Hina and Saket are the NEW owners of The Learning Experience in Westlake. They are excited to meet all of our families and share their love for TLE and making a difference in the lives of the children, their families and the Westlake community!

Claire graduated from the University of Charleston with a Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Development. She has been in education for the past 9 years, as well as coaching at the collegiate level- teaching Claire the value of teamwork and resiliency! As a mother herself, she brings the nurture and support to our teachers, families, and students. Claire firsthand experienced the importance of creating a safe, and stimulating environment where children can thrive! Her goal is to foster growth, connection, and support within the community and make a difference in the lives of children and families she serves. With patience, empathy, and a deep commitment to learning, Claire is honored to work with The Learning Experience Westlake!

I graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelors of Science in Middle Childhood Education. I have worn many hats and have experience working with all age groups. My ability to assist families in meeting their developmental milestones and social and emotional needs is unmatched. I am here to make an impact.

Hi! I am Ms. Lai, and I was born in Thailand. I worked at TLE in Eatontown New Jersey before moving to Ohio 2 months ago. I love working with Infants and being a part of their special milestones! Working with them at their level can be so amazing as we watch them develop their gross motor and fine motor skills and take everything in around them. Caring for infants allows us as teachers to be present in their first coos, smiles, rolling over, and beginning to recognize familiar faces is truly rewarding. As infants source of gentle care, consistency, and comfort, it is our job here at TLE to help your little learner thrive. Thank you for allowing me to work with your children! I am so excited to see what the future holds for our infant program!

I am Ms. Mikayla. I have been in childcare since for the past 3 years. I have experience working with the infant, toddler, and school age age groups. I have also worked in customer service and enjoy meeting new people and engaging with families. My passion is to work with little learners and meet them at their level. I am patient, loving, kind, and nurturing. I believe in the power of positivity and am excited to be a part of the reason why happy happens here. I absolutely love combining free play with art and exploration. Children have such an amazing imagination and I am glad to be a part of all little learners journey through TLE!

My name is Ms. Alicia. I have been working in childcare since 2021 in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. I graduated from Lakewood High School and received my JVS Early Childhood Development Certificate. I have younger siblings that I help take care of and enjoy working with. I am excited to be able to join such an amazing team here at The Learning Experience. I am eager to work with the toddler and preschool age groups. My passion is seeing children take their first steps, write their first words, and build their fine motor skills. It is so rewarding to know that I contribute to a child’s most crucial years of development. I am very honored to be able to work with our youth on their level.

My name is Ms. Desiere. I have 7 years of experience and have grandchildren who I adore! I am currently working towards my Bachelor’s degree. I am passionate about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, especially infants. I believe in cultivating a sense of curiosity and love for learning. It is so fun and interesting to see the development from 6 weeks to 12 months. Infants are truly special and I am confident in my abilities to assist with fine motor, gross motor, and social and emotional learning. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, painting, and cooking. I am excited for our journey together at TLE Westlake!

Hi! I am Ms. Alliyah! I have my Early Childhood Education endorsement. I have been in childcare for 1.5 years and have experience working in the toddler and infant room. I especially love interacting with children on their level. I love hearing the laughs and cue of little learners and helping them become stronger with tummy time and self-feeding. I am excited to learn more about the different age groups at TLE! I also love exploring the different textures of food and assisting with the meals offered a The Learning Experience. I love that my pleasant personality and love for children drives Creative play and language in all classrooms. I am happy to be part of such an amazing team of teachers!

My name is Alyssa and I have two wonderful step kids. I have worked in daycare settings for over four years, and am currently getting my Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education. In my free time I enjoy going to Cedar Point and traveling! I hope to be a k-12 teacher one day! I am appreciative to work with young minds and help them grow and develop socially and academically. The infants have a special place in my heart and to see the world at their level is extremely rewarding!

Hi, my name is Heather Diamond. I have been in the education field for over 22 years. I taught preschool for 20 years. I was a Director for 5 years and an Assistant Director for 1 year. I have been married for 21 years and I have 4 wonderful boys. The greatest thrill in being a teacher is seeing the look on a child's face when you know they have accomplished the smallest task in our eyes, but it is the biggest challenge in their eyes. I am excited for being a part of the toddler classroom as they achieve their developmental milestones :)

Hi! I am Ms. Rachel. I have 2 daughters. I love working with children of all ages, but the toddlers are my favorite age! I love to watch them grow and hit their milestones. I am excited to be a monumental part of children's growth here at TLE! As a loving mom and care giver to children ages 18-24 months, I have learned patience, compassion, and a love of learning. The world is beautiful in the eyes of our youth. Working with toddlers gives us a chance as educators to have a front row seat to first words, toilet training, learning how to share, and independence. Toddler imaginations are so creative and watching them explore their environment can renew your own appreciation of the simply joys in life!

Hi I am Jasmine, I have worked with kids since I graduated high school about 2 years ago. I have always enjoyed being a caregiver to relatives in my family. I recently moved here with my husband from Florida who is in the military. I am currently finishing my bachelors' degree in business administration. My recent work includes working with school age in a center with PreK-7th grade. I have found a new love with the younger children and I am excited to be with the Twaddlers! I love working here at TLE, everyone is so welcoming and makes it feel like home. I truly believe happiness is made in the classroom and I am honored to be able to provide a positive learning environment for our youth :)

My name is Ms. Sarika and I am from India. I am a loving mother and wife. I have my Bachelors' degree in Engineering. Through my experience in the technology and developer departments, I found a route that allowed me to make a bigger difference in the community I serve. After seeing my son exceed developmental milestones, I knew this was a career I wanted to continue with my education. I take pride in seeing children problem solve and work together. My presentation is always calm and nurturing. I believe that teaching young children in a positive and structured environment will allow them to succeed. I have worked with both infants, twaddlers, and preppers at The Learning Experience and am excited to see the growth of all little learners! I have experience with toilet training and am very hands-on with children about making it a smooth and exciting process. My name is Ms. Eva. I was a Highschool Math Teacher in Gjirokaster, Albania for 12 years and Sarande, Albania for 11 years. I have earned the title Master Teacher. I have worked in childcare for the past 4 years in the U.S. I am a loving mother of 2 girls. My greatest joy is impacting the lives of little learners. Hi! My name is Jordan! I was born and raised in California and have been in Ohio for the past 12 years! I have 3 sisters and have 2 nephews that I help raise! I have experience as a nanny and have been in childcare for 2 years. I am currently in school to obtain my degree in Early Childhood Education and Child Psychology. I have worked with a variety of age groups, but thoroughly enjoy infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months. My favorite part of working with children is the bond that you create with the children. Children teach us something new everyday! To be able to experience the world at their level is truly special. I have always seen children light up when I walk into the room and it confirms my passion for being a positive role model.
