Nesibe Kilic holds a bachelor's degree from Montclair State University and brings a wealth of experience to her role as Curriculum Director at TLE Paramus. After spending four years teaching preschool, she transitioned into management and has been a valued member of the TLE team since 2019. What Nesibe loves most about her role is seeing the smiles on every child’s face and having the opportunity to guide teachers as they implement TLE's exceptional curriculum. Her passion for both education and leadership helps ensure that the center maintains its high standards while fostering an enriching environment for both students and educators. In her free time, Nesibe enjoys relaxing with her husband and two cats, watching TV shows, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Her balanced approach to work and life allows her to bring energy, care, and dedication to everything she does at TLE Paramus.

Jennifer Duffy is the Center Director at TLE Paramus. As an experienced educator, With 11 years of experience in the early childhood education field, Jennifer Duffy brings both expertise and passion to her role as the Center Director at TLE Paramus. A proud graduate of Montclair State University, Jennifer has dedicated her career to fostering a supportive, enriching environment for children and families alike. What she loves most about working at TLE is the opportunity to grow an extension of her own family, creating a strong community and forming lasting relationships with both staff and families. Jennifer is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of little learners and watching them grow and thrive. When she's not at work, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family and indulging in her love for reading. Her dedication to her students and their families makes her an inspiring leader and a cherished part of the TLE Paramus team.

Miss Emma began her TLE journey in the infant room and worked her way up to administration. She loves helping every child and family feel right at home. Outside of work, she’s often exploring with her daughter, who’s also a proud TLE Paramus student! Watching her little one grow and thrive in the program makes her TLE journey even more special.

Ms. Kylie holds a Bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been a valued member of The Learning Experience (TLE) team since 2021. She is passionate about teaching infants, especially when it comes to introducing them to gestures, sign language, and blowing kisses. Watching her little learners communicate and connect in these meaningful ways brings her immense joy. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Kylie is an artistic soul who enjoys drawing, arts and crafts, and singing along to her favorite tunes. She also loves playing video games and exploring the wonders of outer space, often diving into studies about the universe. Her creative and curious nature makes her a fun and engaging teacher, inspiring children to explore their own interests while fostering a love for learning.

With over 20 years of experience in childcare, Georgine brings a wealth of knowledge and a true passion for nurturing young learners. While she loves working with all age groups, she is truly an "infant whisperer," having a special gift for creating a calm and comforting environment that helps even the youngest children feel safe and secure. Georgine is dedicated to providing a nurturing and loving atmosphere for every child in her care, helping them develop and thrive from the very beginning. Outside of TLE, Georgine enjoys spending time with her grandchild and diving into a good book. Her experience, warmth, and dedication make her an invaluable part of the TLE Paramus team.

Ms. Catherine, or Ms. Cat as her students lovingly call her, has been working with infants for over five years and truly loves caring for her little learners. Her passion for teaching is evident in the way she engages with each child, nurturing their growth and development with patience and care. She believes in creating a supportive and loving environment where infants feel safe and confident as they begin to explore the world around them. Ms. Cat values open and consistent communication, making a strong effort to keep parents and co-teachers informed and involved in the learning process. In her free time, Ms. Cat enjoys engaging in creative activities that allow her to unwind and stay inspired, always bringing that spark back to the classroom. Her dedication, kindness, and attention to detail make her a wonderful teacher who is loved by both the children she cares for and the families she works with.

With over 7 years of experience in childcare, Ms. Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. She holds an Associate’s Degree from Bergen County Community College, which has provided her with the tools to foster growth and development in young children. Ms. Katie finds great joy in working with infants, as their innocent smiles and curiosity brighten her day. She is dedicated to creating a nurturing and loving environment where every child feels cared for and supported.

Ms. Michelle is a dedicated early childhood educator with a Bachelor's degree from William Paterson University. She has a deep passion for working with children, and her favorite part of her job is getting to know each child personally and guiding them through their early learning experiences. While Ms. Michelle loves working with children of all ages, she has a special place in her heart for infants, where she finds joy in supporting their growth and development during such formative years. That said, she also enjoys working with toddlers, helping them navigate the exciting transitions as they become more independent. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Michelle is an avid reader and enjoys bringing stories to life through her imagination. She loves the magic of storytelling, whether it’s through reading books aloud or creating her own tales to share with others. Her creativity and enthusiasm for stories make her an engaging and dynamic teacher, both in and outside of the classroom.

Ms. Hayley is a passionate and caring early childhood educator with experience working with children ranging from one to two and a half years old. In her previous role at a daycare, she found joy in watching the little ones grow and develop as they explored their world through play and learning. Ms. Hayley has a special love for guiding young minds through their early milestones, helping them discover new skills and encouraging their curiosity every day. Her approach to teaching is centered on fostering independence and creativity, making learning both fun and meaningful for the children in her care. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Hayley is a lover of pop music and enjoys dancing to her favorite tunes. She also has a creative side and loves crocheting, finding it to be a relaxing and rewarding hobby. Whether at work or in her personal time, Ms. Hayley is always looking for ways to express herself and connect with others, especially when it comes to bringing joy and learning to the lives of our little learners.

