Hi, I’m Murissa! Since joining The Learning Experience in 2020, I’ve had the joy of meeting new families, building meaningful connections, and witnessing the incredible growth of our children. Every day brings new opportunities to learn and thrive, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of this journey!

I’ve been in the field since 2006 and what I love most about working with children is watching them learn and grow. My degree is in Criminal Justice with a minor is ECE. Working with children is my passion and I enjoy meeting new families and helping them in any way possible. I’m excited about my journey at TLE!

I am a Master’s graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, with over 25 years of extensive experience in childcare, people/leadership development, and successfully overseeing high-performing, quality early education programs. My mission is to inspire and make a positive impact in the lives of our teachers, children, their families, and the community. In my down time I love to spend time with my daughter and traveling.

I have 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with ages 3 months to 5 yrs old in public school, Montessori Inspired schools and Head Start. Most recently I was working as a child development coach training ECE educators and I am excited to continue that work here at TLE!

Hi, I'm Aliya'h. I have my Bachelors and Masters degree in Psychology. I have over 7 years of experience in ECE as a Center Director. My childcare experience also includes being an infant head teacher and a preschool assistant. I am also a new mom to a beautiful baby girl.

Hello, my name is Latifah. I am a native of New Haven, Connecticut, and a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, where I earned my Bachelors Degree. Currently, I am pursuing my Masters Degree in Human Resources, with a minor in Special Education. My professional journey in the field of early childhood education began twelve years ago. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of working in a diverse range of childcare settings, encompassing public, private, and corporate centers. My experience spans across various age groups, including Preschool and School-aged children. One of the aspects of my role that brings me joy is the opportunity to actively support and observe in the classrooms on a daily basis. Witnessing the children as they confidently achieve their developmental milestones with the guidance and support we provide is truly fulfilling.

Miss Angie has been with TLE Fairfield since 2023. She chose early childhood because she grew up being in daycare & was inspired by the caregivers she had. As she got older, she started babysitting for other people. She wants to be that safe space for children and watch them learn and grow.

Miss Asia has been with TLE Fairfield since 2022. She loves children and hope to have 5 of her own one day! She started off babysitting and learned that she wanted to have a classroom of her own. Teaching children how to do things and watching them learn how to do it brings her great joy in knowing that she is teaching them lessons that will stay with them for a lifetime!

Miss Shirley has been with TLE Fairfield since 2023. She has always loved children and loves to watch them grow and develop as they move on to the next classroom! She started off watching kids in her family and quickly jumped at the chance to join the childcare industry! It gives her great joy in knowing that she can make a difference in the community that she lives in by teaching children daily.

Miss Ruddy has been with TLE Fairfield since 2024. She started working with children about five years ago. She really likes to work with them because it is a big opportunity to teach them life lessons and skills. She is really glad to have this opportunity to join this team and work with all of you!
