Our daughter started TLE at 6 months - It was her first experience being away from family and I was anxious. I can now confidently say TLE was the absolute best choice we could have made for our daughter. She has been incredibly loved and cared for since day 1. She is happy to go to school, smiles endlessly, and has learned so much. Her teachers are patient, kind, and fun. We cannot thank TLE enough (especially Miss Alida + Miss Brenda!) for being a home away from home for our girl!

The learning experience is amazing! Our little one is excited to go every single day and has been thriving since starting here. The teachers—Ms. Briana and Ms. Tatiana—are great! Ms. Gladys and Ms. Kim help create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment that gives us complete peace of mind. We truly appreciate the care and dedication they show, and we would choose this school again and again. Highly recommended!

We started The Learning Experience in Oceanside this past July and we could not be happier with our decision. After a horrible experience at a previous center (unrelated to TLE), we were understandably apprehensive about stating somewhere new.. From day one, Ms. Kim & Ms. Gladys went above and beyond to make the transition seamless. They were kind, patient and attentive to all of our questions and concerns which immediately put us at ease (even when I was being a bit difficult LOL). The summer camp program was fantastic! Our child especially loved the water play days and the schedule was jam packed with fun crafts and engaging activities. Since the start of this school year we've noticed incredible growth in our child's language and communication skills..which has been SO exciting to see! The teachers are also wonderful! We receive frequent updates and tons of photos throughout the day in their app which gives us such peace of mind. Most importantly we feel confident and safe leaving our child in the care of The Learning Experience. We are so grateful for our extended village and are truly happy we made the switch!

Great price After visiting multiple multiple daycare centers around the area and beyond, we picked TLE because we were very impressed that the owner herself (Gladys) actually runs the day to day operations, in addition to her having multiple young kids. Our daughter has been enrolled since the start of 2025 and we happy to report that our initial conclusion was not only met but exceeded. We started our little one’s day care journey at around 9 months old. The teachers and staff are really what makes this daycare center shine. The kids are split up into age groups and development stages so I’ll review them this way. 1. (Infant A) Miss Alida is always on top of what needs to be done. Very responsible and at the same time, loving. She gave us confidence things are handled well with our little one. 2. (Infant A) Miss Brenda. She was like our little one’s grandmother. The contagious smile, care and love we felt from her to our daughter was just amazing. Nothing beats dropping our kid off at daycare and feeling the warmth of her love. 3. (Infant B) Miss Christelle got stuff done. She’s always on top of things and we trust her with everything our kid needs. She’s assertive (rightfully at the older age as kids start to walk) but loving. We knew we could trust her to take care of our little one. Responsible and reports anything back to us in a timely fashion. We loved her. 4. (Infant B) Miss Chrissy was so genuine and loving. Our kid loved her hugs and always ran to her whenever she needed some tender loving care. Her care and hugs made our little one’s day at school a memorable one. 5. (Toddler A) Miss Kim is new to this class and us but we already feel the competence, responsibility, and care coming from her. With our (so far) limited but sufficient interactions, she seems very good at handling the toddlers (which are a whole different level of craziness) and our little one. Wonderful to have her join the toddler class. In addition to the teachers at the classes, Kim, who was like Glady’s right hand lady, kept the show running and knew the center and operations in and out. Very professional and always with a wonderful cheerful attitude, she made us confident in the way things were run. We would 10/10 highly recommend you send your kids to the learning experience at Oceanside!

My grandson attends to TLE in Oceanside. He goes to the infant program where Ms Alida and Ms Brenda are his teachers. They provide the adequate stimulation for his development. He is always happy to go the school and see his teachers and friends.

We love The Learning Experience! They take great care of our child and we get photo updates every day through the app. They always have fun activities and events planned for the kids!

As an early intervention provider I am please to see all the learning taking place in the classroom. The love and dedication of the teachers is evident in their interaction with their students. It is also refreshing how they are willing to cooperate with and work with me on my student’s academic and behavioral goals. Carry over in the classroom is essential to a child’s success in Early Intervention.