Ms. Avarie is currently attending Bergen Community College, majoring in Education, with plans to continue her studies at a four-year university to pursue a degree in Elementary Education. Before joining the TLE Paramus family, she gained valuable experience hosting children’s birthday parties and babysitting for several years, honing her skills in creating fun and engaging experiences for kids of all ages. Her favorite part of working with children is the love and care she receives in return after putting in so much effort to nurture and support them. The bonds she forms with her students and the joy of seeing them thrive are truly fulfilling to her. Ms. Avarie enjoys working with children of all ages and is dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives. Outside of work, she loves reading, writing, and embracing her Colombian heritage, which influences her approach to education and cultural appreciation.

Ms. Tina has worked with children for 35 years, and while she has been with TLE since 2022, she has quickly found her passion for nurturing and teaching our little learners. She truly enjoys every moment spent with her little ones, creating an environment where they feel safe, loved, and excited to explore the world around them. She loves incorporating music into her lessons, whether it's singing songs to help with learning or simply bringing some fun and joy into the day. Arts and crafts are also one of her favorite activities, as she loves seeing her students’ creativity come to life. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Tina enjoys finding new ways to inspire her students and make learning fun. She is excited to continue growing in her role and is grateful to be part of each child’s development. Her warm, enthusiastic, and caring approach makes her a beloved teacher who is committed to helping her little learners thrive.

Ms. Elizabeth, or Ms. Liz, has a deep passion for working with children and people of all ages. She finds joy in helping children discover new things about the world, especially when it comes to nature. Teaching her students about the wonders of the natural world is something she truly loves, and she brings that enthusiasm to the classroom every day. When she's not teaching, Ms. Liz enjoys swimming at her gym, staying active and healthy while unwinding. She is also a proud owner of five reptiles, and she loves spending time with them, learning more about these fascinating creatures. Her love for nature extends to her favorite classroom activity—arts and crafts. Whether it's creating beautiful projects or exploring the outdoors, Ms. Liz encourages her students to express their creativity and curiosity.

Ms. Brianna holds a bachelor’s degree from William Paterson University and has 5 years of experience working with children ranging from infants to fourth graders. She brings her passion for early childhood education to her role as a Prepper Teacher at TLE Paramus, where she is dedicated to helping her students grow and thrive. Her favorite part of teaching is watching her little learners hone their skills and reach new milestones throughout their time in her class. Seeing their development and excitement for learning is what makes teaching so fulfilling for her. Ms. Brianna particularly enjoys working with Preppers because of the fun, energy, and enthusiasm the children bring to the classroom. Their curiosity and joy make every day an exciting adventure. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Brianna loves spending time with her two children, who also attend TLE Paramus. Whether it's going on new adventures or simply enjoying quality family time, she cherishes every moment with her family.

Ms. Kylie is an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Education major with two years of study under her belt. She brings with her four years of hands-on experience working in childcare, including a prior role at another TLE in New York, before joining the TLE Paramus family. She loves being able to witness each child's growth, both academically and socially, and takes great pride in seeing the positive impact she has on the children she works with. Ms. Kylie enjoys working with all age groups, as each stage brings new challenges and rewards. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Kylie has three younger brothers, giving her nearly a decade of experience being surrounded by babies, toddlers, and young children. This lifelong connection with kids fuels her passion for teaching and nurturing their development. We're so excited to have Ms. Kylie as part of our team, and we know her positive energy and dedication will continue to make a lasting difference in the lives of the children she works with!

With over 15 years of experience working with children from infants through preschool, Ms. Dana K brings a wealth of knowledge and a nurturing spirit to her role as a Twaddler Teacher at TLE Paramus. She holds a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential and has served both as a lead and assistant teacher throughout her career. Her favorite part of working at TLE is building strong relationships with her students, watching them grow, and seeing them develop new skills each day. She is especially passionate about working with Twaddlers because it allows her to engage in independent activities with the children while fostering their growing independence. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Dana enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating strong bonds with her kids. Her dedication to both her students and her own family makes her a beloved and inspirational presence at TLE Paramus.

Ms. Quanaysha, or Ms. Q, has been working with children for the past 7 years, bringing both passion and dedication to her role as an educator. She is happily engaged to her loving fiancé and is a proud mother of two children. Their family is rounded out with two playful cats and a bearded dragon, making her home full of energy and love. She is committed to fostering a nurturing, supportive environment where her little learners can grow, explore, and reach their full potential. Her experience working with children has shaped her compassionate and patient approach, ensuring that each child feels valued and understood. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Q enjoys spending time with her family, creating lasting memories, and exploring new adventures together. She also loves learning about nature, animals, and discovering creative ways to engage her students through play and hands-on activities.

