Ms. Sanjana and her husband Mo have been the owners of TLE Audubon since May of 2022. Sanjana has 15 years of teaching experience and holds a degree in Education. She believes her passion for teaching with empathy, and the innovative TLE curriculum will maximize the personal experience your child will receive in school. Sanjana's favorite spots to hang out with her husband and son are, Marsh Creek, Forbidden Drive and Schuylkill River trail.

Ms Irene has worked in the education/childcare field since 2009. At an early age she started tutoring and babysitting children in her community. Irene holds her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently attending college to complete her bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education. Irene welcomed her daughter in September of 2023 and is currently a little learner at TLE! Irene enjoys caring for others and helping where she can. Being able to inspire children and coworkers' growth and achieve their goals is what she finds most rewarding.

Ms. Noemi has been working in the early childhood education field since 2018. She was born in the Dominican Republic and came to the United States in 2011. Ms. Noemi loves to greet each child with a warm smile especially in the mornings! She is a mother of two beautiful boys, one of which is a little learner here at TLE! When Ms. Noemi is not working at TLE, she loves to spend time with her sons and husband.

Ms. Melissa is a graduate of Norristown Area High School. She grew up with three siblings and is the only girl in her family. From a young age, she enjoyed babysitting and spending time with children, and she’s now excited to begin her career in early childhood education. In her free time, Ms. Melissa enjoys hanging out with her friends, going to the park, and playing the piano. She also has a love for music and can often be found relaxing with her favorite treat—a strawberry and banana boba milkshake.

Ms Tori has been working in the education field since 2017. Tori holds associate degree in liberal studies and is pursuing her BA in early childhood education. Tori loves working with the little ones as it is very rewarding helping them reach their millstones. When Tori is not working you can find her hiking, painting, or taking care of her cat, Ziggy.

Ms Cynfani has been working with children since 2018. She finds it most rewarding when she watches her children learn something new. When she is not working, Ms Cynfani loves to sing, spend time with her family, and go to church.

Ms Rachana has been in the childcare field since 2022. She loves to watch her babies grow and enjoys to see them smile! When she is not working, Ms Rachana enjoys to spend time with her family.

Ms. Sierra joined our TLE family in 2023. Prior to working at the center, she has babysat her 3 nieces. Ms. Sierra has two children, a son and a daughter, who are little learners here at TLE! She has found that working with children teaches her new things about herself, such as patience, and brings the inner child out of herself. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her children and nieces.

Ms. Aime joined TLE in 2023. Along with working here part time, she also takes care of two children. She is a mother of a little boy who is currently a little learner here at TLE. Aime enjoys creating art murals in the classrooms and loves to help the teachers any way that she can especially when it comes to art. When she is not working, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking and spending time with her family.

Ms Ali has been working with children since she was 16 years old! Ever since then, she has loved working with children. She finds it the most rewarding seeing each child grow. When she is not working at TLE, she loves to spend time with her grandmother and two younger brothers.

Ms. Arianna has always had a passion for working with children and has enjoyed babysitting over the years. She is a proud graduate of Methacton High School. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her friends and caring for her two pets—a bunny named Ricky and a dog named Tish. Looking ahead, Ms. Arianna aspires to run her own business, combining her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit with her love for helping others.

Ms Christal joined TLE in 2024. Before she started here, she worked for a family- owned daycare where she gained most of her childcare experience. She loves working with kids and watching them achieve milestones. When she is not at TLE, you can find her spending time with friends and family and exploring new activities.

Ms Asya joined TLE in 2024. Asya has worked in the hospitality industry for the past four years. In addition to working in hospitality, Asya has babysat for family and friends for the past 10 years. She has 3 of her own children who also attend TLE. When she is not at work, you can find her spending time with her daughters and cooking.

Ms Deanna joined our TLE family in 2023. Deanna has been in the education field since 2008. Ms Deanna also has a daughter that currently attends TLE and an older daughter who is in elementary school. During her free time, she loves to work on various crafting projects and read.

