My daughter has been attending TLE for the past three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention she receives. The teachers and staff truly go above and beyond to create a safe, loving, and fun environment for the kids. As a working parent, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing that Bailey is happy, well cared for, and learning every day. I never have to worry about her during my workday because I know she’s in good hands — and that kind of trust is absolutely priceless. We’re so thankful to be part of this school!

This past June my sons preschool closed abruptly and we were DEVASTATED. I went on the hunt for a replacement that would meet my expectations (they are beyond high)… I visited about 10 centers within Queen Creek and Gilbert. Originally I enrolled my son somewhere closer to home until a family member who works in childcare suggested The Learning Experience (this was the third time overall it had been recommended to me). I set up my tour online and Emily reached out the day of my tour. Since then the rest is history. It has been a saving grace for my son and our family. My son thrived so much at his old school in all areas and I was so worried the transition would be a set back but he absolutely LOVES it at TLE. He has such an outgoing personality and unfortunately we have had some awful childcare experiences where I notice the difference in his behavior and demeanor if it’s not great. But TLE from the jump has been a breath of fresh air! He absolutely loves Ms Emily and Ms Neeta greeting him in the mornings and afternoons! Ms Jenna and Ms Rusul are also some of his faves! He adores the whole staff and he has friends in all the classrooms! I love the social aspect in daycares!It’s primarily why we chose to do an early education/daycare. Even outside of the social… his speech, language, and overall educational developments amaze me every day. They have a Leap system to ensure they are progressing at a pace appropriate for their age group. As a Mom it’s also incredibly important that he is loved and cared for to the utmost. I haven’t had any anxious vibes with TLE since he’s been enrolled which is huge! Thank you TLE, and the Higley/Pecos staff for all you do! Couldn’t be more grateful to you all!

We absolutely adore TLE Gilbert-Higley! Our little one started at TLE when they were just four months old, and after eight wonderful months with the incredible staff here, we can confidently say they are absolutely amazing. Ms. Mindy and Ms. Faith in the Infant room are nothing short of incredible. Our daughter absolutely loves them, and they love her back! She quite literally throws herself into their arms every morning with a huge smile on her face when we drop her off. The rest of the staff including Ms. Miranda, Ms. Emily, Ms. Sophia, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Sandy, and owners Ms. Neeta and her husband are all wonderful and so friendly. They all know the kids by name, too! I’m always so impressed with the sensory activities and arts & crafts they plan and coordinate for all the kids, especially the infants! I feel so at ease sending our daughter to daycare every day knowing there will be no shortage of fun they’ve got planned to keep them entertained and occupied. It’s also so awesome that they can take the babies outside to play when the weather and temperature allows for it! We can’t recommend TLE Gilbert-Higley & their staff enough!

I would give TLE 10 stars if I could. This has to be the best Daycare center in the world. Ms.Jenna, Mrs.Emily, Ms.Alyssa and of course Mrs.Sandy make this place so special. The curriculum is exemplary, my child is leaps and bounds ahead of other kids his age. The kindness each person there shows everyday you walk in, makes you have a better day. I would recommend this center to anyone and everyone!