This branch of TLE has the most amazing, warm, friendly and professional teachers and staff I've ever seen at any school. Every morning walking in, we're greeted with smiles and kind words. The curriculum is top notch. My child learns and has learned SO MUCH while enrolled here. I'm continuously impressed at how organized they are. Very well run. We're going to miss TLE Oceanside!

I’ve been very happy with each class and all the teachers working with my two children. The facility itself is clean and safe. Gladys, Mezha, and all the teachers make time to communicate and keep me well informed.

My son started at The Learning Experience in May of 2023 at 5 months. The school Director Mezha is ALWAYS helpful, kind, HAPPY, and extremely loving towards the children and every child loves her. The school owner Gladys gives you the feeling of safety, knowledge and security. Each and every teacher we have worked with has made me feel comfortable and my son has fallen in love with. He has THRIVED and is learning more than I could even imagine. It sounds cliche but when they say HAPPY HAPPENS HERE; it is absolutely true. Entrusting someone with the most precious thing you have in the world is hard - but I am truly comfortable with them.

From the moment we enrolled our 3-year-old son, we've been consistently impressed by the level of care and attention provided by the teachers and staff. The teachers are not just amazing; they're truly exceptional. Ms. Gladys stands out for her caring nature and impressive knowledge, which always puts us at ease knowing our son is in capable hands. And Ms. Mezza is equally fantastic, always ensuring parents feel confident and reassured about their child's well-being. The environment at TLE is beyond compare. It's spotlessly clean and maintains a strong focus on safety, which is every parent's top priority. The outdoor play area is a delight, offering ample space for little ones to explore and have fun, while the indoor play area ensures they're entertained even when the weather isn't cooperating. One of the aspects that sets TLE apart is their commitment to education. This place is fantastic! Miss Gladys runs a wonderful place and her staff is amazing. Always SO nice, kind and helpful. The app is awesome. You get to see what your little one does all day. The place is immaculate. I never feel rushed when I drop him off or pick him up. At pick up, you can discuss about how the day went with the staff. It's truly an awesome place and our little man loves it! Would recommend it to anyone! Thank you Miss Gladys and the TLE Oceanside staff!

My husband and I Can’t say enough positive things about our experience at The Learning Experience in Oceanside. Our daughter started in the twaddler program in April of 2023 when she was 18 months old. This was our first experience with a daycare / school program. From day 1 we were treated like family. Gladys and her team were nothing but supportive of us through the early days of adjusting my 18 month old to daycare and continued to support us until her last day at 3 years old. Kim or Meza always called to let me know she was ok after a rough drop off. We always felt that we were a team with the teachers and staff caring for our daughter to see she was developing. Her best interest was always put first. We always felt that they went above and beyond to create a fun learning environment. Special guest visits from safety swim or the fire department, mystery readers from parents and grand parents. Our daughter began to THRIVE early on. She went from babbling to speaking to speaking in full sentences quickly from the time she started. Every week I felt like she knew more and more. She was always excited to go to “bubbles”! All of the teachers were wonderful- loving, patient, supportive. They all know all the kids! Our daughter made wonderful friends at the learning experience! Gladys is truly wonderful! You can tell how invested she is in each child and their family. If you are unsure of where to send your kids for daycare or school- TLE Oceanside is a great choice. You can’t go wrong!! TLE- thank you so much for all you have done for our family. We will miss you all!!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Putting our son in the learning experience has been the best decision we have made! As first time parents, it’s scary finding somewhere to send you child and trusting someone to care for your child, but the staff at the learning experience made it so so easy. Every single staff member is so sweet and our son loves each and every one of them! He is always so happy to go to school and he has learned so much! He is so advanced compared to other children his age who are not in school. They are so interactive with him and genuinely care for each child. We are so happy to have him here! - Carcamo Family

