Thanks to TLE we also skipped the separation anxiety stage. TLE also has helped with my boys and has lots of patience. One of my sons has autism and TLE had shown him much kindness and understanding. My 5 year old also comes home with new things he has learned from writing to speaking Spanish.

I joined TLE Cary family in 2017. I have six-plus years in early childhood education. B.S in Early Childhood Education from the University of Mount Olive. Certifications and training include NC Early Childhood Credential (NCECC), Early Childhood Administration Credential I, II, and III, Infant Toddler Caregiver, School Age credential, First Aid, and CPR, SIDS, Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) and Playground Safety. I entered the early childhood field because I wanted to help young children learn; I enjoy seeing their faces when they learn new material. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, paint, go kayaking, cook, and design shirts.

Hello, my name is Deepa K. This is my first time working in child care, I joined in 2022. I moved to Cary, NC in July 2006. I worked as a research assistant at VA hospital, Palo Alto. I have studied medicine at one of the top medical colleges, Armed forces medical college in Pune., India and did get my foreign medical certificate from ECFMG. I studied Cytotechnology( equivalent to pathology assistant) from UNC, Chapel hill, NC in 2009 and worked in Labcorp for several years. I love small babies a lot and feel very happy playing with them. I want to make them feel at home. I am new to childcare but enjoy working in TLE, Cary. I like spending time with my family, cooking, love reading books, enjoy walking in the greenways and doing Yoga every day.
