I’m currently attending Grand Canyon University, where I’m working toward my Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies. I’ve spent over ten years partnering with children and families, and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else. Watching children light up as they discover, grow, and gain confidence is what fuels my passion every single day. Creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful learning environment isn’t just my job—it’s my calling. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of four amazing kids, each bringing their own energy, laughter, and lessons into my life. Hello! My name is Halee, and I have five years of experience in Early Childhood Education along with multiple trainings and classes that help me continue growing in my field. I love working with children because it allows me to share in their joy, curiosity, and sense of wonder—helping them grow while also feeling like a kid at heart. Watching children learn new skills and celebrate milestones is one of my favorite parts of each day. Outside the classroom, I enjoy Disney, hiking, and exploring my creativity through make-up. My favorite TLE character is Flexi Flamingo, which perfectly matches my fun and energetic spirit!

Hello, TLE Families! My name is Shontriel, but everyone calls me Shaiie! I'm originally from Lake Providence, Louisiana, and I love bringing a little Southern warmth and hospitality wherever I go! One of my greatest joys is spending quality time with my family and exploring the beauty of nature. My goal is to create a happy, healthy, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, loved, and comfortable being themselves.