My daughter has been attending TLE Oceanside for almost 9 months now. From the beginning, I’ve been impressed with the friendly and warm teachers and staff and how clean the facility is. My daughter doesn’t love drop off, but once she’s there, she’s happy. She’s grown so much from the time she’s started. She was shy and reserved and now she’s hugging everyone on her way out during pick up. Her language has exploded and socially she is blossoming. I know some parents are looking for the ability to live stream their child during the day. That isn’t available, but honestly I don’t miss it. The app is updated throughout the day with pictures, meals, naps, and diaper changes as well as for the teacher to request more supplies. If there’s something pressing, you’ll get a call. I get a rundown of the day at pickup. There is a drop in policy so if need be, you’re welcome to walk through the facility and peek into the classrooms. We’ve had 3 main teachers so far and I have really liked them all. They take time to learn your child to bring out the best in them. I do feel like other teachers take time to know the kids who aren’t in their classes. Bottom line, I trust my little being there during the day and that’s really what it’s all about.

Absolutely love this school and highly recommend to any parent looking to enroll their kids in daycare. My son started going here when he was 2.5 years old and I have seen so much progress and improvement with his communication and social skills. So many more words in his vocabulary. There was obviously a transition and adjustment period when he started and drop off were hard for the first few weeks but now he LOVES going to school. Even waves bye to me with a smile! The teachers are so nice and patient with the kids. The school director Ms.Gladys is very nice and I love that she always addresses my concerns and questions. As soon as you walk in the door, someone is always there to greet you and your kids! Amazing school with amazing teachers! If I could leave a 10 star review, I would!

I could not imagine having my daughter in any other school. TLE treats us like family, and has stimulating activities for the kids each and every day. The facilities are state of the art, including a full indoor playground in the colder months, as well as a full size outdoor playground, separated by age group. I cannot say enough good things about The Learning Experience! We feel so lucky to be a part of TLE family!

The best. My son loves it here and so does my wife and I. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My son is learning Spanish and he wants to become a philanthropist! Small class sizes and the facilities are brand new. They always have events and do a great job.

TLE is an amazing school. They all are so patient, friendly, caring, encouraging, and nurturing. Gladys as the Director, the teachers, and the staff are great. Ms Isaihrine (preschool 1 teacher) really cares about our daughter, she is very professional, very attentive, and very sweet, she is AMAZING! we love her! My daughter has a positive academic improvement, socializing, speech, etc. I refer TLE Oceanside to anyone who is looking for a wonderful place where their child/ children can thrive.

My 3 year old just started going here and the difference is night and day. He is developing more and more every day. The staff is incredibly helpful and hands on and more importantly my wife and I have felt very included in the process. The school is new and so are their ideas including real artists teaching art, not to mention the facility is modern and spacious. Grateful to have found The Learning Experience.

THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST!! My wife and I could not be happier. As first time parents, transitioning our 2 year old daughter from her original daycare to TLE was such an emotional decision. We moved to the Baldwin area and needed to move her to childcare that was closer to home. From our first interaction with Gladys, the teachers and staff, we immediately felt more comfortable. The teachers are fantastic and have seemingly become our extended family. Ms. Kerry-Ann genuinely cares for our daughter. The communication all around is excellent. Drop off and pick up is a breeze. I'm always greeted with a big smile. Since joining, my daughter has been happy to go to daycare every morning and is showing rapid development socially, academically, and emotionally. So far I've had the best experience at this daycare with my twins. My twins started in the infant room and I've seen such tremendous growth from there to the toddler room. We've been very fortunate with the amazing staff. I've been very pleased with professionalism, cleanliness, and curriculum. Most importantly how they take care of my kids and we are not a number in this facility. You get more 1:1 care as if you are family and you are known by name. This to me is extremely important. My kids feel safe and loved. I've built great relationships with their teachers, Ms. Kim, Ms Christelle, Ms Taylor, and Ms Nadia. As well as the director Gladys and her assistant director Mezha. Moving to Oceanside Long Island and sending my kids to a new daycare I was extremely nervous but they made it very easy for me. Highly recommend this daycare! Happy my kids will grow in this type of environment.
