Hi, I am the Edmond TLE Center Director Adrieane “Ms. B” Bray. I returned to school in 2018 to persure a degree in Early Childhood Development after spending the first half of my career as a loan officer and branch manager of a credit union. The first time I heard a student call me “Ms.B” my heart knew I was at home. I believe in Developmentally Appropriate Practice and learning is best served through play. I love making every child feel as though they are my favorite student. I enjoy traveling in my spare time. Tito Torres is my favorite TLE character. I chose The Learning Experience because the company motto “to make a positive difference in the life of a child, their families and the communities we serve” is one I could easily recite as my own.

My name is Ms. Cheyenne, and I am a master teacher with a professional background that also includes experience as a director. I have been working with children for 13 years, inspired in part by growing up with my mother, who was both a teacher and a director. In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in volunteering with children in my community. My favorite age group is two-year-olds, and they are truly where my passion lies. I enjoy engaging in conversations with them and witnessing their kindness and genuine, good-hearted nature. In my classroom, I prioritize teaching manners and foster self-reliance, as I believe these skills are essential in helping children grow into confident and capable individuals.

My name is Peyton, and I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in psychology and childhood education at Mid-America Christian University. I have completed Safe Sleep, ELCCT, and Director’s Entry training, which have strengthened my knowledge and skills in early childhood education. I am passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow, explore, and learn through play. I have been with The Learning Experience for three years and chose this center because of its strong curriculum and commitment to health and safety, ensuring that every child has the support they need to thrive.

My name is Ms. Dawn, and I am a certified childcare professional and master teacher with 38 years of experience in the field. My expertise is caring for infants, and I absolutely adore helping them thrive, grow, and explore the world around them. Every day, the children bring laughter and joy, reminding me of the special impact early care and guidance can have on their development. I love The Learning Experience because of its unique, structured curriculum that encourages learning at every stage, as well as the warm and welcoming atmosphere that supports both children and staff. Being part of this center allows me to share my passion and experience while continuing to learn and grow alongside the children I care for.

My name is Mrs. Piper, and I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in early childhood education and administration. I bring five years of experience in childcare, and I have developed a strong passion for working in the infant room. My favorite part of this age group is watching young children grow and explore the world for the very first time. I chose this center because of the warm and welcoming environment I experienced when I first started, and I am grateful to be part of such a supportive team.

My name is Ms. Tristen, and I am passionate about caring for children and supporting their growth and well-being. While I bring previous experience in management and business, I have recently begun my journey of working with children and have quickly developed a deep appreciation for the field. I truly enjoy being around the children and helping them thrive in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment. I plan to continue my education by attending college to earn a degree in elementary education. I also value the school’s inclusive curriculum, which incorporates specially designed toys, technology, STEM, and other innovative approaches that support early childhood development.

My name is Mrs. Lorann, and I hold an associate degree in early childhood education. I am a master teacher with a director’s certificate. With 10 years of experience in education, my heart is truly with the infant room, where I love nurturing the youngest learners. I previously spent nine years at Renaissance Schools and now support leadership here at The Learning Experience. I chose this center because of its solid structure, well-rounded curriculum, and welcoming atmosphere, which I believe provides the best environment for both children and staff to thrive.

My name is Ms. Addie, and I have been working in childcare for six years, along with 10 years of volunteering with children. I am currently working toward obtaining my Child Development Associate through The Learning Experience. I chose a career in childcare because I am passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can grow and develop. I especially love working with toddlers, as I enjoy watching them learn, explore, and begin to develop their own unique personalities and styles. I love being part of The Learning Experience because I have built strong connections with the children, their families, and my fellow staff members.

My name is Ms. Bowie, and I am beginning my studies at Oklahoma Christian Community College to earn my degree in Early Childhood Development. I love working in the one- and two-year-old classrooms because I get to help the littlest learners develop positive life skills that will help them grow into self-sufficient and confident students. My favorite topics to teach are sounds and letters, as I enjoy guiding children as they learn to communicate and explore language for the first time. Watching their excitement and progress every day is incredibly rewarding and motivating me to continue learning and growing as an educator.

