Ms. Olga has been with TLE - Blue Valley since we opened in August 2023. She has worked with kids most of her life. She loves helping children and watching them learn and grow.

Ms. Isabella has been with TLE - Blue Valley since June 2024. She loves to help and support classrooms of all ages!

Ms. Lindsey has been with TLE - Blue Valley since we opened in August 2023. She has two beautiful children and enjoys spending time with her family outside.

Having taught in Olathe Public Schools for 10 years, I've always loved being around children and have a passion for education and nurturing relationships. This passion grew after I enrolled my son in child care where I saw the interaction and education he was gaining there, and made me strive towards one day opening my own child care center. This dream became a reality when my husband and I joined The Learning Experience family in 2020 and opened our own TLE center in Liberty, MO in January 2021. My husband Scott and I reside in Lenexa, KS with our three beautiful children. I have a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri – Kansas City and a Masters in Reading Instruction from MidAmerica Nazarene University. For fun, I enjoy weekends at the lake, baking, and traveling.

In addition to my 3 years at The Learning Experience, I have spent the past twenty years in education mentoring staff, developing curriculum, and teaching and coaching all ages! I hold a certification in Early Childhood Education/Child Growth and Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. I am passionate about early childhood education because, through positive and loving relationships and engaging curriculum and learning experiences, we have the opportunity to aid children in their development and build a foundation for lifelong learning. I can’t wait to see how our TLE graduates change the world! My husband, Phil, and I currently live in Grain Valley with our two children, Avery and Vivi, and our dog, Frank. I love spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, shopping, playing volleyball and cheering for the Chiefs!

I have grown up in the Nixa/Springfield area and was a teacher for Nixa Public Schools for 7 years ranging from 3rd grade all the way to 6th grade. Recently moving to the Kansas City area I am super excited for this change as the Assistant Director for TLE Blue Valley! I look forward to staying connected to the children, parents, and staff by working together to make this experience a positive one! I am eager to grow at The Learning Experience and accomplish new goals! Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends. You can find me outside playing with my rescue dog and organizing all areas of my home. I look forward to exploring Kansas City and all that it has to offer.

Ms. Brittaney has 11 years of experience in the education field. She has her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and a second Bachelors degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Cross-Categorical Disabilities. Ms. Brittaney also has a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and has a certification as an Autism Specialist. She has spent many years supporting children with disabilities and working on improving behavior with children ranging in ages 2-12. She is excited to support the teachers, students, and families here at TLE - Blue Valley.

Ms. Shweta has been with TLE-Blue Valley since February 2024. She loves spending time with children and watching them grow. In her spare time she loves to bake sweet and savory treats for her family and friends.

I have been working in childcare, as a nanny and a teacher, for going on 4 years now. I love working with children because they offer the perspective that adults have lost to time. I have 2 kitties at home and love to spend my evenings playing games with my partner!

I was born and raised in Ohio. My favorite season is winter because I love the snow! I have a big family, 12 siblings and 25 nieces and nephews. I like to be outdoors and very hands on. Early childhood education is my passion and I have been working with children for a lifetime.

Ms. Nique has been working in childcare for a little over 5 years. She grew up helping in her family’s in home daycares and has grown to love taking care of children over time.

I enjoy working with children with the hope of becoming an elementary school teacher. I spend most of the time either with family, reading, or playing games. I’m so excited to be apart of the TLE experience!

I have been in the childcare industry for over 20 years. I have worked will all ages from infants to school age. I live in Edgerton with my husband and 2 kids. My son Caleb is 15 and my daughter Kayleigh who is 11. We are a big soccer family and love watching local teams and both of my kids play.

I just moved to the Missouri/Kansas area this year. My husband is active-duty Air Force, so we’ve been everywhere. So far, this is our favorite yet! We’ve been to Japan and Utah, but we’re originally from Connecticut. I have a two-year old son, Luca. Our family loves to be outside: hiking, paddleboarding and finding new playgrounds to explore.

My Name is Melanie. I am 23 years old, and I absolutely love being a teacher, I have worked with kids all my life in one way or another and started out volunteering in a church daycare when I was like 12. I am super excited to be apart of the team and to help nurture and guide students to success.

I am a sports fanatic, but overall love Track the most. I enjoy running and working out and absolutely adore children, especially infants.

I moved to Missouri 4 years ago from New Jersey, with my husband Robert and my 12 year old daughter Dalilah . I like to read ,listen to music and dance . I also like camping and hiking with my family and my 2 dogs.
