Nicole is the Owner of this Cooper City location. She has been with The Learning Experience family for about 5 years. She has passion for providing children with exceptional education. Nicole is committed to continuous learning and growth and having a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the world.

Stephanie has been a Center Director for 6 years. She has over 12 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education Field. Stephanie is passionate about education and fostering a love of learning in young minds. Stephanie is committed to providing a safe and engaging space for little learners to thrive. She has a love for TLE and it’s well rounded curriculum. With the curriculum and partnership with families, she is confident that each little learner will LEARN, PLAY and Grow at TLE Cooper City.

Angela has been apart of leadership for over 9 years. She has over 11 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education Field. Angela is passionate about supporting both children and families, while also guiding teachers to reach their fullest potential. Her leadership style focuses on collaboration, growth, and maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

Kimberley is originally from Peru. She has 4 years of experience in the childcare field. In her spare time, she loves to travel. Kimberley chose to career because of her daughter. Her daughter motivated her to learn different teaching methods.

Marlyn is originally from Venezuela. She has been in childcare for a few years. On her spare time, she likes to watch movies and eat Italian food. Marlyn enjoys her time in the infant program and seeing our infants achieve new milestones.

Hailey is an early grad. She has a love for children as her parents also do. She is originally from South Florida. In her spare time, she takes walks with her dog. Hailey chose childcare because she genuinely wants to help kids reach their full potential as tiny humans.

Gabriela is originally from Uruguay. She comes from over 7 years of experience in the childcare field. Gaby loves to read books which is why her favorite character is Phoebe the Llama. She chose childcare because she has a passion for teaching infants.

Daniela is from Cali Colombia. She moved to the United States in 2001. She comes with a background of teaching of 11 years. What she loves most about being a teacher is seeing the babies learn and grow and seeding their smiling faces each day.

Crismar is originally from Venezuelan. She is a mother of two daughters. She has been teaching toddlers for two years. She’s responsible, empathetic and caring. She enjoy working with toddlers as young as one. She has a lot of patience and enjoys teamwork, family gatherings, nature, and watching motivational movies. She love listening to other and helping people.

Vanessa is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. Her passion is to educate and see each of her students full of joy and laughter. On her spare time, she likes to ride bicycle and take walk outdoors. Vanessa is known for her enthusiasm and creativity in her toddler classroom.

Arelis Is originally from Barranquilla, Colombia. She has been in early childhood education for over 39 years of experience. She LOVES children and leaving a positive impact on their lives, with a lot love and dedication. Being at The Learning Experience allows Arelis to give her all, to the children as well as her colleagues.

Deysi is originally from El Salvador. She has her Child Development Associate as well as 8 years of experience in the childcare field. She’s a person who loves to travel and enjoy life. She likes to read in my free time. She enjoy her job because She appreciates the simplicity, love, and joy of children.

Annabel is a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator with extensive experience working with preschoolers and toddlers. With a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, Annabel has become a cherished member of The Learning Experience community.

Daniela is originally from Venezuela. She has worked in the field of early childhood education (12 years old) obtaining different trainings in the field. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in the field of education in order to better her knowledge with quality and professionally. Since 2007, Daniela has been part of a team of teachers at The Learning Experience in which she has represented several classrooms, the current one being prepper.

Okio is originally from Venezuela, where she lived for 23 years. She has been a preschool teacher for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and warmth to the classroom. Okio loves spending time with her family and friends, and she treasures every moment with her little learners.

Tahlia, a dedicated childcare professional from Miramar, FL, brings four years of enriching experience to her role in early childhood education. Known for her passion for making learning an engaging and enjoyable experience, Tahlia excels at creating a dynamic environment where children thrive and curiosity is sparked.

Bobby Jo is born and raised in Miami, FL. She is a mom of two. Bobby Jo comes to us with 22 years of experience in the childcare field. On her spare time, she likes to go fishing and spend time with her kids. Bobby Jo decided to stay in childcare to follow her children as they grow and found a love in the childcare field.

Vita is originally from Miami, FL. She has 7 ½ years of experience in the childcare field. In her spare time, she loves cooking and shopping. She chose childcare because she loves to see children learn and grow. She is passionate about her VPK little learners and ensuring they grow into great individuals.

Diana is originally from Colombia. She is a kind and empathetic person who loves listening, learning and connecting with people. She is passionate about music, reading and traveling. Diana enjoys discovering new stories, cultures and different perspectives, while embracing natures beauty. She worked 1 year in a preschool.

Nohemi is originally from Ecuador. She has been working in childcare for the past 4 years, gaining valuable experience and building strong, nurturing relationships with the children in her care. What she enjoys most about her work is the joy of being present with the children—sharing laughter, learning moments, and creating memories together.

Naiza is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She has been in childcare for a few years. She loves listening to their creative ideas, encouraging their curiosity, and supporting their growth through both learning and play. Outside of work, she is a devoted Miami Dolphins superfan and enjoys cheering on her team any chance she gets. Her love for both children and football brings a fun, spirited energy into everything she does.

Gabi was born in Colombia; she moved to the U.S.A. when she was just 5 years old. Her passion for caring for children has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. Outside of work, Gaby loves spending quality time with her family and friends.

Sanel is originally from Puerto Rico. She enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and meeting new friends, as she loves exploring new experiences and building connections. With 4 years of experience in childcare, she has developed a strong passion for teaching and nurturing young minds. Her dedication to giving her time, knowledge, and heart to the children she works with makes her a valued presence both inside and outside the classroom.

Morgan holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has been teaching VPK for the past 6 years. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys traveling with her son and cherishes quality time spent with her family. Her dedication to both her profession and her loved ones reflects her caring and nurturing personality.

Vilma is originally from the United States and has more than eight years of experience working with children. A dedicated and passionate educator, she values continuous learning and strives to discover new opportunities for growth each day. She is also a proud mother of four and grandmother of three. With a strong commitment to early childhood development, she focuses on creating meaningful experiences and fostering positive, lasting relationships with the children under her care.

Lisandra is originally from Cuba. She is passionate about working with children providing then with a safe and stimulating environment for their development. She has 5 years of experience that have allowed me to develop patience, empathy and creativity to adapt to their needs.

Lizmar is originally from Venezuela. She has experience as a Geological Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. From a very young age, she discovered her passion for cooking while helping her grandmother in the family’s food business. She is recognized for being proactive, punctual, friendly, and organized. Becoming a mother deepened her love and sense of protection for children, inspiring her to shift her focus and continue her studies in early childhood education.
