Miss Courtney has been with TLE since September 2019. She is a graduate of Winthrop University in South Carolina, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. Miss Courtney has over 8 years of experience in Early childhood Education, from working in the classrooms to being in administration. As Director, Courtney has dedicated herself to creating a loving and nurturing environment so that every parent and child feel like they are a part of our family at The Learning Experience!

Miss Amanda has been with TLE since July 2020. She graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She is dedicated to growing our family and making a great connection with the staff, families, and children. Miss Amanda loves seeing all of the kids and their smiling faces each morning.

Mrs. Tiffany has been with TLE since January 2017. She started out as an assistant in the Preschool classroom than became the lead teacher in Preppers. While being a head teacher she began to work administration before becoming the Assistant Director. Her favorite thing about TLE is the relationships she has created with her team and the families of our little learners; Tiffany truly hope to make a difference in every life here.

Miss Jillian has been with TLE since April 2021. She likes to read and shop. She is the youngest of seven kids and an Aunt to fourteen kiddos! Jillian always loved being around and working with kids! She love greeting each family during pick up and seeing the children's smiling faces! ?

Hello! My name is Miss Mackenzie. I love making calendars and being a mom to my two babies. Everyday I strive to bring fun and joy into the classroom. I am so excited to continue to make connections with the children, families, and staff.

My two favorite things are cats and chocolate. I love working with kids, watching them grow, and making connections with families. My goal is to ensure this is a safe caring environment for all children.

Miss Paula has been with TLE since August 2017. She enjoys spending time with her family. Loves reading her bible and spending time outdoors. Paula loves spending time with the kids at TLE and enjoys her work very much. She loves to walk on the beach and spend time by the water.

Miss Maya has been with TLE since June 2016. She loves to plan events, have dance parties and do lot of art projects. She is the lead Infant teacher and the Curriculum Coordinator. Her goal is to create a safe and nourishing environment throughout the building.

Miss Kayla has been with TLE since April 2023. She enjoys hanging out with her "little besties" and watching them grow and have fun throughout the years. She loves to build strong, positive relationships with the students and families.

I am currently studying psychology at Georgian Court University. I also love to read in my spare time. I enjoy making a difference in each child’s life.

Hi! My name is Miss Selina! I have been working at TLE since summer of 2025. I love working with all the children here and getting to experience each child grow throughout TLE.

Miss Lana has been with TLE since June 2024. She loves working with children and helping to shape the minds of our little learners. She has a cat that she treats like her child. Miss Lana hopes to create a loving environment for all students.

Miss Madison has been with TLE since July 2023. You can call her Miss Madi. She loves sunsets and trips to the beach. Loves hanging out with her friends and long car drives blasting music. Miss Madi hopes to influence each child to where they love coming to school!

Miss Kaila has been with TLE since November 2021. She is in college to be a Sign Language Interpreter. She love's working with kids. Kaila knows 3 languages, and graduated from Kean University with my Bachelors in child psychology. Her goal at TLE is to make a difference in the lives of all the children.

Ms. Angela has been with TLE since March 2011. Before 2011, Ms. Ang worked in various schools and children's programs. Ms. Ang absolutely loves to cook, and she loves children. Working at TLE is the perfect combination for her! She truly enjoys cooking for our students and watching them try new foods and enjoy what they eat!

Hi! I'm Miss Marissa I've been working at TLE for a little many years. I have been a teacher in Toddlers, Twaddlers, Preppers and Preschool. I am excited to watch the children learn and grow every day!

Miss Bridget has been with TLE since February 2021. She loves being a grandma! Being on the boat and best of all riding my motorcycle! She is the assistant in our Preschool 1B classroom and loves completing the art projects with the students and helping them grow each day.

Mrs. Femia has been with TLE since September 2009. Loves collecting sea glass, shells and doing yoga. She has been a teacher for many years. Mrs. Femia love to teach the children sign language daily as well as make sure they are fully prepared for kindergarten! She teaches over 300 signs a year which goes above and beyond our curriculum.

Miss Michaela has been with TLE since September 2023. She is our lead PS2A teacher. She loves going out on boats and all things summer! She truly hopes that she is a positive figure in each little learner’s life. As that is what she strives to be.

Mrs. Burgagni has been with TLE since September 2009. She has been working with children since 1994. Her favorite part about working with children is laying down the foundation for success by giving them the confidence and problem skills that they can take with them for life.?

Mr. Jay has been with TLE since October 2023. He enjoys collecting shoes and plans on going to culinary arts school. He is currently working for an elementary school as a paraprofessional while still being at TLE part time.

Miss Sarah has been with TLE since March 2023. She is a floater so you may see her around the building. Sarah has worked with all ages and am working on accomplishing her goal of becoming a children’s author. Being at TLE has taught me so much and hopes she is able to teach the children everything possible.
