Hi, I’m Ekaja Cardwell, the Assistant Director. I began my journey here at 19 in the Preppers classroom, later moved to Toddlers, and eventually transitioned to the front office. Each step has helped me grow and given me the opportunity to support our families and staff in new ways. My goal every day is to create a welcoming environment, where everyone feels comfortable and leaves with a smile.

Hi, I’m Corinne, the Executive Center Director at The Learning Experience Clearwater! I’ve been passionate about early childhood education for over 10 years and joined the TLE family in March 2021. Before stepping into leadership, I gained hands-on experience teaching in every age group from infants through preschool, worked with the Head Start program, and even coordinated a volunteer program at a children’s museum. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development from Ball State University. At TLE Clearwater, I focus on inspiring and coaching our amazing teachers, building strong relationships with children and families, and ensuring our center runs smoothly each day. I truly believe that early education lays the foundation for future learning—and my goal is to spark a lifelong love of learning in every child who walks through our doors. Outside of work, I love running, going to the beach, and traveling!

My name is Geraldine and I am the Curriculum Director. I have my Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice and currently working on my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. I been with TLE since October 2021! Some of my hobbies include watching TV, going to the beach or pool, and spending time with my son. My goals are to create a safe and fun place full of learning and promote positive development. I am excited to work one on one with our teachers to implement the TLE Curriculum.

My name is Fatma and I am one of the infant teachers. I have a Masters Degree in Education and I have been with TLE since July 2022. Some of my hobbies include traveling, shopping, and reading. My goal at TLE is to teach the kids and make them smile!

My name is Ms. Milagro and am one of the infant teachers. I started with TLE in October 2016. Before TLE, I worked as a nurse and hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing. Some of my hobbies include shopping and spending time with my family. My classroom goals are to always ensure the safety of the babies and contribute to their learning.

My name is Ms. Marsida and I am one of the infant teachers. I have been with TLE since 2017. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Literature and Master’s Degree in Library Literacy. Some of my hobbies include traveling, painting, and photography. My classroom goals are to think positive to stay focused, improve skills, and to get organized.

My name is Ms. Kleitia and I am one of the Infant support teachers. I have a bachelor's degree in Education and I have been with TLE since September 2023. Some of my hobbies include walking in nature, going to the beach, and hiking. My classroom assisting goals are to encourage social and emotional development and have a pleasant learning environment.

My name is Ms. Tamara and I am one of the toddler teachers. I have been in childcare for 10 years, and with TLE since January 2018. Before TLE I was a neonatal nurse and I have a Bachelor's Degree in nursing. My hobbies include shopping and spending time with family and grandson. My classroom goals are to keep the children safe and watch them grow!

I have been with TLE since March 2024 and I am from Clearwater, FL. I love spending time with my family and my classroom goals is to help prepare the kids for the future.

I am a Licensed Nurse from Cuba and I love cooking and reading. My classroom goals are to learn English, taking care of kids and teaching them developmental milestones.

My name is Ms. Ashley and I am one of the twaddler teachers. I have been with TLE since September 2021. Some of my hobbies include shopping, playing games, and trying new things. My classroom goals are to encourage the development of physical, social, interpersonal, cognitive, and language skills for the children, and to bring fun to fundamental.

My name is Ms. Hannah and I am one of the Preppers teachers. I have been with TLE since June 2022. I received my education from SPC and Valencia College and some of my hobbies include reading, pilates, and being with friends and family. My classroom goal is to make a happy learning place for all children!

Hi I’m Cendry and I’ve been with TLE since September 2024. I graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s degree. I enjoy spending time outdoors, at the beach, playing pickleball, and riding bikes. I look forward to building relationships and positively impacting the children in my Preppers classroom.

My name is Ms. Silvana and I am the Preschool 1B teacher! I have a Bachelor's degree and and a CDA in early childhood education. I have been with TLE since August 2022. Some of my hobbies include doing arts and crafts and shopping. My classroom goals are to provide a safe and effective learning environment!

My name is Ms. Nikki and I am one of the VPK teachers. I have been with with TLE since February 2017. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice. My husband and I are certified Foster Parents. My hobbies include going to Disney and Universal, swimming, and spending time with family. My classroom goals are to prepare my students for kindergarten academically and boost their confidence with many "ah hah I did it" moments.

My name is Ms. Neri and I am one of the VPK teachers. I have been with TLE since January 2023. I have a bachelor's degree in Education and a Florida Staff Credential. Some of my hobbies include reading, walking, and cooking. Some of my classroom goals include building trust, empathy, and respect. I want to help children build self- confidence and independence to prepare them for future academic success.

My name is Ms. Gaile and I am the kitchen manager. I have a CDA and have been working with children for 25 years teaching preschool dance, and I have been with TLE since January 2019. Some of my hobbies include going to the beach, jetskiing, reading, and spending time with my daughter. My goals are to serve the best foods to our little learners!

I have been with TLE since June 2024 and I am from Dominican Republic. I have a Bachelors' Degree, and my hobbies are baking and going to the gym. My goal is to provide a good environment for all kids where they can learn and grow!

Hi I’m Voltisa and I have been with TLE since February 2025. I’m originally from Albania and I have a Master of Science in teaching in primary education, grades 1-12. I enjoy walking in nature, reading, and spending time with family. My goal at TLE is to promote creativity and create a safe and loving infant classroom!

Hi I’m Jennifer and I started with TLE in September 2025. I was born and raised in Clearwater! I love riding bikes. I look forward to helping teachers in their classrooms, making friendships, and do fun learning activities with our little learners!

Hi I’m Julissa and I have been with TLE since June 2025. I have a B.A. in Childhood Education. I am originally from Puerto Rico. My goal is to continue to provide a safe, clean and happy environment for my toddlers.

Hi I'm Lilly and Ive been with TLE since April 2025. I'm originally from San Jose CA. I enjoy taking walks, watching movies, and hanging out with family and friends. My classroom goals are to provide a safe and loving environment for the children.

Hi I’m Rachael and I started with TLE in August 2025. I’m a certified preschool teacher with a VPK endorsement and have worked in the childcare field for almost 9 years. I’m originally from Massachusetts and enjoy taking photos, playing disc golf, and spending time with my niece and nephew. My goal this year is to show children how fun learning can be and prepare them for kindergarten!