Being a parent it is the most difficult step to leave your child at daycare. You want to make sure they are safe and secure, place is clean, food is hygienic, proper growth stimulation is there, curriculum should be good enough for their learning and above all your kid get love and care. I must say if you are a parent, more like us “extremely concerned parent” congratulations you are at the right facility. TLE franchise owned by Ms Nita and Mr Manhoj. This facility checks not just all the boxes I listed but they offer more than that. They put their love and care to their business. They made sure not just their little learners are happy and healthy but also their staff is. I am fortunate enough to witness it my own and hands down they are amazing. My daughter was constantly sick at her old facility since we transferred her here (under Ms Nita’s wings) my daughter is thriving. Her growth sprouted in matter of days. She 2 year and 1 month old and she has started talking sentences. When we started we had some concerns and the owner and directors addressed them right away, followed up with us if we are satisfied. I can only imagine, it must be extremely hard, every child has their needs every parents have their concerns and it must be a very hard job to satisfy each and every parent and FORSURE this facility offers that. Whenever I walk in cameras are being watched by directors or owner. Every day I pick my daughter from school she is laughing and playful. She come home fed. Every morning she’s excited to go to school. She knows her teachers and friends are going to have an amazing day and us parents can just leave her with a peaceful heart that she is in safe hands more like she is at home. At this age kids do not need high curriculum they more need love, proper nutrition, proper rest and behavioral development. This school checks all these boxes and with amazing curriculum (yes I am talking about 2 year old curriculum). Absolutely lucky not just to find TLE but to find a right franchise owned by this amazing couple. God bless them and the whole team working hard day in and out to keep our kiddos happy. Lastly, I would encourage to visit them. Please do not Confuse yourself with other reviews since I made my call by not doing that and we are thrilled with our decision. I hope you make a right call and I hope you share the same experience as we do. Wish you all the best. Revisiting: it’s been 6 months since we found TLE (Gilbert-Higley). The amount of love and care our daughter has received is unbelievable. She misses her teachers while she’s at home, her favorite teacher is Mrs Shalini. She takes care of every child in her room as her own. Mrs Shalini professionalism is out of the world. She is extremely transparent, she cater to every kid by their needs. It’s beautiful to watch her when she interacts with kids. The love, the care, the empathy is beyond words. She save breakfast for my daughter when we run late. My daughter got sick during Christmas and we were sad that she’s missing all the fun. Mrs Shalini not only remembered our daughter but also crafted ornament for her and gave us on her first day back. We are fortunate and extremely blessed that she is our daughter’s teacher. THANK YOU Mrs Shalini for everything you do. And THANK YOU management (Mrs Neeta, Mrs Sandy, Ms Emily & Ms Alyssa) for keeping a safe and healthy environment. Every teacher at this location is hands down the BEST.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible care and attention the TLE has given my son. Especially Ms. Shalini who has been so patient, kind, and dedicated, and have made such a positive impact on my son’s growth. The staff at The Learning Experience has made it easy for me to have a peace of mind, knowing my son will be taken good care of. I can't stress it enough how awesome the staff has been with my son and how they treat him like they are his own. Ms Abigail is his current teacher and shes been good with him and easy to talk to about any concerns. Hudson's past teachers in infants Ms. Mindy and Ms. Faith were great and he loved his time in there. Really grateful for all the care they provided for my son. ?? The administrative staff are really good at communication and getting back to me about any concerns I may have. Ms Emily is awesome she's always so easy to talk to with any concerns I may have and is super friendly!

Our baby girl started here at 7 moths old, she is now almost 1 and has learned and grown so much from being at this center! The infant teachers, Ms. Faith and Mrs. Mindy have been AMAZING to our girl. I know when I drop here off in the mornings that she will be loved and cared for. I appreciate the work and effort they put into each child. I will be so sad when she moves up to toddlers but I'm so excited to see her gain more knowledge and friendships. The center as a whole has improved a lot since we started a few months ago and I truly appreciate everything they do!

We could not recommend TLE enough. We feel so lucky to have found this daycare and especially Miss Mindy and Miss Faith. They take such amazing care of our daughter and have helped her grow in so many ways. They helped me as an anxious first time mom in countless ways, too! They’ve created such a strong bond with our daughter, and our whole family. We are forever grateful for TLE and these wonderful women. Miss Emily is always also so helpful and Miss Abbygail is fantastic, too, helping our daughter transition to the next class up! I love the daily pictures and updates I get in the app and I love seeing how excited my daughter gets every morning as we head into the building. We highly recommend TLE for anyone looking for an awesome daycare in Gilbert!!

Our little one started at TLE Gilbert-Higley in September 2024 at 4 months old and she has been thriving ever since. When I first toured this facility when I was pregnant, just walking in I felt like this was the best place for our family. I love the curriculum they provide, even for an infant, and the bright colors. Other daycare/pre-schools felt very sterile. Assistant Director, Emily always greets us with the warmest welcome each morning! She not only asks about our little one, but about myself and my husband as well. The infant teachers, Mindy and Faith have been nothing short of amazing! As a first time mom, needless to say I was nervous and overwhelmed with everything that comes with sending your baby to a new place. They have been so accommodating, supportive, caring, and have really given us peace of mind to know that our little one is in good hands every day. Most of my friends are done having children, but if anyone ever asks for a recommendation, this is the place!! I'm excited to see our little girl continue to grow and learn new things at TLE!