Ms. Christina brings many years of childcare experience to the classroom, having worked as both a daycare teacher and a nanny. Her well-rounded background allows her to connect with children in meaningful ways and create a nurturing, fun learning environment. Her favorite part of working with children is seeing them utilize the lessons she teaches and bring them home to share with their families. Watching her students grow and apply their new skills is incredibly rewarding. Ms. Christina has a special passion for working with children ages 3 and younger. She loves art and finds great joy in watching the children create their own unique masterpieces. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys DIY projects and cherishes spending time surrounded by her children and family. Her strong organizational skills help her maintain a structured, well-run class, which allows the children to thrive in a positive and creative space.

Ms. Veronica is a passionate educator with a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. She recently completed her first year of teaching at TLE Paramus, bringing enthusiasm and creativity into the classroom. With a love for the creative arts, music, and storytelling, Ms. Veronica enjoys watching her little learners gain confidence as they explore their imaginations. Her favorite part of teaching is developing meaningful relationships with both her students and their parents, creating a sense of community and trust within the classroom. Outside of teaching, Ms. Veronica is a full-time actress and enjoys working behind the scenes in the entertainment industry. When she’s not acting or teaching, she loves spending time with her husband and their bunny, Otter, adding a little extra fun to her life.

Ms. Taylor brings both passion and heart to the classroom, making every child feel welcome, safe, and valued. She completed a Preschool Child/Nursery program where she gained hands-on experience working directly with young learners, discovering her love for guiding children through their earliest stages of growth and development. Her favorite part of teaching is earning the trust of her students and knowing that she helps create a safe, supportive environment where they can explore, learn, and thrive is the most rewarding part of her work! Before joining the early childhood field, Ms. Taylor worked in higher education and supported individuals who had experienced trauma. This background strengthened her empathy, patience, and communication skills, qualities that now shine through in every interaction with her students and their families. Ms. Taylor is excited to continue building strong relationships and inspiring little learners each day!

Ms. Catie brings a rich background in early childhood education to TLE, holding a degree in Education Studies from The Catholic University of America. Her experience includes working at Ridgewood Public School’s daycare, over 10 years of babysitting, two years in children’s market research, and freelance work with an education consulting company focused on children’s media. She especially loves working with the 4–5-year-old age group, where she helps little learners express their creativity and develop early writing skills. One of her favorite parts of teaching at TLE is incorporating our beloved characters like Bubbles and Friends into the classroom. Having learned best from the characters she adored as a child, she understands how powerful that connection can be! Fun fact: Ms. Catie had her very own babysitters club in college! Outside of the classroom, she enjoys walking her dog, soaking up the sun by the pool or beach, and embracing the simple joys of the outdoors.

Ms. Kaile brings a wealth of experience to her role here at The Learning Experience, having previously worked at the YMCA and as a babysitter and nanny, where she cared for children ranging from 2 ½ to 10 years old. She enjoys watching children grow and learn each day, and finds great fulfillment in guiding them through their developmental journey. Outside of work, Ms. Kaile has a passion for baking and loves creating delicious treats in her free time. She is also a proud pet parent to three cats, and enjoys spending time with them at home. Her caring, attentive, and patient approach to teaching makes her a wonderful addition to the team, and she is excited to continue making a positive impact on the lives of her little learners at TLE.

Ms. Ashleigh has been a part of the TLE family for a year and a half and is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education. Prior to joining TLE, she babysat for four years and is also a cheer coach, bringing a blend of care, energy, and leadership to her teaching role. Ms. Ashleigh loves working with children and is particularly drawn to TLE’s hands-on curriculum, which she feels truly prepares children for success in kindergarten. She enjoys reading books to her students, planning fun and creative crafts, and feeding their natural curiosity as they learn new and exciting things. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family, coaching cheer, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. Her passion for teaching and her commitment to her students' growth make her a beloved part of the TLE Paramus team.

Ms. Rosie comes to us from New York City, where she dedicated 31 years to working with the Department of Education. After recently retiring, she realized how much she missed working with children, so she returned to the childcare field to continue making a difference in young lives. With many years of experience, Ms. Rosie brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for helping children grow and develop. Working at The Learning Experience brings joy to Ms. Rosie’s heart, and she is excited to use her experience to support and nurture each of her little learners. Her calm, caring nature and commitment to creating a positive, engaging learning environment make her a beloved part of our team. Ms. Rosie is thrilled to be back in the classroom and looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of every child in her care.