My name is Ms. Lauren, and I hold a bachelor's degrees in psychology and arts and Theater from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, as well as a master’s degree in Drama Therapy from Kansas State. I have been part of The Learning Experience since 2025, following a year-long internship working with children. I love working with one- and two-year-olds, helping them grow and build confidence as they explore the world around them. In my time with children, I have also learned and grown alongside them, gaining new insights and joys every day. My favorite subjects to teach are art and music, as I enjoy inspiring creativity and self-expression in young learners.

My name is Mrs. Cece, and I hold a bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a minor in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma. I am currently continuing my education to earn my associate degree in childhood development. I have experience working with children as a camp counselor at the YMCA, as well as serving as a counselor and intern in a youth program. I love building meaningful connections and sharing kindness with both the children and my fellow teachers. Being part of a supportive and caring environment allows me to positively impact young learners while continuing to grow in my passion for working with children.

My name is Ms. Katy, and I have been teaching for two and a half years. I am certified in Early Childhood Education in Colorado and hold current CPR and First Aid training. I love teaching children of all ages, and I am currently thriving as a two-year-old teacher. My focus is on fostering academic readiness while creating a nurturing and engaging environment. My name is Mrs. Melanie, and I hold bachelor’s degrees in both forensics and criminal justice. Although my educational background is outside of early childhood education, I have always had a love for working with children and decided to pursue a new path as a teacher. Since the New Year, I have been a positive and nurturing presence in the classroom, and I have truly enjoyed this rewarding experience. I chose The Learning Experience because of its professional and welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoy working with three-year-olds and have gained valuable knowledge about child development through my time here.

My name is Sydney, and I attended the University of Oklahoma. I have completed my ELCCT training and have two years of experience working in childcare. My favorite age group is preschool, as I enjoy supporting children during this important stage of growth and learning. I am especially passionate about social-emotional development and find it incredibly rewarding to watch children build confidence, form relationships, and succeed in this key area of development.

My name is Mrs. Mia, and I have been working in childcare for three years. I began my career in ABA therapy as a behavioral technician, supporting children with autism, and I have also volunteered teaching children about Native American history. My favorite age group to work with is toddlers, as I learn just as much from them as they learn from me. I take great joy in watching them grow, explore, and develop new skills every day. My favorite topics to teach include self-reliance, self-awareness, and music, as I enjoy helping children build confidence, independence, and creativity in a nurturing environment.

My name is Mrs. Sheerlyn, and I have worked in childcare for seven years. I hold a Master Teacher Certificate, a Child Development Associate credential, and have completed all the necessary training to be an effective and caring teacher, including Safe Sleep and CPR certifications. Before pursuing a career in childcare, I earned a degree in Civil Engineering in the Philippines, but I soon realized that working with children was my true passion, and I have never looked back. I love working with one- and two-year-olds, as this is a critical stage when they are developing self-awareness, discovering who they are, and learning how they fit into the world. I feel privileged to guide and support them during this important time in their growth and development.

My name is Ms. Amanda, and I am an Oklahoma native who grew up in Southeast Oklahoma City. I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Central Oklahoma and obtained my teaching certifications in both English and Elementary Education. With 16 years of experience in education and child development, I have developed a strong passion for working with children of all ages within early childhood development. My professional journey has led me to The Learning Experience, where I value being part of a corporate center that offers a strong and engaging curriculum designed to support young learners.

My name is Mrs. Felicia, and I hold a bachelor’s degree in education. While this is my first experience in early childhood development, I bring 11 years of experience working in elementary education. I have quickly grown to love all of the age groups I currently work with and truly enjoy supporting their development and learning. I was drawn to this school not only for its strong reputation and positive reviews, but also because I am a parent myself and value a high-quality learning environment for children.