Both my boys go to TLE. We love it over here. All the staff is great. Special shoutout to Ms. Heather, Ms. Jaimie and Mrs. Sandy. I have seen so much improvement with 4 year old. I remember when i changed the daycare/school for my boys, I was so worried and scared of the change myself. Needless to say, this is the best decision I have made for my kids. Special thanks to Mrs. Neeta for always listening to our concerns. Mrs. Sandy is the best. I have known her for so long. She is definately the best. Its always the kids first approach for her. What a gem of a person.

The best daycare ever! We started here with my one-year-old after we had a bad experience with another daycare facility. I had high hopes after seeing the brightly colored interior, the lesson plans, the fun classrooms and my hopes were met! The staff has been incredible! Everyone has been so kind and they make sure to always provide an update when I pick my son up from school. They always send updates throughout the day with usually 3-5 photos each day. They have frequent water days, and my son loves that! After only a few months in their care my son has come home knowing more sign language than I've taught him at home, knows lots of fun children's songs with the dance moves, has started to learn how to share and wait his turn, and has developed a LOVE for his Bubbles (the school's mascot). Every day they spend time on learning colors, letters, numbers, shapes and it shows. It's so evident that the teachers spend so much time involved with the kids instead of just "babysitting" them. There is clearly a lesson plan and structure that the kids thrive in. I would highly recommend!

If you're looking for a safe, clean, reliable preschool for your child look no further. I had so much anxiety around picking a daycare as I just moved to arizona and didn't know many people and wasn't familiar with the area. I was recommended the Gilbert Learning Experience and I'm so happy I listened. It's a breath of fresh air to know that the staff not only cares about my child, but also makes sure to make a special connection with the parents. Thank you The Learning Experience for making sure I feel secure in my child's safety and well being. The owner Neeta is so sweet and engaging as well as the director and assistant director Chandler and Mikayla. You guys are the best!

My little one started last month at this location and I couldn't be happier with my decision! ALL the staff are very attentive to how she is doing and ensuring that all of her needs are being met. You can tell that everyone who is here truly does enjoy being here (both students and employees). We are always greeted when we come in the mornings and the teachers do a good job letting us know how my little ones day was. My favorite part is the app. It notifies me of my child's day through pictures and notifications (diaper changes, food she is eating, napping, and all the curriculum she is learning). It makes me feel happy and safe knowing my little one is in good hands and I get the reassurance from their app highly recommend!

I have been working at The Learning Experience Gilbert-Higley for over a year in their preschool program. I enjoy working with our team here and management is wonderful! This center is a big positive difference compared to other workplaces I have endured. I plan to be here for a long time while attending school!

I am so glad I found the perfect combination of early education and play. My daughter loves telling me about her day, all the fun experiences she had and new things she learned. The updates throughout the day are great, definitely provides peace of mind while parents are at work. Absolutely love the learning experience for my little one and recommend 100%.

If I could I'd give way more than 5 stars! Mrs. Neeta, Mrs. Chandlar and all the staff go above and beyond for the kids. Communication is super consistent as well as having the app to track and see our kiddos when they have snack time, water day you name it they take the best photos and track you lil ones progress day to day. I can suggest no other daycare but TLE, my son would cry because he didn't want to leave. they keep our kids constantly active and learning basic skills, colors, arts and crafts, math but he's actually absorbing it and I couldn't be more thankful and proud to say my child goes to TLE

We have been at TLE Gilbert-Higley for a year now and are very happy with our decision. We started our daycare journey at another local facility and were not happy with the care our children were receiving. At TLE, we never have to worry about our children being cared for or their needs being met. The staff are all welcoming and greet the children by name. Center Management communicates with families in a timely and appropriate manner. Our daughter started in the infant room at 12 weeks and is now transitioned to the toddler room; the transition for her was seamless. Our son is in the Pre-K room currently and we have seen tremendous growth in social skills. He absolutely loves his teachers and is always excited to tell us all the details of his day.

