The Learning Experience – Andover is absolutely outstanding. The teachers have such a beautiful way of connecting with each child and making learning come alive. Our son has gained independence and curiosity that amazes us every day. The center feels like one big, happy family, and we’re so thankful to be part of it.

We’re so impressed with TLE Andover. Our child has learned so much, from counting and letters to social skills. The teachers truly go the extra mile every single day.

One of the many ways that I know our daughter is having a good time at TLE, Andover, is when she does pretend play teaching at home, the teachers are ALWAYS super nice and patient. The curriculum and activities are rich, too. Her vocabulary is growing fast as an English Learner.

My daughter started at The Learning Experience in Andover when she was just 3 months old. She loves all her teachers, and she has great friends there that she looks forward to seeing every day. As a first-time mom, I was so nervous leaving her for 8 hours a day, but she is truly thriving. She is so loved and well taken care of. Peace of mind is what The Learning Experience gives my husband and myself every day. We couldn't have asked for a more loving, caring, and educational daycare. Highly recommended for all children!

I was very intrigued by the professionalism and integrity of the staff at The Andover Location for The Learning Experience. We’ve been very happy with The Learning Experience since our daughter started there in January. The staff is great and communicates with us often.

Our 2 yr old has been enrolled for several months now and we’re very happy with the care she receives at TLC Andover! Classrooms are well managed, they prep all the food for the kids, the drop off and pick up times are convenient for full time working parents, and the director is very approachable.

Our daughter has been going to TLE Andover, MA, to Mr. Jesus and Ms. Taina's class. They have been extremely warm and accommodating of her and make her feel loved and cared for in an environment that's new for her. They send us regular updates and accommodate our requests. She has gotten used to the daily curriculum and even plays TLE at home within 2-3 weeks of joining. We love her preschool class teachers!

I can’t say enough positive things about the management at my son’s daycare. They truly promote a safe, nurturing environment that puts both the children and parents at ease. From the moment we enrolled, it was clear that the well-being of the children is their top priority. The staff is attentive, caring, and always goes above and beyond to create a welcoming space where kids can learn, grow, and feel secure. I have full confidence in the care they provide, and it’s a relief knowing my son is in such capable hands every day. The director, Joanie, is such a joy and works to build relationships with all of the children- not just hide in an office. I look forward to watching my son continue to grow at this center and look forward to continuing to build a relationship with management and all of the staff.

I highly recommend TLE. My eldest daughter, who is 5 years old, has attended at least three different daycares since we moved. But TLE is by far the best we’ve found. Currently, only my middle daughter, who is 3, attends, and I plan to enroll my youngest soon. The facility is new, very clean, and spacious, and the teachers are wonderful. Special mention to Miss Bri, Miss Edilin, Mister Jesus, Miss Taina, and Miss Deja, who are always so attentive and loving with my daughters.

To Whom It May Concern, This letter is to make known my thoughts and opinions regarding Sarah Newton , the Center Director at The Learning Experience located at 161 River Rd. in Andover, MA. She has ultimately been responsible for the daily well being of my child, Aidan Garry (18 months) from approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. Aidan has been attending TLE with Mrs. Newton since he reached the requirements to do so; allowing both my wife and myself the ability to get back to work and spend time adjusting old habits and of course experimenting and making new habits with each passing success and failure alike as we explore the journey of parenting. From my very first apprehensive visit to The Learning Experience I was graciously and warmly met at the front entrance by Sarah. Sarah had the situaltional awarenes to know that we were new and in need of guidance, both physically and emotionally. Liz and I were like deer stuck in the high beams of anxiety, as we had never left Aidan alone for more than a quick power nap with immediate family up until that very moment. The staff surrounding us jumped into action like a well oiled machine, smiling and cheering to distract Aidan as my wife and I made our getaway. This team was obviously orchestrated by Mrs. Newton, in which my initial thoughts were that the team put on a good show for Aidan's first day. I have learned this couldn't be further from the truth. My child is not quick to warm up to strangers and can be guarded even with daily acquaintances; and to be honest it's not a character trait that I discourage. Sarah has obviously taken the time needed to work her way into the “comfort zone” with these children as I often find my child or a classmate being consoled in her arms or entertained with big smiles on their faces. This level of trust with my child has directly influences my reasoning for keeping Aidan with her care. As with all industries the COVID Pandemic created challenges unparalleled by any instance in memory. Mrs Newton charismatic nature really helped keep my wife and I informed; from guiding staff to informing parents I do not remember a single instance of strain or challenge she did not handle professionally or gracefully. Her attention to the smaller details and informal meet and greets daily as I entered and left made me know that my child was in good hands and the right place to grow in a safe environment. I cannot speak highly enough of my interactions with Mrs. Newton and know that as my child grows he will have a stable, intelligent and caring educator leading his way.
