We truly love this preschool. From the very first day, we felt welcomed and supported. The teachers and the director are incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. It’s clear that they genuinely care about each child’s well-being and development. The environment is always clean, organized, and inviting. The classrooms are bright, the toys and learning materials are well-maintained, and everything feels safe and thoughtfully prepared for the children. The teachers consistently show patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. They are highly qualified and create such a nurturing atmosphere that my daughter looks forward to coming every single day. Her favorite teacher is Miss Alison, who has had such a wonderful impact on her. And one of the most important things for me is that whenever I have a question or any misunderstanding, the staff immediately addresses it. They do everything they can to resolve concerns quickly and make sure we always feel heard and supported. We are truly grateful to have found this preschool and highly recommend it to any family looking for a caring, responsive, and high-quality early education environment.

The moment you walk into TLE you can tell you are part of a family. The moment you walk in you are greeted by name from either Ms. Felicia, Ms. Kacey, or Ms. Atlantis smiling face! Our little guy is currently in twaddler A and Ms. Stephanie is wonderful! You can tell she truly loves the kids and her job. We still get good morning hugs from our toddler B teachers, Ms. Gracie, Ms. Yadi, and Ms. Domonique. I’m truly grateful we found TLE to love our little guy as much as we do. This school has such a great curriculum. I have two kids that I have and had enrolled here. My oldest graduated this June and absolutely loved this school. She had enjoyed their summer program which included water days, had a wonderful monthly calendar of fun days, had a visit from the snow cone guy. The school had a fun PE. She loved all the characters especially having to receive a bubbles birthday Party that she had won at the car show. The graduation was a little hot but the kids enjoyed receiving the attention. Currently my daughter goes to kindergarten and is the only child that is able to write her name all because of the TLE preschool 2 teaching them to write. My youngest daughter started June of last year. She started with Twaddler but had a wonderful group of teachers that helped potty train her and moved her up to the next class. She also has learned so much from the curriculum and has had wonderful teachers. She loves most of her teachers and loves the steam program and learning both Spanish and English. I would definitely recommend this program and the teachers, and admins that work at this school.

We had the absolute pleasure of sending our kids here for 2 years! Unfortunately we moved and had to leave but the care was exceptional. Everyone from the teachers to administration was so kind, welcoming and wonderful.

My kids have been with TLE since they were babies and it has become their home away from home. Every teacher and staff member knows their names and is sure to say good morning as we walk in and goodbye as we leave. They always have funny stories to tell me about them and my son tells me how much he loves his teachers on the daily. My daughter is not even 2 yet and can communicate with us not only through words, but by using sign language as well all thanks to her teachers. Theyve given me a different out look on what childcare is all about. Thank you for everything you do for our family TLE!

We’ve had such a positive experience here! My child’s transition into this new environment has been so smooth, and it’s all thanks to the incredible staff. Miss Torie and Miss Autumn have truly become like second moms to her—they’re nurturing, patient, and genuinely care about every child. Miss CJ is a lifesaver in the mornings—drop-offs used to be a struggle, but now they’re quick and tear-free thanks to her cheerful presence. The entire team is always happy, welcoming, and full of positive energy. It’s comforting to know my child is in a safe and loving space where she’s supported and thriving. This is truly a wonderful place to have your child enrolled!

My son started at The Learning Experience in March. Within these past couple of months, My son has made such an My son has made such a huge improvement on his vocabulary, his social, emotional skills, and even potty training. I can say I absolutely love this preschool. My son comes home in amazing moods, tells me about the days that he had, and singing songs he learned. All of the higher-ups are absolutely amazing and welcoming. If I ever have a concern about anything, they make it so easy and so comfortable for me to ask. I know my son is in a safe and happy environment. The Learning Experience has been a great resource for my son. Even when I have questions about what he will learn, the curriculum specialist is always willing to answer my questions and give me a full break down of what he will be learning. Within these last couple months of him being here, my son has blossomed so much! I am forever thankful for The Learning Expereince. I wish I found this preschool sooner!