TLE are not only great care providers but highly adaptable, allowing for the children's care time to change with very little notice.

We love the learning experience! My daughter has been there since 12 weeks old and she turned 3 in March. She loves it and we love everyone there! ♥️ It's a wonderful feeling knowing your baby is in great hands and everyone loves her as well.

I love this daycare! We had an bad experience with an in home daycare and I was a nervous wreck to leave my son with anyone else. But another mom recommended me to this school! I went on a tour and just feel in love. Jen who gave me a tour was so kind and friendly and the kids lit up to see her. The infant and toddler teachers we've had have all been amazing. My son literally jumps out of my arms to go to them in the morning. It's so nice to have the peace of mind while I work. They were recommended to me and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for child care.

Love it here!! The infant teachers are so kind and hands on with the kids and my son has grown so attached to them as well! My son and I are vegetarian and he has some other dietary restrictions so I was nervous about meal times but they have gone above and beyond to not only assure me that he won't get those certain foods but to diligently update me on the TLE parent app every time he eats (how much, & what he ate). Can't say enough great things about this place!

Absolutely love this center! My daughter started out in the toddler room and has improved with her speech and communication skills! She knows her colors shapes and can count to 10 because of the school! She's not even two yet and she is the smartest little girl I know. Thank you TLE for giving my daughter such a safe incredible place to grow!!

We've had a great experience at TLE! Our little one loves interacting with the teachers and kids. Our infant teacher, Miss Ella, has been so helpful in reaching milestones, letting us know what she needs, and giving us tips to take home! Chandlar & Neeta are doing a fantastic job, and we're proud to be part of the family!

I cannot stop raving about the great management and teachers. My son is always learning something new and it's very assuring to know that he is learning so much. I am very thankful to the teachers and the staff at TLE, I couldn't be happier with the school.

One of the best day care centre around in the Valley. I have tried several centres for my toddler but he was never happy while dropping or picking. Fell sick frequently and was behaved quite fussy. However the Learning Experience turned the tables and made day care experince for my toddler easy breeze. He was obviously relunctant to go to day care initially because of his previous experience but after a week or so my baby actually showed excitement while going to school. I give all the credit to the friendly teachers and very harmonious atmosphere in the Centre. The staff is very prompt in responding in all your questions and treating your kids with lot of patience. I strongly recommend this Centre of Learning Experience!!

this place has been heaven on earth for my 5 year old. first off miss Ashley I'd like to give you the biggest thank you in the world for taking the time to actually teach my child and understand where she is coming from. my child has autism and every school we have been to has been not only neglectful of that aspect, but not kind of caring and miss Ashley has been both. my child also loves both of her directors miss Chandlar and miss neeta let's be real I love them too!! they're so kind and it's just a better atmosphere for my kid. there have been so many traumatic experiences for my child with her other schools so it's an amazing feeling knowing that in a few short months when she starts kindergarten not only will she be incredibly prepared but that her last experience with a Pre-K early education was an amazing one. I would also like to thank miss Casey as she was put in my childs class and is absolutely amazing with my child thank you all you truly have no idea how you've turned my child's life around.

We absolutely love TLE! All of the staff loved on our son like he was their own from the first day. I had great communication with their director and was able to check in on his activities through out the day with pictures included on the app. I could tell he was learning a ton when he would come home and be able to write new letters, recognize shapes and understand concepts he was learning about. We were so impressed with all the themes TLE implemented each week for school. Very well rounded. Whether you are looking for a place to send your child for a summer program or wanting to get a taste of what school will be like for your little, TLE is your place!

Both my kids have been attending The Learning Experience- Higley location and all I can say is this location has been a second home to my children for about 10 months now. We were initially very frustrated with the previous management but as soon as the new owner Ms. Neeta took over within a week we saw positive changes in the center. We have noticed that Ms. Neeta has hired very competent, kind and compassionate teachers and have changed her management too! The new management is very kind and friendly. When we moved into Gilbert my wife and I were extremely worried about childcare and we are so happy that we chose The Learning Experience-Higley location. Folks with kids, if you're looking for a childcare center that'll treat you and your child like their own family, check The Learning Experience!

