As Curriculum Director, I am dedicated to creating engaging learning experiences that support children's academic, social, and emotional growth. With over 25 years of experience in childcare, I am passionate about creating meaningful moments for children and their families. As a proud mother of three, including two U.S. Marines, I value tradition, connection, and the power of shared experiences. I especially enjoy welcoming first-time moms to our center and turning their children's footprints into unique pieces of art. With over 14 years of experience working with infants and toddlers, Edith is a dedicated and compassionate early childhood professional who discovered her passion for nurturing young minds after moving to the United States. Her career in caregiving began with supporting elders, where she developed patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility—qualities she now brings to her work with children and families. A proud mother of one and grandmother to a beautiful granddaughter, she values family deeply and strives to create warm, safe, and engaging environments where every child can thrive.

Since moving from Queens, New York, to Palm Bay in 2019, I have dedicated the past five years to the rewarding field of childcare. This journey has been incredibly fulfilling, and my passion for helping children learn and grow was further solidified by my graduation from Eastern Florida State College with a degree in business in 2023. I find immense joy in watching children build confidence and form meaningful bonds with their peers and families. The most cherished chapter of my life began in July 2025, when I adopted my wonderful daughter, and I am excited to continue Teaching our little Learners.

I was born and raised in sunny Florida and proudly graduated from Heritage High School in 2018. Shortly after graduation, I discovered my passion for working with young children and began my journey in Early Childhood Education. I have completed my DCF 45 hours and am CPR/First Aid certified, ensuring I can provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children. Before moving into Early Childhood Education, I lived in California, where my husband and I were foster parents—an experience that strengthened my love for helping children grow in a nurturing and supportive environment. That passion is what led me into this field, and it continues to inspire me every day.