Ms. Jen is currently working toward her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Early Childhood Education at Montclair State University. She already holds an Associate's degree in Biology and has a deep passion for both science and teaching young children. With over 10 years of experience working with kids, Ms. Jen has been at TLE Paramus for 4 years, where she thrives in creating a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners. Her favorite part of teaching is watching her students grow and develop, and knowing that she plays a role in shaping their bright future. The connections she builds with each child and the impact she leaves are the most rewarding aspects of her career. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Jen is an avid sports fan, enjoying football, basketball, and soccer. She is also passionate about traveling and meeting new people, embracing the opportunity to learn from different cultures and experiences.

Mr. Manny holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently working toward his Bachelor’s degree at Montclair State University. With six years of experience working with children as a tutor, babysitter, and teacher, he has been a valuable part of the TLE Paramus family for the past five years. His favorite part of working with children is witnessing their growth and the impact of teaching them new skills. Mr. Manny is especially passionate about working with preschoolers, where he can combine his love for science and art to create engaging and hands-on learning experiences. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Manny enjoys painting, drawing, and video editing. He also loves traveling to visit family and participating in outdoor activities like extreme sports, always seeking new adventures.

Ms. Eileen brings a wealth of experience to her teaching role, having gained most of her expertise as a full-time mom and working as an instructional aide. She is passionate about teaching children important values, including how to be a good listener, and helping them develop lifelong skills. One of Ms. Eileen's favorite parts of teaching is seeing children work hard to reach milestones, especially when they put their best effort into the task. She enjoys incorporating arts and crafts into her lessons, using creativity to make learning even more fun and engaging. A fun fact about Ms. Eileen is that she has lived in 10 different states, including the sunny shores of California and the chilly streets of Chicago! This diverse background has helped shape her adaptable and caring teaching style.

Ms. Dana is our amazing cook here at The Learning Experience at Paramus! With a passion for preparing healthy and delicious meals, she ensures that every child enjoys nutritious and flavorful food throughout the day. Ms. Dana takes great pride in creating meals that not only fuel our little learners but also excite their taste buds. Her dedication to providing balanced and satisfying meals helps support the children’s growth, energy, and focus, contributing to their overall well-being. Ms. Dana’s friendly, warm presence in the kitchen makes her an essential part of our team, and she truly loves knowing that the children enjoy what she prepares for them each day. Beyond just cooking, Ms. Dana is always happy to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, ensuring that every child has a positive dining experience. Her love for cooking and care for the children’s needs makes her an invaluable part of our TLE family!

Ms. Erica is in her second year at The Learning Experience! She's currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Psychology at Montclair State University, which deepens her understanding of child development and help better support her little learners. She's so excited to continue growing in her role at TLE and can’t wait to be a part of each child’s educational journey! One of her greatest passions is reading, and she enjoys sharing that love of books with her students. Whether they're reading stories or exploring new concepts together, she aims to inspire their curiosity and imagination. Helping preschoolers discover the world around them and seeing their excitement as they learn is incredibly rewarding to Ms. Erica.

Ms. Emalie has been working with children for the past two years and absolutely loves helping little ones grow and learn through creativity and play. She's passionate about supporting children's emotional well-being and is planning to return to school to study art therapy for kids. Outside the classroom, you can usually find her trying out new coffee shops or enjoying a peaceful walk outdoors. Her calm energy and love for self-expression make her a joyful presence!

Ms. Nikki is a dedicated teacher who brings both passion and experience to our team. She has been working in the daycare setting for the past three years, gaining valuable experience with children of all ages. A recent graduate, she is continuing her education at Bergen Community College while following her dream of one day opening her own daycare. Her favorite part of working with children is making a lasting impact on their lives and ensuring that each day is filled with joy and positivity. She especially loves working with twaddlers, as this is the age when their unique personalities really begin to shine. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Nikki enjoys giving back to the community. Every Sunday, she volunteers with special needs cheerleaders, an experience that brings her just as much happiness and inspiration as her work with our students.

Ms. Ariel is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University. With experience as both a school administrator and substitute teacher, she brings a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to the classroom. She finds the greatest joy in watching children grow and develop their own unique personalities. Ms. Ariel especially enjoys circle time, where she connects with her students and checks in to make sure they feel supported and cared for. Outside of work, she volunteers as a recreational softball coach, bringing the same energy and encouragement to the field as she does to her classroom.

Ms. Anasia is a dedicated educator with a bachelor’s degree from Montclair State University and plans to pursue her master’s in Early Childhood Education. She is passionate about nurturing young minds and especially loves working with the 3–4 age group. Her favorite part of teaching is watching her little learners grow and reach new milestones each day. Whether it’s getting creative with arts and crafts or diving into a fun story during circle time, Ms. Anasia brings warmth, patience, and joy to every part of the classroom. In her free time, you’ll often find her curled up with a good book—one of the many reasons story time is her favorite part of the day!