My son has been attending The Learning Experience for a few months and we have already seen such growth in him. His teacher Ms. Cruz continues to work daily with him on becoming more verbal. He's learned so much and has made many new friends. This facility is very welcoming, and always makes me feel like I left my child in good hands.

This place is amazing. Very friendly, bright, and loving! The staff is amazing and my son doesn't want to leave everything I pick him up. I highly recommend this daycare above all. Best in the Valley, truly! They've got a learning curriculum, schedules, lunch for the month. They even send picture of your kid(s) in action. Overall very pleased with my experience here

My little man goes here, and I can't say enough good things about this place! I love seeing the smile on his face every day when I pick him up and he never wants to go home. He has been at this center for quite some time and has recently moved up to the Preschool room with Ms. Megan. He comes home with amazing artwork everyday and tells me all about the different things he learns about! Right now they are learning about the planets and he comes home with a new fact everyday. It is truly amazing to see the progress he has made in the time he has been there! Prior to the Preschool room he was in their two's room with Ms Ari and Ms Vanessa who partnered with me to help potty train him and I couldn't have been more appreciative! They were so patient and made that process a group effort so he was successful going into the "big kid" classroom. The staff and employees here truly care about the well being of my child and I couldn't ask for anything better for him. Highly recommend all parents to check this place out for their kids! You'll be happy you chose this facility as their second home.

Could not have made a better decision! We toured several other programs around the area and TLE a clear best in class experience. We are new parents with an infant and after touring a few centers around the area, we could not imagine trusting anyone else with the care and development of our child. We did hold off on this for a few months to make sure that we are providing a fair and honest review for other parents struggling with the hard decision of letting someone else help care for and develop their kids. The entire staff are incredibly warm, welcoming, and engaged literally everyday at check-in and check-out. BIG shout out to Neeta the Owner, Chandlar the Director and Ella the Assistant Director for assembling such an amazing team and culture! Finally, a humble thank you to Miss Brittany, Miss Christina, Miss Mikayla, Miss Casey, and Miss Eryn for continuing to add so much energy and love into our children's experiences!

My daughter, my wife, and even me myself have received many blessings from TLE. It is comforting to know Megan is with Olivia throughout the day but honestly, even if she didn't work there, I would still be at peace because I know my daughter is safe and in good hands. Not to mention learning a ton!

TLE has been such a blessing to our family. We know that our son is getting the absolute best care at TLE! Everyone is warm welcoming and pours their love in to our sweet boy every single day. I love getting the notifications in the app throughout the day on how he is doing. They make our lives easy and stress free! I highly recommend TLE!

From the bottom of my heart, I thank you!! My son LOVED this daycare center, he has been enrolled in daycare since he was 9 months and TLE-Gilbert-Higley is by far the BEST center he has entered! While his time at TLE was short, only 5 months, he has learned a lot, gained new friends and adored his teacher!! He will be going to Kindergarten this school year and to see him break down and cry his last day at TLE was heartbreaking! I'm so glad that each and every teacher took time to care for him!!

I am a Grandparent raising my now 3 year old Grandson, I have experienced more than a few Daycares Ms Laurie and her team has been the Best. Bobby has been doing great at the Higley and Pecos location. He would not stay in his previous Daycares. Although reluctant at first Ms Laurie, Ms Katie, Ms Jennifer, Tia and the entire TLE team walked him through a very tough time here in Arizona. He put his jacket on Saturday night and when I asked him where are you going he said to school. he goes into class without hesitation now, so happy we found you!

A wonderful learning environment for young children. Very safe and clean facility. All the staff are incredibly warm and are passionate about what they do. Both of our younger children attended and loved it here.

Wow! What a great first day my son had at Preschool! I toured quite a few schools and found The Learning Experience at Gilbert-Higley to be the best! They are taking extra precautions during this time! They are having the children wash hands frequently, not allowing parents past the vestibule, and only offering limited tours after hours. Many centers do not have these precautions in place at this time. This was a real concern for me. My son had so much fun at Preschool and told me about all the fun activities he did and the new friends he made at The Learning Experience. This is going to be a great fit for our family!
