My name is Romine Harrell. I have carried the torch of a Early Childhood Educator for over 25 years, given me a vast amount of experience in successfully developing and preparing little learners for primary school, building a foundation and a level of confidence in them, creating beautiful memories they will never forget. I am the wife of a motivated business professional and educator, a mother of two beautiful career-driven daughters and a grandmother of a very energetic grandson. My favorite pass time is being with my family and watching them discover the rewards of dedication. I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, I started my career in 1998 for The Public school system as an Administrator and Media Specialist. I Developed a Curriculum for Preschool. In 2005 I opened, owned and operated a Childcare Center, which held the capacity of 120 children. In 2021 I traveled to the Northwest of the United States for a year once a month as a Child Care Compliance Monitor. I have successfully consulted with hundreds of professionals in the ECE industry, from starting an ECE program to enhancing ECE programs integrating a caring, safe, high performing environment for little learners. Born in New York, and a resident of Philadelphia. Ms. Cendy brings over 15 years of experience in early childhood education to her role. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and is passionate about creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children can grow, learn, and thrive. As a dedicated educator and a proud mother to a one-year-old daughter, Ms. Cendy understands the importance of early learning and the trust families place in caregivers. Her commitment to supporting both children and their families shines through everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her daughter.

Ms. Elliott joined TLE in April 2023. She has 3 children of her own and loves working in childcare because she enjoys supporting the families she works with. Her favorite colors are pink, purple, yellow and blue. She loves pizza, chicken, and fresh fruit. In her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing, and fashion.

With over 8 years of dedicated experience in early childhood education, Ms. Fatima is a passionate and nurturing infant teacher committed to providing a safe, loving, and developmentally rich environment for the youngest learners. A proud native of Philadelphia, PA, Ms. Fatima holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has spent nearly a decade supporting the emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of infants during their most critical stages of development. Known for creating strong bonds with both children and families, Ms. Fatima brings warmth, patience, and deep expertise to the classroom. Her teaching philosophy centers on responsive care, purposeful play, and fostering curiosity from the very beginning. Whether she’s singing songs, guiding tummy time, or helping infants meet their milestones, Ms. Fatima is committed to laying the foundation for lifelong learning and well-being.

Ms. Aaquilla brings over 5 years of experience in early childhood education and a genuine passion for helping young children grow and thrive. She is certified in Health and Safety as well as Early Childhood Education, ensuring that her classroom is not only a fun and engaging environment, but also a safe and nurturing space for every child.

Ms. Gabriela joined our family in October 2023 and has been working with young children for many years. She speaks English and Spanish, loves to paint, and loves her mother's cooking. Her favorite color is green, loves baked macaroni and cheese and in her free time, she enjoys doing hair.

Ms. Cee Cee is an energetic and passionate Toddler Teacher with a wealth of experience in early childhood education. With a strong background working with children from diverse cultural and developmental backgrounds, she brings a well-rounded, inclusive approach to the toddler classroom. With over 5 years of hands-on experience, Ms. Cee Cee is known for creating a fun, structured, and nurturing environment where toddlers can explore, grow, and thrive. Her classroom is filled with music, movement, sensory play, and early learning activities that spark curiosity and support social-emotional development. She is certified in Early Childhood Education and Health & Safety.

Ms. Emily joined our family in March of 2023. She is 22 years old and has a 5-year-old son. The best thing about working with young children for her is that she gets to teach them things for the first time. She loves the color black, reading and Dominican food.

Ms. Shavonne is a nurturing and enthusiastic Twaddler Teacher, working with our energetic and curious older toddlers as they explore the world around them. With a strong background in early childhood education and several years of experience, she understands the unique developmental needs of this exciting age group. In the Twaddler classroom, Ms. Shavonne focuses on building language development, social skills, and early independence through structured routines and hands-on learning. She creates a warm, supportive environment where each child feels safe to grow, explore, and express themselves.

Ms. Nyree joined our family in January 2023 with 2 years of experience working with young children. She has 2 children and a cat and loves to dance. Her favorite color is pink, loves seafood and shopping.

Ms. Constance is a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher at The Learning Experience, where she brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a deep love for early childhood education into the classroom every day. With several years of experience in the field, Ms. Constance is committed to supporting each child’s growth—academically, socially, and emotionally. She embraces TLE’s curriculum and philosophy, using engaging, hands-on learning activities that promote curiosity, independence, and confidence in every child. Ms. Constance is also certified in Early Childhood Education and Health & Safety

Ms. Veronica is a dedicated and compassionate Infant Teacher with over 5 years of experience in early childhood care. She is certified in Health and Safety and Early Childhood Education, with her strong background in child development, Ms. Veronica focuses on fostering social-emotional growth, encouraging curiosity, and supporting each child's unique learning style. She believes in creating a classroom community where children feel valued, supported, and excited to learn every day.

Mr. Leonard is an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher with a strong passion for early childhood education and preparing young learners for a successful transition to Kindergarten. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies and brings several years of experience working with preschool-aged children. His background in social studies gives her a unique perspective in the classroom, where she integrates themes of community, culture, and social awareness into fun and age-appropriate learning experiences.