This has been my first experience putting my baby in daycare but the director, Ms. Amanda has welcomed us and made me feel at ease. My son is learning so much and he is thriving and loved here. Choosing The Learning Experience was the best decision for us!

My daughter has been going to TLE for nearly two years. She absolutely LOVES this place. She looks forward going to school. I believe her love for school is due to the great teachers and staff at TLE. She has been in three different classrooms and has enjoyed each one and learned so much. She is currently in the Preschool 2 class. Her teachers, Miss Natalie and Ms. Rachel are a wonderful team who complement each other well. They show immense patience and genuine care for all their students. They have created an environment that fosters both learning and emotional growth. I highly recommend The Learning Experience Preschool! From the moment I first visited, I was impressed by this modern daycare/preschool. It was definitely a welcoming atmosphere. The facility is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging learning materials that keep children excited and curious. The teachers are attentive, not only to the children's needs but also to fostering their development through creative play, social activities, and age-appropriate learning. TLE has innovative teaching methods and thematic learning which I love. My daughter has flourished here, building both confidence and new skills. I appreciate that the preschool keeps parents informed with regular updates, photos, and reports on progress. TLE prioritizes both the safety and well-being of the kids, while making learning fun and interactive. Another standout feature that makes TLE unique is all their events and fun dress up days. From princess visits and yoga classes to after-hours activities like Trunk or Treat, ice cream socials, cookie decorating, and my daughter’s personal favorite—dance parties—there’s always something exciting going on. The Preschool Prom and Winter Ball (which my daughter called "The Royal Ball") were especially memorable. Watching the kids dress up and dance together was a joy, and the teachers and staff put so much effort into making these events both fun and meaningful. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to create these special moments for the children and their families. When my daughter recently graduated, TLE made the ceremony unforgettable. Each graduate received a personalized photo collage with the letter of their first initial. It was a beautiful way to reflect on the growth she’s experienced during her time at TLE. It's rare to find a place that feels like a true extension of our family, but this daycare has done just that. I feel completely at ease leaving my daughter in their care, knowing that she’s in a nurturing environment where she can grow, learn and thrive. Our experience has been exceptional. We wholeheartedly recommend TLE! TLE exceeds all expectations!

Last nights Trunk or Treat was a 5 star event! My little one danced the night away with the amazing DJ. I’m still in awe. Let’s not forget to mention the top knotch education he is getting daily attending The Learning Experience. My 4 year old asked me to practice syllables! It’s hard to express just how important a safe, fun, healthy environment is when you think about childcare. I have found that at TLE. From the safety procedures, to the nutritious meals, to the curriculum, I know my daughter is safe, well cared for and happy. I cannot put into words how crucial it was for me to find a place I could trust. The staff is incredible. It is very obvious to see how much they genuinely care about children. My daughter started at around 5 months old and is now almost 2. I am proud to say she will be at TLE until kindergarten! Thank you TLE for providing this service to our town!

Amazing place! Our daughter had a great time here. The staff is super friendly and felt like everyone knew my daughter’s name. It felt nice leaving my daughter at a daycare where it felt like the staff truly cared about her. The facility was always clean and in good condition. We also appreciated the secure building and how everyone needed to check in and out and needed a key to gain access. The facility was also great at communication and sent photos daily. The staff goes above and beyond taking care of the little ones with all the extra arts and extra social nights and fundraisers they do. I felt bad pulling out my daughter to stay home with her and want to bring her back just for the people. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have had such an amazing experience having my son attend this location. In previous years, we had tried several different schools and had horrible experiences. We landed on the Calloway location, and I have been extremely pleased. All the girls are so kind and helpful! My son has struggled with speech and being social, and everyday they continue to greet him with a hello and embrace him with a warm welcome. Thank you learning experience for being so great!

