies feel secure and supported. I love watching their personalities start to shine. It's a joy getting to be part of such an important stage of development.

My name is Anaya, and I grew up in Brevard County, Florida, where my family settled after my dad retired from the U.S. Navy. Inspired by a strong sense of service, I later joined the U.S. Navy and served as a Boatswain’s Mate. In that role, I was trusted with driving the ship and developed strong leadership, responsibility, and teamwork skills. My military experience helped shape my work ethic and my ability to stay calm and focused in challenging situations. Today, I am pursuing an Associate in Science degree in Early Childhood Education at Eastern Florida State College. I have already earned my CDA (Child Development Associate) credential as well as my Director’s Credential, which has strengthened my knowledge of child development and early learning. I enjoy helping young children learn through creativity, music, and movement. Outside of school and work, I love music and sports, and I used to dance and play soccer when I was in school.

Hi, my name is Kayla Ryder and I have been working in childcare for almost four years. I’m the lead teacher in the Twaddler classroom. I love teaching and helping the kids learn new skills as they grow and explore the world around them. Watching them reach milestones and develop new abilities is one of my favorite parts of the job. I am passionate about creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for the children in my care. Outside of work, I enjoy doing nails and painting because they let me be creative. I also love cheerleading and the teamwork and energy that comes with it. My favorite color is pink, which matches my bright and positive personality.

My name is Clare Garrett, and I have spent the past 30 years working in child care, which has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. I have had the privilege of working with children as young as two years old all the way up to high school students with special needs. Watching kids grow, learn, and become their own people is something that truly inspires me every day. I feel like I grow right alongside them, becoming more patient, understanding, and compassionate with each experience. I’m also a proud mom to my son, who is studying to become a pilot, and I couldn’t be more excited to see where his journey takes him. Outside of work, I’m a huge animal lover and currently have one dog and one cat who keep life interesting. A fun fact about me is that one day I’d really love to have a pet jumping spider. In my free time, I enjoy learning about animals, history, and different cultures, especially through festivals around the world.

My name is Danita, I'm a lead teacher at The Learning Experience in Viera, Florida. I have over twenty years of childcare experience. I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and develop in a nurturing environment and truly love the work I do everyday. Although this is my first time working in a corporate childcare setting, I have embraced the experience and enjoy being a part of such a supportive team. I have built strong relationships with my coworkers and appreciate the opportunity to keep learning and growing under a strong leadership team. Hi, my name is Ms. Taylor and i am the Preschool 1A teacher. I have been at TLE since September 2025 and I have to say I have the best colleagues. I love working at TLE and appreciate all the support that I receive from everyone. We are an amazing community and strive our best to make sure the children are taken care of. My students enjoy learning something new everyday and building peer to peer relationships. One of my favorite things to do with my students is circle time. During circle time we sing songs, read books, play games, learn to count, and learn their colors.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, I spent 15 years working on Wall Street before starting my family in 1993—a turning point that led me to discover my true calling in early childhood education. I spent a decade as an infant teacher, nurturing little ones through their earliest milestones. In 2019, I moved to Florida and found a new home at The Learning Experience (TLE), where I not only continued my work with children but also discovered a new passion: cooking! Today, I’m grateful to do what I love every day—sharing joy through food and supporting young learners along the way.
