Andrea has been a part of the Learning Experience family since 2022. She has worked in Talent Acquisition and most recently as the Curriculum Specialist for the Infants, Toddler, Twaddler, and Prepper programs before transitioning to the South Florida Area Manager for Corporate Operations. She has worked in early childhood education for over 13 years, beginning her career as an Assistant Toddler Teacher. She holds a BS in Early Care and Education and an Masters in Business Administration. Andrea has a passion for the education of small children, and truly believes that the Learning Experience is the perfect place for little ones to learn, play, and grow!

Ms. Catherine has been a part of The Learning Experience in Miramar since September 2020. She has worked with different age groups throughout her Early Childhood Education career while going to school to receive her Degree in Early Childhood Education. Catherine is a firm believer in TLE's curriculum as it provides children with a strong knowledge of letters and sounds, comprehension skills, language development, and mathematics. She believes that TLE's characters are a significant input in young children's lives as they guide each of our little learners through a Learning Experience of learn, play, and grow. Catherine's goal is to provide our little learners and families a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for each child to flourish in.

Destiny has been with TLE Miramar since October 2020. She has six years of experience working with children. Her background is Puerto Rican and Honduran. Destiny is currently attending Florida Atlantic University majoring in Early Childhood Education. Destiny holds her Associates Degree, CDA, and her Department of Children and Families 45 Hours. She loves to travel and enjoy spending time with her family.

Ms. Carolina was born and raised in Valencia, Venezuela. She has an extensive knowledge of Early Childhood Education as she holds a master's degree in education and twenty years of experience. Her favorite thing about working in The Learning Experience is the wonderful team she gets to work with on a daily basis. Her goal as a Support Staff is to be able to make an unforgettable and positive impression to every family that walks in through our doors. She is passionate of the development and evolution of the different learning areas and ages zero to six years old. On her free time, she likes to exercise, dance, and spend time with family and friends.

Ms. Nancy joined us in March of 2021. She holds her Department of Children and Families 45 hours course as well was looking to continue her education in the Early Childhood education field. She decided to become a teacher seven years ago because she truly loves to learn from their creativity and uniqueness. Her goal in our Infant setting is for them to grow and learn while having fun. Her favorite thing about working at The Learning Experience is the union that the team has as well as the development she sees in the children while navigating through the proprietary curriculum.

Ms. Marta born and raised in Cuba came to join our team in January of 2021 with over 15 years of experience working with children ages newborn to three years old; her specialty being in the infant program. Fifteen years ago, Ms. Marta decided to become a teacher because she believes teaching bring happiness and satisfaction to her life as she watching our littlest little learners develop. Her favorite thing about working at The Learning Experience is the positive impact we provide to our little learners, their families, and the communities we serve. For this new school year, her goal is to ensure the safety of all of our children during routines and activities, provide physical activities that support muscle development, encourages curiosity, and the use of five senses while continuing to grow as professionals and to be a positive role model in the TLE community. Ms. Lizbeth was born in Havana, Cuba. She began working with us in August of 2022. She has been working with children for over five years and truly enjoys being able to teach and mold little learners for the future. Her favorite thing about working at The Learning Experience is her peers. She believes that they all work to one common goal: being a positive impact in the lives. When she is not working, she loves to visit the beach.

Ms. Claudia brings 25 years of experience to our school and is passionate about teaching, guiding, and nurturing children with love and patience. Her goal as a teacher is to create a warm and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to grow. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks, and relaxing while watching her favorite shows.

Ms. Yoli has three years of experience working with children and brings joy, patience, and positivity to her classroom every day. She holds a degree in Computer Science and enjoys spending quality time with her family outside of school. Her goal is to create a happy, safe, and nurturing environment where all her little learners feel loved, supported, and excited to learn.

Ms. Olga joined us on the first day we opened doors to this school, in August of 2020. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education with a specialization in physics and astronomy and forty years of experience working with children. As she says: “In 1983, I became a teacher because I had a passion to teach and have always wanted to share my knowledge with other generations. “Her favorite things about working at The Learning Experience Miramar is, the preparation and creativity of the curriculum, the organization in everything we do, and the dedication the company has to grow in the educational field for both little learners and staff. Her classroom goal is to be able to give children the safety and security to be 100% themselves while learning every day.

Ms. Pina joins our team with six years of experience in early childhood education and a deep passion for helping young children grow and thrive. Originally from Venezuela, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, bringing a unique perspective and dedication to detail into her classroom. Her goal as an educator is to ensure that her students are learning and growing every single day in a nurturing, supportive environment. Ms. Pina is excited to begin this new adventure alongside her little learners and fellow teachers. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and going for walks.

Ms. Caitlyn joined The Learning Experience Miramar in August of 2021. She is originally from Miami, Florida and has 2 years of experience working with children. Her classroom goal is to create a safe and fun environment for all of her little learners to learn and explore. Ms. Caitlyn’s favorite thing about working for TLE is all the activities we plan for our little learners and their families. On her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and doing different crafts.

Ms. Jeovanny joined us in December of 2021 with twenty years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Her favorite thing about being able to work at The Learning Experience in Miramar is the way she was able to find a new work family; she loves her peers! This new school year she set up a goal for the children to have an environment safe to learn, play, and grow. On her time off, she likes to dance and create crafts.

Ms. Ana has been working for TLE Miramar since March 2022 and with the Corporation since 2020. She chose to become a teacher because she loves children. She believes it is very important career as they play a role in their future careers. Her main objective for the new school year is to educate children with love, joy, and enthusiasm. She wants to ensure all children revolutionize in every stay of the way. Her favorite thing about working at The Learning Experience in Miramar is the good team of teachers and the leadership team. On her free time, she likes to listen to music, dance, and watch movies.

