I’m writing this as a former employee. I truly loved my time working at this school every bit of it. I walked away with nothing but great memories, and even the tough days felt meaningful. Mrs. Dilek was consistently kind, patient, and incredibly understanding. The teachers genuinely cared about the wellbeing and success of every student, and you could feel it in the atmosphere every day. Leaving was bittersweet, but my path was pulling me in a different direction. Still, I hope my little one gets to start their journey at TLE someday because it really is a special place.

We love the TLE family because thats exactly what it feels like... a family. The staff is so warm and welcoming and show their passion for what they do. They are very accommodating as well. As far as the classroom, my son truly loves his classmates and the activities they have for the children. I am very pleased with TLE in Franklin Lakes.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience at The Learning Experience in Franklin Lakes! The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure our child feels welcomed and loved. The variety of activities they offer is fantastic and keeps our toddler engaged and happy throughout the day. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention our child receives here. Highly recommend The Learning Experience to any parent looking for a nurturing and stimulating environment for their little ones!

I cant recommend The Learning Experience in Franklin Lakes enough! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a nurturing environment for the kids. My son has thrived here, making new friends and learning so much. He is absolutely ready for kindergarten thanks to the engaging activities and supportive teachers. I also appreciate the excellent communication from the staff. Five stars for a fantastic daycare experience!

I am so grateful I chose TLE in Franklin Lakes for my son. This was the first time any of my children have ever been to daycare. The Learning Experience welcomed us with open arms and we immediately felt like family. My sons teachers are so friendly, caring and communicative. I love receiving daily pictures in the app of my son. They do so many activities every day. My son has learned so much already. I chose this school because I felt the owner has a huge heart and truly cares about each individual child. The front desk Administrative team is very bubbly and friendly and always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns I may have. Thank you TLE for loving and nurturing my son.

I love everything about the learning experience! From the caring teachers to the well-rounded curriculum and the clean and organized classrooms, I couldn't recommend this learning center more! I have noticed a drastic difference in my daughters social-emotional development since starting just 2 months ago!

As a first time parent, choosing a daycare when I went back to work to teach my own students was difficult but everyone at TLE in Franklin Lakes has been wonderful. The office staff is friendly and responsive. Ms. Dilek, the owner, greets each child by name every morning. The teachers look happy to be there and you can feel how they genuinely care about the students. You truly feel part of a family there. TLE also has an app where the teachers share updates and photos of the activities your child is doing throughout the day. Can’t recommend TLE in Franklin Lakes enough! It is so comforting to know my child is in great hands!

A Wonderful Nursery Experience! I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough! The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about caring for the children. They take the time to get to know each child and provide personalized attention, creating a nurturing and loving environment. The facilities are clean, bright, and filled with age-appropriate toys and learning materials. My toddlers loves the variety of activities they offer, from creative arts and crafts to outdoor play in their playground. The focus on early learning, academic excellence (for Pre K groups) and social development is amazing! What stands out most is the sense of community they foster. The staff keep us updated with daily reports and photos, so we always feel connected to what our little ones are learning and experiencing. We’re so grateful to have found this nursery—it’s a second home for our three toddlers, and we couldn’t be happier!

Looking for peace of mind, safety, cleanliness, structure, real time development?! Look no further, this is truly the program for you and your children!!! I have a 4 year old, 2 year old, and soon to be 1 year old and we have been a part of the program for less than a year. Let me start by saying my only connection to this school is that I live near by. I was happy to write a review because of the vast difference we have been experiencing at this program compared to others in north NJ. The director Ms. Dilek, is an incredible person, thoughtful, concerned, understanding and professional to say the least. You will catch Ms. Dilek mopping the lobby on rainy days, or entertaining students as they come and go, or helping in a classroom at any given moment. Her experience in raising her own children right here in Bergen County made the decision that much easier for me, but also the passion and care she has for the children. She treats my kids as if they were her own. The facility is beautiful and clean, the procedures for each classroom are strict but have helped minimize sickness within the class. I’m appreciative of her dedication to this because our babies are so important to us. We have experienced some other schools/daycares in Wayne and Wycoff and this location has been the best yet. The number 1 thing I love about this program is the structure. My children are being introduced to incredible structure, learning new concepts daily and it shows. Its given me the confidence that they will be ready for grade school. I knew I had made the right decisions when my kids didn’t want to go home after their first day was complete. Thank you Ms. Dilek for bringing an incredible group of teachers together and being committed and choosing the right people dedicated to this job. You all are doing a tremendous job. You all show effort and commitment which is important to me and my family. Last but not least I cannot forget to mention the wonderful ladies in the lobby who manage all the day to day. These young ladies are incredibly professional and are such a wonderful breath of fresh air when you walk into the facility. They are always welcoming whether it be on the phone or in person day or night. They are very aware and in tune with the happenings of each child. I can really appreciate how dedicated everyone is all throughout that facility. I look forward to the next several years with Ms. Dilek. Take the tour, get on the wait list, be patient…IT IS WORTH IT! Your children will thank you, and you will shed a few layers of stress. Nothing like TLE of Franklin Lakes.

