My name is Mikayla Miller and I am the Center Director for The Learning Experience - Goodyear! I have been in the childcare industry for over 10 years and I love making connections with families, staff members, and our little learners! Outside of the facility, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, and working out! I am so excited to be going onto this journey with our BRAND NEW school, as there are so many fun, and amazing things to come!

My name is LaShonda Abijah and I am the Assistant Director for The Learning Experience Goodyear! I’ve been working with children for over 15 years. I love supporting families, team members, and out children so they can have the best childcare experience possible. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks, reading, and traveling. I look forward to the wonderful families I will get to work with the new memories that will be created!

My name is Denise Zubia, and I am the Preppers teacher for The Learning Experience –Goodyear! I have been in childcare industry for over 15 years, I am excited for this new adventure and experience with The Learning Experience. I love to spend time with my husband and kids! And beside that, I love baking!

Hi! My name is Isley, and I am a teacher at The Learning Experience Goodyear! I have two beautiful daughters of my own. In my free time, I love to go swimming and hiking. I am so excited to be a part of the team and help all of your little ones learn!

My name is Navionna, but most people call me Navi. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 2023 and have been enjoying building a new chapter here. I’m a proud mother of one, and being a parent has shaped the way I approach life—with patience, purpose, and a strong sense of responsibility. I work as a daycare teacher, and I truly love what I do. Helping children learn, grow, and feel supported every day is something I’m passionate about. It brings me joy to know I’m making a positive impact in their early development.

My name is Yasmeen, but everyone calls me Yazz! I have been working with children for almost 4 years and have loved watching each and every one of my students grow! In my free time, I like to travel, spend time with family and bake!

My name is Yessenia, I have been in the childcare industry for about 3 years, and I love watching the kids develop and watch them learn new things. Outside of the facility I love to travel, go shopping and hang out with family.

Hi my name is Ms. Hailey! I have been an educator for a little over two years now and have loved every second of it. I make sure to get to know all my kiddos by their interests and traits! My favorite part of being an educator is watching them grow and learn in a safe space. “A teacher is a great listener of knowledge, prosperity, and light, from which we can benefit greatly throughout our life”, I believe and practice this daily!

My name is Mariah and I am a Preschool teacher. I have been in child care for over a year. I love teaching young minds new things and connecting with them. Outside of the facility I enjoy shopping, eating, cooking and making crafts. I am excited to get to know all of our children and families.

My name is Shannon and I’ve been working with children for over 26 years. I love learning from children and watching how they think and process information. In my free time I enjoy antiquing with my husband. I look forward to gaining even more experience working with our TLE children and families.

My name is Krystin, and I am in the Infant room. I have been in the childcare industry for over 20 years. I love sports, hanging out with family, my dog, or even just hanging out on the couch. I am so excited to get to know more about The Learning Experience Goodyear and getting to know the children and families as they come to our infant room!

My name is Andrea! I am a floater and get to help all of the teachers and little ones at the center. I have 3 years of experience working in childcare. I love learning new things and meeting new people. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I am really excited to explore this new journey with my new little learners.

My name is Nicholas, and I am the cook here. I have worked with children for over a year and have been a cook for close to 10 years. I love that I get combine my love for working with children with my passion for cooking. I enjoy reading and spending time with my daughter who also attends preschool here.

My name is Savannah and I have worked in childcare throughout the last 3 years! I have had a passion for caring for children and being a teacher since I was a kid. I love forming meaningful relationships with not only the children in my care but their whole families. I spend my free time reading, playing video games, and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to meeting everyone and being a safe space for every child in my care.

I am a mom to a 7-year-old little boy who is my pride and joy. Also, a bonus mom to a two teenagers. I love Halloween and horror. Make-up is a passion of mine. My goal in life is to become a kindergarten teacher. I love children and being able to teach them. My family is everything to me.
