With over 25 years in education, Beatrice is a passionate and seasoned leader who holds an M.A. in Educational Leadership, Management & Policy and a B.A. from New York University. She has served as Head of School, Assistant Principal, and Director of Professional Development—roles that reflect her gift for building strong, connected school communities from early childhood through high school. As an active member of NAEYC, she continues to grow through professional learning and advocacy. Outside of school, Beatrice pours her heart into urban-agriculture projects and international education, especially her ongoing support of a school in Haiti. A proud mom of three, she finds joy in crafting—from scrapbooking to beading—and brings that same creativity, patience, and care into every school she leads. Her work is rooted in nurturing the whole child through joyful, inclusive learning that strengthens community, and inspires lifelong growth.

Ms. Rachel has been in the early childhood education field for over 14 years. She holds an A.A. degree, a National CDA in Preschool, and VPK certification. Growing up surrounded by passionate educators inspired her to pursue teaching, and she has loved every opportunity to help young children learn, grow, and thrive. When she’s not in the classroom, Ms. Rachel enjoys reading a good book or attending live music concerts. She believes every child has unique gifts, and it is her joy to help them discover their strengths and build confidence each day. She is excited to be part of the TLE Clermont family and looks forward to working with your child on their learning journey!

Ms. Kerieann is a proud mother of two daughters whose love for children has guided her journey in early childhood education. With over four years of experience, she has served in multiple roles and holds both a CDA and Director’s Credential. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment where every child feels secure, respected, and loved. Children quickly build trust with Ms. Kerieann, often feeling so comfortable they don’t want to leave—something she sees as the greatest compliment to her work. She is honored to be part of each child’s journey and is dedicated to helping them bloom in their own unique way.

Ms. Claudia is an experienced infant teacher with over 18 years in early childhood education. She holds a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, along with CPR and safe sleep certifications, ensuring infants are always in safe. Caring for infants is her passion, and she is dedicated to supporting their growth, learning, and sense of security. As a mother of two and grandmother of two, Claudia brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her classroom. She enjoys arts and crafts and often incorporates creativity into sensory play.

Ms. Olivia is an experienced early childhood educator who has worked at Magic Moments Early Learning Center and The Learning Experience in Horizon West. She has completed her DCF 45-hour training, as well as CPR, First Aid and Fire Extinguisher certifications. She has worked with all preschool age groups and loves helping little learners grow, explore, and reach new milestones.

Ms. Mercedes is a warm and dedicated teacher who brings patience, creativity, and consistency to the classroom. With over 10 years of hands-on experience working directly with preschool-aged children, she supports early learning through play, daily routines, and age-appropriate activities that build foundational skills in literacy, motor development, and social-emotional growth. Mercedes completed her DCF 45hrs and has her CDA. She has also been part of the TLE family in New Jersey. Fluent in Spanish, she values connection, kindness, and helping each child shine in their own way.

Ms. Kaylee is excited and looks forward to a year filled with laughter, learning, and fun adventures. A Clermont native, she is currently studying Early Childhood Education at Lake-Sumter State College and brings three years of teaching experience to her classroom. She is passionate about building a classroom family where children feel safe, supported, and celebrated. Outside of school, Ms. Kaylee enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, often bringing those experiences into the classroom to inspire curiosity. Her goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels special and eager to learn each day.

Ms. Connie works with preschool-age children, guiding them as they explore and develop their love for learning. She holds an Associate’s Degree, and she is passionate about being a part of each child’s educational journey. With a deep belief that the future is in our hands, she feels honored to help shape and inspire the next generation. She is also a proud mother of a 5-year-old daughter, whose education is very important to her. This personal connection makes her work with children even more meaningful, as she knows firsthand the value of a strong educational foundation.

Ms. Jess has nearly 15 years of experience in early childhood education and 8 years as a food manager, along with valuable administrative experience. She holds a Food Manager’s Certificate and is CPR and First Aid trained. Passionate about her work, she loves bringing joy to children each day by delivering their favorite meals with a smile.

Ms. Deanna brings several years of preschool experience and passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where little learners can grow and thrive. She has extensive experience designing developmentally appropriate lessons, supoorting social-emotional growth, and building strong partnerships with families. Most recently, she served as a Lead Teacher at another TLE location. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Deanna enjoys spending time with her family and staying involved in her community through volunteer work and youth activities.

Ms. Stephanie is an experienced early childhood educator who brings creativity, structure, and a thoughtful approach to her classroom each day. With experience leading preschool classrooms for children ages 1-4, she enjoys designing engaging lessons, guiding daily routines, and supporting each child's individual learning journey. Ms. Stephanie values consistency and connection, and she works closely with families to ensure children feel supported both at school and at home. Her strong classroom management skills and attention to detail help create a calm, organized environment where children can explore, learn, and build confidence. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid, reflecting her commitment to the safety and well-being of every child in her care.

Ms. Samantha is a caring and motivated early childhood educator who is currently pursuing her Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education at Lake-Sumter State College, with plans to continue on to earn her Bachelor's degree. She has experience as an Assistant Teacher, where she supports daily classroom routines, helps create engaging learning activities, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment for all children. Ms. Samantha is passionate about supporting each child's growth and development while building positive relationships with families and her team. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid and is committed to creating a warm, supportive space where little learners can thrive.
