Meet Our Center Director – Jennifer Sullivan With over 30 years of experience leading early childhood education programs, Jennifer Sullivan brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to The Learning Experience – Tucson (Rita Ranch). She holds a Master’s degree in Education and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Early Childhood Education, focusing on how technology impacts young learners and enhances their developmental growth. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been known for building strong relationships with families, mentoring teaching teams, and creating environments where children feel loved, safe, and inspired to learn. What drew Jennifer to The Learning Experience is its innovative curriculum, focus on character development, and commitment to creating joyful learning experiences. She believes TLE provides the perfect blend of structure, creativity, and heart—everything children need to thrive in their early years. Jennifer is excited to welcome families to our new center and looks forward to helping each child grow, discover, and reach their fullest potential.

I hold an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood and Special Education and a Bachelor’s in Leadership and Learning Innovation with a focus on Community Education. With two years of experience in early childhood education, I’m dedicated to fostering inclusive, engaging learning environments that support the growth of all young learners.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and am a certified teacher with an ESL endorsement. With seven years of experience in both early childhood and elementary education, I’m dedicated to supporting diverse learners through inclusive and engaging teaching practices.

Mrs. Alyssa has been working in early childhood education for over 10 years and has spent most of that time caring for and nurturing infants. Her passion lies in helping our youngest learners reach their first milestones while providing a safe, loving, and engaging environment. She believes that every baby grows best when surrounded by patience, consistency, and care.

I have seven years of experience in early childhood education and hold an Associate’s degree in Medical Billing and Coding. I partner closely with families to support their child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through developmentally appropriate, play-based practices that are tailored to each child’s unique needs. 

Tiana brings nine years of experience in early childhood education and holds an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Development. She has four years of dedicated experience working in an infant classroom and is excited to join our infant room team, providing nurturing and responsive care for our youngest learners.

Donielle holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Human Development and brings several years of experience in early intervention social work, along with three years in an infant classroom. As a parent herself, she is passionate about creating a nurturing, supportive environment for young children and building strong relationships with families. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her daughter, her husband, and their cat and dog.

Esperanza brings over seven years of experience working in the infant room and has a strong understanding of nurturing young children during their earliest stages of development. As a parent herself, including being a mom to twins, she brings warmth, patience, and firsthand insight into creating a safe and loving environment for our babies.

Ms. Antonieta brings five years of experience in ece to our team and most recently worked with Head Start. She is skilled in classroom management, building strong relationships with children, and supporting social-emotional and early learning development. As a dedicated parent of three, she brings patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of children’s needs into her classroom every day. hands-on experiences.

Aiza is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator with two years of hands-on experience fostering the growth and development of young children. Passionate about creating nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments, she brings creativity, patience, and a strong understanding of early learning principles to the classroom. Aiza is committed to supporting each child’s unique journey through play-based learning and positive guidance.

I hold a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and have gained hands-on experience through student teaching in early childhood education settings. My background has equipped me with practical skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and fostering positive developmental outcomes for young children.

Brize has over 11 years of experience working in the field of early childhood education and brings a deep understanding of child development to her classroom. As our toddler teacher, she creates a nurturing, engaging environment that supports young children’s growth, curiosity, and emerging independence.

Mrs. Angelica is an experienced early childhood educator with 6 years of hands-on teaching in preschool settings. She holds a credential equivalent to the Child Development Associate (CDA) from Mexico, bringing a strong foundation in child development, classroom management, and culturally responsive teaching. With a warm and nurturing approach, she is dedicated to creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments where young children can thrive and grow.

Marissa brings six years of experience working with special education students and in preschool settings, where she is known for her patience, warmth, and dedication to each child’s growth. In her free time, she enjoys reading and painting, hobbies that inspire her creativity in the classroom.

Ms. Lexie is an experienced preschool teacher with over six years of nurturing and educating young children. She creates engaging, play-based learning environments that support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Her goal is to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Ms. Teresa is a seasoned early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience in the field, including leadership roles as a preschool director. Her extensive background combines hands-on classroom teaching with strong administrative and mentoring skills. Her leadership is guided by a deep understanding of child development and a dedication to lifelong learning.

Ms. Lili is a dedicated preschool teacher with over 6 years of experience as a lead teacher, creating engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments for young children. She is also a registered Behavior Specialist, bringing valuable expertise in supporting positive behavior, social-emotional development, and individualized learning strategies. Passionate about early childhood education, she is committed to helping every child grow with confidence and curiosity.

I have over ten years of experience working with children in this community, providing care, support, and educational guidance. I also hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, which enhances my ability to meet the health and developmental needs of the children I serve.

I have 13 years of experience in early childhood education, supporting the development and growth of young children in diverse learning environments. My deep commitment to nurturing early learning is backed by hands-on expertise and a strong understanding of child development.

Katelyn has over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, working with children from infants through preschool. As a mother of a school-aged child, she brings both professional knowledge and personal understanding to creating a warm and supportive learning environment.

Vanessa is passionate about learning new things and takes pride in seeing what she has accomplished. She loves drawing and photography, and finds so much joy in teaching and watching her little learners grow and thrive. She joins us from a TLE in Florida, where she worked primarily as a toddler teacher for the past year, bringing valuable experience and a heart for early childhood education to our team.