Ms. Krisell joins us from Venezuela with over 8 years of experience. Ms. Krisell holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. On her free time she enjoys traveling and shopping. Her classroom goal is to create a fun and happy classroom environment so all her little learners are eager to learn, play, and grow. Ms. Krisell loves working at TLE Miramar because of the organization and the curriculum TLE has to offer.

Ms. Vanessa was born in Elizabeth; New Jersey and her parents are from Cuban and Trinidadian decent. She has always had a passion for teaching especially after teaching adults, she felt as if her true passion was in early childhood education. Vanessa has been at multiple centers within The Learning Experience but her favorite thing about working at Miramar is that she is able to enjoy the children learn and growing while using all her resources to help them achieve age development milestones. Her classroom goal is to be able to meet every child where they are academically and emotionally while helping them navigate their feelings. She also is eager to assist and guide them through new skills they acquire in the new school year. On her time off, she enjoys going to the pool/beach, reading, drawing, traveling, and meditating.

Ms. Rosalia was born and raised in Venezuela. She joined us in June of 2022 with eighteen years of experience in early childhood education. She became a teacher because she loves children. She enjoys working at The Learning Experience in Miramar because she firmly believes that it is a very professional working environment. For the new school year, she shares the same mission as TLE, that her little learners will lean through play. On her time off, she likes to travel around the world.

Born and raised in Miramar, FL, Ms. Marely is proud to serve the community she calls home. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida International University and brings four years of experience in early childhood education to our team. Passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives, Ms. Marely strives to create a nurturing, engaging, and supportive learning environment. With a lifelong love for art, she looks forward to incorporating creativity and hands-on expression into her classroom to inspire imagination and joy in her students.

Ms. Adriana joins TLE Miramar with a Bachelor's degree in Social Communications and a strong passion for early childhood education. With one year of experience in the field, she is enthusiastic about continuing to learn and grow alongside her little learners. Her goal is to make a meaningful impact in her students’ lives during this important stage of development, helping prepare them for a successful transition into kindergarten. Ms. Adriana brings warmth, creativity, and dedication to the classroom each day. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, going to the movies, and indulging in a bit of shopping.

Ms. Janis is from Valencia, Venezuela. She became a teacher because she believes that she can be her true self with children. She feels that she connects with children very well because she can relate very well to their feelings. Her favorite thing about being able to work at The Learning Experience in Miramar is the way that everyone works together to have a great and happy day, for the children and team. Her goal as support staff is to ensure that every child feels comfortable and happy to come to school every day. On her free time, she enjoys martial arts, fishing, drawing, painting, designing, taking pictures, and going to the gym.

Ms. Roro is currently a junior at Florida International University, pursuing a major in Health Science Administration with a minor in Psychology. With a growing passion for child development, she has spent time working with children and recently decided to take the next step by joining the classroom environment to support her little learners as they grow and thrive. Ms. Roro brings enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine love for helping children reach their full potential. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and exploring new hobbies that spark her creativity and curiosity.

Ms. Rosi born and raised in Guantanamo, Cuba, began with us in August 2023. She loves to work with children and seeing their progress over the course of the year. She believes that The Learning Experience provides an exceptional curriculum that makes children want to learn more and more each day! Her favorite thing about working at The Learning Experience in Miramar is the characters; she believes they bring to life the fun in learning. Her goal in the Toddler C program is to foster an inclusive and loving environment, that allows children to be comfortable and happy while developing a positive relationship with our little learners and their families.

Ms. Mariela comes to us from Cuba, bringing two years of experience in early childhood education. As a dedicated childcare professional, she is committed to continuous improvement and helping every young learner achieve their full potential. Ms. Mariela has a degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation, and in her free time, you can often find her at the beach.

Ms. Miriela is a dedicated and compassionate educator with five years of experience and a bachelor’s degree. Her passion for working with children shines through in everything she does. She is committed to not only teaching but also caring for and loving each child she works with. Ms. Miriela believes in creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and happy. Her goal is to make a lasting, positive impact on their lives by combining knowledge with kindness and joy.

Ms. Monica is a passionate and dedicated educator with over five years of experience in early childhood education. She holds her 45 Hours(DCF) and a Bachelor's degree. Ms. Monica finds joy in learning something new every day alongside her little learners. She believes that children thrive when they're encouraged to explore, ask questions, and express themselves freely. Her teaching philosophy centers around learning through play—making each day fun, engaging, and full of meaningful discovery.

Ms. Yasmeri joins our team with two years of experience in early childhood education. Originally from Venezuela, she holds a law degree and brings a strong sense of dedication, structure, and care to her classroom. As a prepper teacher, Ms. Yasmeri’s goal is to create a welcoming and nurturing environment where every child feels at home and supported on their learning journey. She is passionate about guiding her little learners toward excellence and finds the greatest joy in seeing their smiles each day. When she's not in the classroom, Ms. Yasmeri enjoys staying active and can often be found at the gym working out.

Ms. Dhaniela holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Although she is new to early childhood education, she brings a strong passion for supporting children’s development and is excited to begin this new adventure with her little learners. Her goal in the classroom is to create a warm, encouraging environment where each child feels supported as they learn, play, and grow. Outside of work, Ms. Dhaniela enjoys staying active and spending her free time exercising. She looks forward to building strong connections with the children and their families as she begins this exciting new chapter.

Ms. Rita is originally from Havana, Cuba and joined The Learning Experience Miramar in August of 2020. Ms. Rita has 20 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. Her goal this year as a VPK teacher is to prepare her little learners for kindergarten. Ms. Rita holds a Child Development Associate as well as 45 DCF hours. She loves to work at The Learning Experience because of the positive environment and administration team.
