We couldn’t be more grateful for the staff at TLE-Cromwell. Our 16-month-old son came from a difficult daycare experience, and after that, it was hard to feel ready to trust someone new with his care. From the very beginning, Melissa and the administrative team made the transition feel safe and reassuring—for him and for us. Their support helped our whole family feel confident about starting daycare again. One of the most amazing surprises has been the educational experience he’s had in such a short time. Within just a week of starting, he was using sign language to express his needs—something we had been working on at home for months without success. Now he’s excited about animals, puzzles, and other learning activities we hadn’t seen him show interest in before. His language is developing every day, and it’s clear he’s engaged and thriving. His teacher, Ms. Janna, has played such a big role in that growth. She’s warm, attentive, and truly understands how to support little ones in a way that makes them feel safe and curious. The activities, communication, and level of care she provides are more than we ever expected. We are just so thankful to have found a place where our child is not only safe and loved, but learning and growing every single day. Thank you TLE-Cromwell!!!

Since signing up with TLE Cromwell over the summer of 2024, my daughter has progressed academically. The curriculum is wonderful, the events they host, and community involvement is so fulfilling not only to the children but also to the parents as well. We are beyond excited to welcome Ms. Melissa as the full-time center director as this addition to the current staff is wonderful as she has help implement positive and impactful changes to the center in Cromwell.

We enrolled our younger daughter at TLE earlier this year to build on her social skills and so we could afford an opportunity to work from home uninterrupted. Our experience with TLE has been nothing short of phenomenal. Our daughter has learned her colors, letters, numbers, and shapes, and her teachers helped foster the beginnings of potty training (success!). Our daughter eats a wide variety of food thanks to the daily menus offered and has learned to play well with others. She looks forward to going to “school” throughout the week. We are especially thankful to her devoted teachers - Denaja, Nae, and Christie - as well as the center director Melissa, and assistant directors Emily and Jen. Not only are these ladies willing and able to work with us regarding scheduling, drop off/pickup times, and communication regarding our daughter’s day-to-day activities, they are also very personable and put us at ease. I feel like we’ve become friends, albeit on a professional basis. Should you choose to send your child to daycare, send them to TLE. You will thank yourself later!

I've had my daughter in TLE since she was 2 and we're so sad to be leaving at the end of this month for kindergarten! She started out with Miss Jen in the prepped room, who my daughter absolutely adored! She moved up to Miss Rasia and Miss Amaris' class last year and she loves them just as much (as do I!) We've been so lucky, and I'm very thankful for the staff who I feel has become part of our family. It will be a sad day when we leave!

We have been very happy about our son attending this facility. I have personally been amazed about how even the directors are so hands on, always around helping, and know each kid and family individually. Our son's teacher Miss Melissa is amazing and very caring.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at TLE. Everyone there from the teachers all the way up to the administration has been extremely helpful and caring, and take care of my kids like they are their own. My children have been at TLE for a little over a year, and the amount of growth that they have experienced in that short time is unremarkable. They were previously at a different daycare corporation and I regret not moving them here sooner. I have no doubt in my mind that my kids will be more than ready for Kindergarten next year.

My kids have gone here for 2 years and we have had a great experience. The teachers and management have been stellar. We always feel confident that our kids are safe, happy, and engaged here.

Never thought that I would find a school that my children would fit in. I am very happy to hear about their day when the come home and what shapes, colors, numbers, and new words they have learned that day. They have learned so much since they have started their first day! - QMC -

We were looking for a daycare closer to our home and are very glad we found TLE!! We moved Shawn for his 3rd birthday and couldn't be happier. The staff made us and Shawn feel so welcome. We recommend TLE to anyone looking for daycare options in our area!

I have twin girls who have been attending since they were 3 months old. The staff is awesome. You can tell they really do enjoy having my kids there. My kids always have smiles on their faces in the pictures I receive throughout the day. The facility is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a daycare.

My kinds have been going to TLE for the past 3 years.Every teacher they have had has been phenomenal. The staff at TLE are all professional and compassionate. The curriculum is amazing, they even learn sign language and Spanish. The center is very clean and organized.

Both of my girls have gone here for the last three years. My oldest graduated two years ago and my youngest recently graduated (what a sweet graduation ceremony!) We will be sad once Summer Camp ends and Kindergarten starts in the fall. Amaya is 100% ready for Kindergarten due to the curriculum, even at her a younger-age entry into Kindergarten. We love the staff in Cromwell!

Anny started Her daycare experience at TLE Cromwell . I was impressed from day one with the lively decor and caring staff. Ms. Shiela took such good care of her and lovingly called her 'nana' .The center is run very efficiently and our daughter had a great time there.

My son has been attending the center for almost a year now. He's had amazing teachers within the two classes he's been in. They over communicate with me on a daily basis, provide him with the love and attention he needs, and treat him like he's there own. I feel very comfortable with the center and I know if anything comes up, they call me right away. I cannot rave enough about TLE in Cromwell, CT. The owner Shatal is amazing. She is always there when I pick up ( which you do not find with many owners) and any questions I have, she always answer. I looked many centers within the area and this one stuck out the most. Anyone looking for a center in the area should check this out!! Thank you TLE for taking care of my son!. We cannot thank you enough!!!!

My three year old son currently attends TLE in Cromwell and my older son is a TLE graduate (he is 8 now), so we have essentially been at the center everyday for over 5 years. I am so grateful for the tremendous care TLE and their wonderful staff provides. It's a clean, inviting, and cheerful atmosphere, but more importantly, the staff is caring and attentive. They have always treated my children as their own. The center provides a fantastic curriculum. The kids not only learn the basics, but are exposed to things like sign language, yoga, sensory based activities, art, music, etc. My son loves being there and I know he's being given lots of love, attention, opportunities for play, and academic enrichment. The teachers and managers have always been very communicative and really get to know each child. Even teachers from other classrooms know all the kids- it's a friendly place. I highly recommend this center. It is definitely on the higher end in terms of price, but it is well worth it!