The Learning Experience, Bakersfield has been the absolute best daycare experience. All of the staff are so wonderful, helpful and genuinely care about each and every child and parent that walks through their doors. We’ve been at this location for about 10 months and have had no problems at all. They are very on top of their incident reports, updating their app, and keeping the parents in the loop of all the happenings within the school. The curriculum, activities for the children and the parent involved events are top tier and are put together with the utmost attention to detail. As a first time mom, I researched every daycare in the area to ensure my son would get the best care and education as possible and I am so glad I discovered The Learning Experience. I cannot imagine ever trusting another center with my child. They are truly the best and I would recommend anyone and everyone to trust their children in the hands of this center.

Where to even begin....WE LOVE TLE!! We brought my 13 month old son here and from the beginning they were courteous and inviting. As a first time mom I wanted my son to have the best possible experience at school and be cared for the way he was at home and I definitely found that here. I was nervous to drop him off every morning since I knew it would upset him, but after a week of crying (for about a minute after drop off), he now reaches for the teachers and waves me goodbye. I can't thank the teachers enough for making the transition for myself and my son as easy as possible. They truly do care for your children and treat them as their own. My son comes home on a weekly basis learning things that I know I haven't taught him and it's amazing to see how much he's grown. He's currently in the infant room and TLE has been gracious enough to bring into the toddler room a few days a week to help transition him to "the big kid room". They also send you updates constantly throughout the day on what they are doing/learning, eating, diaper changes, and nap schedules. The pictures I get melt my heart every time. Before starting TLE his doctors had told me he was underweight and as much as I would try to feed him, he would just not eat much at home. He comes to school and now eats EVERYTHING. He's gained almost 2 pounds in a month and I couldn't be happier to see his progress! The school is a bit on the pricier side for the area, but you absolutely get what you pay for and I'm happy to pay their prices so that my baby can experience this wonderful school everyday.

OMG!!! This place is amazing. My child just turned 3 the second week of joining the kids here. He was hesitant at first and had a little separation anxiety but after a couple of weeks he's been doing wonderful at drop off with his teachers miss Autumn and miss Alice. They now been serving lunch and snacks and have opened up our son's world of many different foods. They always keep me updated through the day with photos of our child and his progress. I also like how I can drop off my son and have the ability to see if he was ok after I left on the directors office camera. I also can tell they have put extra effort in child and staff safety. I 100% definitely recommend this school for anyone looking for child care!

My daughter has been enrolled at the learning experience for about a year now and the four teachers she's had really made such an impact on our day to day life. when she transitioned over to the toddler class Mrs.Torie and Mrs. Autum really showed my daughter what true teachers and true love and compassion was. Best daycare in Bakersfield! My daughter has gone to TLE for over a year and we have loved our experience here. As a new mom, taking my 6 month old to daycare was terrifying. However, since the first day I dropped her off, they have made me 100% confident that my child is being cared for, loved, and having a blast each day. The app is amazing and I get daily updates (often hourly updates) on what my daughter is doing, whether she ate a little or a lot of her lunch, if she got a diaper change, has a rash, etc. The toys and activities they do are great for the development of imaginative play skills, motor skills, creativity, and pre-literacy. My daughter has developed language skills very rapidly, which I believe is in part due to the amazing teachers she has had at TLE. They are always singing songs, teaching new signs, and talking to the kiddos. The staff to student ratio is lower at TLE than other daycares I've seen, which gives the kids a special opportunity to get that individual attention throughout the day. I couldn't be happier with my experience here and I strongly encourage anyone who is searching for the perfect daycare to put TLE at the top of your list.

My grandchildren as well as many of my friends have children and grandchildren currently enrolled at The Learning Experience , here in Bakersfield. This center has been a blessing to all of us. The staff is loving and kind and seem very attentive to the needs of the parents and their children. The Director, Amanda, and the Assistant Director, Kasey, adore the children and ARE VERY RESPECTED by the families.