We recently started at TLE and have had the best experience. We noticed our daughter start to flourish almost immediately. She had started in the younger group as a Twaddler and I must say each of the teachers are incredibly kind and patient as she was gettting used to attending daycare. Ms. Emilee, Ms. Dana, Ms. Iryna & Ms. Sakiba are phenomenal! She now is in an older group (Preppers) and has learned so much more independence and trying out things by herself. Ms. Andy and Ms. Dajahna have so much energy and really are engaging with kids, making learning exciting. My daughter can be a picky eater and she has slowly opened up to trying new foods as she sees other kids eating the lunch together. The facility is incredibly clean and have a 2 door safety system which was very important to us. The teachers in each group do a good job of taking photos of the kids to send to parents in the app, which has been super fun to see all the new things my daughter is doing. Administrators & Staff Ms. Dilek, Ms. Diana, Ms. Marie & Ms. Allison are always friendly and answer all my thousands of questions promptly, gives us peace of mind knowing our daughter is safe and in good hands.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with the preschool class at The Learning Experience in Franklin Lakes. The curriculum is fun, engaging, and age-appropriate, while still helping the kids build a strong academic foundation. My son has started reading, has a great grasp of beginning sight words, and is already adding and subtracting independently. I also love that they introduce Spanish and explore different places around the world. It is incredible what these little learners soak up! Most importantly, the social and emotional growth we’ve seen has been amazing. He’s become more confident, independent, and excited to go to school each day. The teachers are kind, nurturing, and truly care about each child. We’re so grateful for everything TLE has done for our family!

The Learning experience in Franklin Lakes is top notch. Both of my children began at 10 months old. My son completed preschool in June 2021. He had a wonderful experience with his preschool teacher, Miss Ronnie. She is warm, nurturing and has a love for teaching that is undeniable! My daughter is in with the Preppers class and is thriving with her teachers, Miss Meagan and Miss Neredia! She also had a wonderful experience with Miss Lydia, Miss Ally and Miss Laurence. They are all caring and she enjoys going to school each day! Thank you for taking such good care of my children!!

We are extremely happy with TLE Franklin Lakes. Our son is flourishing and loves his classroom and friends. We highly recommend TLE. The whole staff is fantastic.

I enrolled my daughter shortly after she turned 2. We were looking for a school that would provide social enrichment and a way to learn to interact appropriately with other children her age, as she was very shy and quiet up until that time. Within a few weeks, she was noticeably more talkative and has only blossomed more and more over the last year. She loves going to school and knows nearly all the teachers, the director, and front office staff, and all of them know her well. All of her teachers have been amazing and loving and Ms. Dilek and Ms. Magaly are as close to her as all of her teachers have been. I couldn't be happier with the choice we made to send her there!

My one year old son has been enrolled in TLE since September and I couldn't be happier with the center and its employees. As my first child I was hesitant about putting him in daycare but I am so glad I did. TLE is more than a daycare. My son is learning in ways that I wouldn't think to teach him at such a young age. I have nothing but great things to say about this center and would highly recommend it.

Our 4 years old twin boys had previously attended another day care facility in the area, once we found out TLE had a new location opened at Franklin Lakes we toured the school and immediately feel in love with their approach toward the children. We feel like our sons are safe and secured in the beautiful brand new school and really appreciate the educational curriculum. The owner and the director, as well as the teachers that we have come in contact with are kind and patient people. They are accessible whenever I have questions and concerns. Their willingness goes above and beyond every single day. We would strongly recommend this center to anyone else.

My dd’s have been going to TLE since it opened in July and they absolutely love it there. There is never a day that goes by without my older one talking about Ms Dilek, the owner. Dilek is warm, welcoming, and always has time to for a chat with me regarding my kids or updates about the daycare. Ms. Jamie, the infant teacher, is very caring and attentive. When i go to pick my little one up she always provide a detailed run-through of the day as well as letting me know if my infant is enjoying one type of food vs another, or more generally what types of activities or foods she is gravitating towards. My toddler transition from a different daycare to TLE and the first few days were a challenge. Ms Magalie, the director at the daycare, helped us with the transition and spent the one-on-one time with my daughter to help her build a connection with the teachers at TLE. Overall, the staff is very friendly, knows every child, and they are generally a high-energy welcoming team. Thus far my kids and I have enjoyed our experience at TLE.

My children (1 and 4 years old) were two of the first students at The Learning Experience in Franklin Lakes. I have been so pleased with the teachers, curriculum, and environment. My older child has learned about everything from “Chemical Reactions” to “Philanthropy” and Yoga – I am amazed. I truly feel that my kids are being cared for by people who are invested in their growth and development. The teachers are top quality and very engaged. Both the owner (Dilek) and director (Magaly) are incredibly hands on, and it is obvious that they care so much about the children. My kids enjoy their school and are blossoming. I would highly recommend TLE in Franklin Lakes.

We are so happy to have enrolled our daughter at TLE in Franklin Lakes. Everyone is so welcoming and they truly care about our daughter. It is wonderful to know that she is taken care of while we are at work. Her teachers are amazing and she has learned so much already. It is a joy dropping her off and picking her up and seeing how happy she is. She loves her class, her teachers and her friends!

Our son Luke is our sixth child. I have had my children in many different daycare facilities. Dilek the owner is so passionate about her center and these children. Luke has been at TLE since it opened and this center is the BEST. I highly recommend this center to all parents looking a loving environment that is educational as well as clean and safe.

I enrolled my 2 year old son a few weeks ago at the Franklin Lakes TLE center, and I am THRILLED! Over the past couple of weeks, his vocabulary has increased and he has FINALLY started to use the potty, and I credit his teacher and the center. The owner Dilek is warm and friendly, and as an educator I feel that my son’s learning and his social emotional growth is her number one priority. Thank you, TLE Franklin Lakes!
