Our proprietary curriculum supports the growth of the whole child through meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences across key developmental domains, achieving 97% kindergarten readiness among assessed preschoolers, measured independently by COR Advantage during the 2025-2026 school year.*

The three pillars run through every classroom, but they look different at every age.
Here is how the curriculum unfolds, program by program.
6 weeks - 1 year
Every moment is a learning moment. Babies get nurturing one-on-one care alongside tummy time, sensory play, and songs that build early motor skills and connection.
Sign language with Gibby Gibbon begins, a way to communicate before words.
Movement, music, and routines that build security and motor development.
1 - 2 years
Toddlers love to explore, and L.E.A.P.® curriculum gives that natural curiosity direction. Three new character programs are introduced.
Early literacy with the Phonics Early Connections Kit and Phoebe Phonics. Sign language continues.
Manners with Penny Polite and fitness with Flexi Flamingo.
2 - 2.5 years
The room where independence takes off. Children practice two-step directions, play with intention, and reach big milestones.
Potty training with Flexi Flamingo, in partnership with families.
Early literacy and sign language keep building vocabulary.
2.5 - 3 years
Structured activities lay the groundwork for preschool. The academic tools of L.E.A.P.® come in.
L.E.A.P.® workbooks build critical thinking, and technology begins on L.E.A.P.® Interactive boards.
Phoebe Phonics, sign language, and manners with Penny Polite.
3 - 5 years
The full preschool curriculum comes together. Children build the pre-reading, pre-math, and social skills that make kindergarten feel easy.
A second language, L.E.A.P.® into Spanish (Tito Toro) and Mandarin (Ping Panda). Phonics grows into the formal Phonics with Phoebe program.
Real-world philanthropy with Grace & Charity.
Hands-on science, math, and continued L.E.A.P.® Interactive work.
5 - 6 years
Full-day kindergarten taught by certified, elementary-trained teachers. Children leave ready for first grade and ahead of it.
Language, STEM, and Wellness come together — advanced academics, foreign language, philanthropy, fitness, plus leadership and public speaking.

L.E.A.P.® stands for Learning Experience Academic Program. It is the proprietary curriculum developed by The Learning Experience and used in every center, for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old.
Unlike a basic daycare, L.E.A.P.® is a full curriculum across three areas of growth: language and literacy, STEM, and whole-child wellness. Enrichment like sign language, phonics, foreign language, fitness, manners, and philanthropy is built into the curriculum and included in tuition, rather than added on separately.
Both! L.E.A.P.® blends hands-on play with intentional learning. Play and learning go hand in hand, so a toddler signing "more" at snack time is building language, and a preschooler sorting shapes is building early math.
Children build pre-reading, pre-math, and social skills through the full preschool curriculum. Our full-day kindergarten (offered at select locations) is taught by certified, elementary-trained teachers and focuses on advanced reading, math, and science, along with leadership and public speaking, so children leave ready for first grade.
Teachers complete 18 hours of dedicated professional development each year, on top of standard state licensing and certification renewal.
Yes. Enrichment is part of L.E.A.P.® and included in tuition rather than charged as an extra. Children also bring home enrichment kits from Little Engineers, Little Musicians, and Little Goal Getters.
