We are happy to recommend The Learning Experience! The teachers are caring while also teaching a very smart and thoughtful curriculum. The children get plenty of outside playtime and get to experience lots of fun special events.

My boys, age 2 and 5, started at TLE 4 months ago, and we have absolutely loved this school! The teachers truly adore our boys and have a passion for early childhood education. The center has strong leadership, is very communicative and responsive, and they have an app where we get sent photos and live updates about the kids. Their curriculum is strong and really preparing our five year old for kindergarten next year. The classroom culture is loving, and our kids have formed strong bonds with their teachers and classmates. We cannot say enough good things about TLE! This post is being edited 3 years later— I now have two graduates of TLE. They had such a strong and broad education and were ready for kindergarten both socially and academically. I am thrilled I chose this center for my precious boys’ education!!

TLE has been fantastic for my child. I honestly feel that he will have an upper hand of knowledge and functionality when he moves onto his next school. His vocabulary has made drastic improvements, and being that it’s such a positive environment he loves to learn and it shows! Shout out to all of the teachers/administrators at the school. I’ve had a great experience at this location. My child is excited to come to daycare and the staff and teachers are all attentive, compassionate and understanding. They’re receptive to feedback and I know it’s a safe location for my child.

The words that come to mind are loving, caring, and respectful and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure that your child is taken care of even in the midst of trying times They work with you in every way possible to ensure your child is educated and continues with the program

We've enjoyed our experience here. We know our child is safe and cared for. Every teacher has been attentive to our childs needs. The teachers we've had really love the children. We get photos and updates throughout the day on their app which helps alot. A bit pricey, but worth the cost; the curriculum is great, and we're never worried that our child is not learning/being active.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my child receives at TLE. From the very first day, the staff made us feel welcomed and reassured. The environment is clean, safe, and full of engaging activities that encourage learning and creativity. I’ve noticed such positive growth in my daughter's social skills, confidence, and curiosity since starting here. The daily updates and open communication give me peace of mind, knowing exactly how my child is doing throughout the day. It’s clear that the team truly cares, and that makes all the difference. My 2 and 3 year old have been at TLE for almost a year now. They have had a great experience! The teachers and director have shown my kids lots of love and support. Special shoutout to the director Brittany who is always smiling and is very knowledgeable and helpful and to my kids teachers who have helped them learn so many new things - Ms. Jen, Ms. Ajhane, Ms. Kiki, Ms. Janine, Ms. Taylor, Ms. Lisa, Ms. Bianca, and Ms. Anyelina. They are all great!

My son has been going here for the past 7 months. I could not ask for a better location and friendly staff. Wonderful teachers and my child loves it! So glad we picked this location.

The staff is great and really care about the kids. Management also does a really great job with communication which is not normally the case at daycare!

The facility itself is welcoming and well-maintained, but what really sets this location apart is the sense of community. After searching for months to find a place that felt like home for our son, we are so grateful to have found The Learning Experience. We LOVE TLE South Orange! My daughter started a year ago and she has blossomed socially and is thriving academically. The staff is amazing, the curriculum is rigid, the school is beautiful and my daughter enjoys the food! TLE is the place to be?

I am so beyond thrilled that we found TLE South Orange! My daughter started in the infant room at 11 months. I was very nervous and excited for her to start daycare. I just moved to NJ, started a new job, and working full time so the stress of thinking about leaving my first child for such long periods of everyday was really making me feel so guilty. I toured a few places in the area that were fine, but felt cold when I was seeing the teacher/baby interactions. At TLE South Orange that was NOT the case. It has been SO SO SO WONDERFUL to feel the love and care that her teachers show her and all the students!! All the staff are kind and welcoming. She now jumps up and run for the door when we tell her to get ready for school on the morning! This period of time is so crucial for kids to be loved, cared for, and safe and we felt that from the first day! We are now in our second room and the transition felt flawless! This place has single handedly made my transition of going back to work far more enjoyable than I anticipated because I know she is happy and safe. I am so grateful for the opportunity to join the TLE community.

The staff communicates well, and the center is clean, cheerful, and clearly committed to the kids' development. I have also been really impressed with the summer activities — creative, engaging, and full of variety. It’s clear a lot of thought goes into making sure the children are having fun while still learning. I am very thankful to have found a place like this so close to home.

I've seen so much growth in my son—both socially and academically (for a two-year-old!)—since he started at The Learning Experience in South Orange. The staff is absolutely wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about working with children. You can truly feel the love and care they put into everything they do. We're almost a year in, and I'm so grateful for the nurturing environment they've created. Looking forward to many more milestones ahead!

We love The Learning Experience-South Orange. When we switched over from another daycare, we were anxious about the transition and how long it would take our little guy to adjust. The teachers, directors and staff were so welcoming and kind and patient, that our little guy adjusted from day one. He is happy, thriving and clearly loved here. Miss Sandra took the time to know him and his personality and treats him accordingly. He loves it here and so do we. I highly recommend this center for your little ones!

I am so grateful for the incredible experience my child has had at TLE. He started at 14 months in the infant classroom and is currently in the toddler classroom. Both the teachers and staff are welcoming and nurturing; each staff member creates a warm environment where my son feels truly cared for and safe. It's evident that the teachers take time to get to know children individually, fostering their unique growth and development. Staff members have created a positive relationship with my son through making connections and understanding his likes and dislikes. We are welcomed by the friendliest faces each morning at the front desk, and my son is all smiles. Additionally, he is so excited to see his teachers and classmates when he enters his classroom. Communication at TLE is excellent — I receive daily updates through pictures and notifications on their app, in addition to emails from the Center. I appreciate the thoughtful parent-teacher conferences that keep me informed about my child's progress. Teachers also regularly share updates verbally at drop off and pick up. The classroom space is clean, cheerful, and inviting, and the activities are always developmentally appropriate, ensuring my child is engaged and learning. Additionally, the daily time spent outside (weather permitting) is wonderful, giving the kids a chance to explore and play. TLE also provides many special celebrations throughout the year to recognize holidays and family traditions that family members can take part in. From holiday cookie decorating to Mother's Day and Father's Day celebrations, there are multiple opportunities to visit and spend time in your child's classroom. Most recently, I got to be a guest reader during Read Across America. This was such a special experience. I couldn't ask for a better daycare — it's a place where both my child and I feel valued and supported!

My daughter is so happy to go to school each day. The environment is bright, clean and playful. She does a lot of learning and socializing and the staff is friendly and caring. Plus the facility is convenient and the communication is great. Highly recommend!!!
