I’m excited to join The Learning Experience –Hell’s Kitchen as your Operations Director. Born and raised in New York City. Early on, I knew that working in a school environment was where I belonged. Hi! I earned my first degree in Digital Marketing and currently pursuing my second degree in Social Work with a focus on Early Childhood Education. I feel truly grateful to be joining the TLE team as the Lead Toddler Teacher. With many years of experience in early childhood education, I have had the privilege of working with children from diverse backgrounds, including those with special needs, supporting them as they reach important milestones. I'm deeply passionate about working with children and find joy in witnessing their confidence grow each day. After graduating college, I began my journey as a teacher and, for the past 10 years, have focused on early childhood education, specializing in Chinese language and mathematics instruction. ¡Hola, I'm Nayeli! I’m a Lead Infant Teacher with almost three years of experience, and I have my associate degree in Early Childhood Education. I love working with infants because I believe early learning and fundamental development shape a child’s future. Watching them grow and reach new milestones brings me so much joy! My first language is Spanish, and I enjoy sharing different cultures with my little learners, just like my favorite TLE character, Tito Toro! I’m so excited to be a part of your child’s early learning journey!

I believe building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues will support children socially, emotionally, and academically. I’m so excited to be joining the TLE Hell’s Kitchen family as the Lead Teacher in our Preschool 1 classroom! With over 16 years of experience in early childhood education, I feel truly honored to continue doing what I love most, helping young children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and am currently working toward my Master’s, which I’m on track to complete in the spring of 2026. Being part of a child’s early learning journey is incredibly meaningful to me. I strive to create a warm, supportive classroom where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to reach new milestones each day. One of my biggest priorities as an educator is building strong relationships with families. I believe that parent partnership is essential, it strengthens the home-to-school connection and helps children feel supported and understood both in and out of the classroom. I’m really looking forward to getting to know each of you and learning more about your goals and dreams for your little ones. If you ask me who my favorite TLE character is, I’ll proudly say Phoebe the Llama!