Ms Aakilah joined TLE in 2023. She recently moved from Maryland to Pennsylvania to start her new adventure. Prior to working here, she has had over 8 years of experience working with school age children and she holds her Bachelors Degree She finds that the best part of working with children is the fact that they can change her entire day by a simple hug! When she is not working, Aakilah loves to spend time with her loved ones and play video games.

Ms Ceci recently joined our TLE family in 2024. Before working with children, she has babysat for her family members since 2019. She enjoys working with children and watching them grow. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, shopping and going out to eat.

Mr. Vernon has been a valued part of TLE family since 2021. With a passion for both music and early childhood education, he brings energy, creativity, and joy into every classroom he enters. Mr. Vernon loves sharing his love of music with the children, often using rhythm and song to create a fun and engaging learning environment. When he is not working, Mr Vernon plays piano, spend time with his family and goes to church.

Ms. Jasne joined us in 2025 and is a graduate of Upper Merion Area High School. She has been caring for children through babysitting since her teenage years. As one of six siblings, she’s no stranger to a busy, energetic environment and brings that experience into the classroom with ease. Ms. Jasne is excited to begin her journey in early childhood education and is passionate about creating a fun, nurturing space for young learners. Outside the classroom, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, and catching up on her favorite shows. We’re thrilled to have her on our team!

Ms. Vivi (Aurora) is a graduate of Methacton High School, Class of 2024, and brings a strong interest in early childhood education along with hands-on experience in babysitting. She has a passion for learning and is excited to grow her skills in the classroom. In her free time, Ms. Vivi enjoys reading, watching horror movies, and treating herself to an iced matcha from Starbucks. Looking ahead, she plans to join the military and pursue a career in radiology. We're thrilled to have her as part of our team!

Ms Cassie joined our TLE family in 2024. She has been in the education field for about a year now. She also has experience with children from babysitting her cousins and family friend’s kids. When Cassie is not at work, you can find her taking walks with her friends and their pets, painting or reading a book.

Ms Holly has been working with young children since 1982. She currently has her Child Development Associate’s (CDA). She has worked in both a childcare and school district setting. Holly enjoys being able to watch her children get excited about learning new things. Holly enjoys spending time with her 3 children, exploring new adventures together. She also loves to garden, paint, read and kayak.

Ms. Silvia started her career in education in May of 2021. Silvia finds childcare extremely rewarding as she is able to assist the children in blossoming into their own as they gain confidence and independence. She is currently going to school to receive credits towards an early childhood education degree. Silvia loves being silly, dancing and singing with the children. When Silvia is not working, she enjoys watching crime shows, and spending quality time with her husband and son Shawn.

Mr Thomas has been in the education field since 2019. He finds the best part of his job is making children smile and laugh. When he is not here at TLE, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and watching movies.

Ms Crissy joined our TLE family in 2024. She has been babysitting her nieces and nephews from the age of 18. This is where she learned of her passion of working with children. She loves how the children brighten her day and gives lots of hugs! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors.

Ms. Tivonna has been working in the childcare field since 2019, bringing a warm and creative energy to everything she does. A proud graduate of Renaissance Academy, she enjoys painting and shopping in her free time. Ms. Tivonna has a deep love for animals and is also a proud mom whose son attends TLE!

Ms Shaly joined TLE in 2023. Prior to working here, she has babysat her nieces and nephews and also worked in retail. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family and going to coffee shops to get her favorite macha and iced coffees, and loves to read.

Ms Michele has been in the education field since 2008. She currently holds her bachelor's degree in Biology from Villanova University. She is a Head Start teacher at MCIU during the day and joins us here at TLE in the afternoons and summers!

Ms Skylar has been in the childcare field since 2016. She is a Head Start teacher at MCIU during the day and joins us here at TLE in the afternoons and summers! Ms Skylar loves to travel and take hikes with her puppies Moose and Stella when she is not working.

Ms Maria has recently joined our TLE family in 2023. Prior to working here, she has been working with children since 2021 specifically the 1-year-olds. She loves building relationships with children and enjoying making them smile. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her son.

Ms Maryanne joined our TLE family in 2025. She has been in the childcare field since 1993. She currently holds an associates degree in Early Childhood Education. She loves working with young children and watching them learn and grow. She has 3 sons and 1 great granddaughter. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family.
