Neelam Sachdeva is the co-owner of The Learning Experience in Heathrow along with her husband Sahil Sachdeva. Prior to this, the couple built a national franchise restaurant location in Orlando, which they still own. She has her bachelor’s in psychology and loves the warm weather of Florida and is glad to be near the Orlando area which is a perfect place for a family life. A mother of two beautiful girls, Neelam discovered the world of preschool back in 2014 when she was looking for a safe and healthy environment for her daughters to grow and learn. In 2017, they became part of TLE family as they saw the positive difference that TLE is making in the lives of children and their families every day by nurturing the young minds.

Hi there! I have been a part of the TLE community for many years, as Sheelah Doyle, our center director, is my mom! I am a full-time account manager in the daytime, working for a pharmaceutical technology company, but couldn't stay away from the exciting and dynamic environment that is TLE, so I recently rejoined the team in the evenings to assist with the hectic closing time. Overall, creating relationships with our parents, students, and staff is something I missed and am so glad to have reintegrated within my day. I love being able to offer any role in a child's learning and development process, and being a member of the TLE team is a perfect way to do that. Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to learn about our talented team of teachers! My name is Sheelah Doyle, and I’m proud to serve as the Center Director at The Learning Experience Heathrow. I’ve been a part of the TLE family since 2012, and my journey in early childhood education began right in the classroom, inspired by the dedication and passion of early educators. Because of their influence, I earned my Early Childhood Professional Certificate from Seminole State College, along with my Director’s Credential. When I’m not wearing my director’s hat, you’ll likely find me in my Boston Red Sox cap, cheering on my favorite team! My husband, Marc, and I are proud parents to four wonderful children, and we originally hail from Southern New Hampshire. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing and enriching environment for every child and supporting the incredible educators who make that possible.

Hi there! I’m the Business Manager at The Learning Experience at both the Heathrow and Longwood centers. I’ve been proud to be part of this preschool community for over 8 years. I enjoy creating a warm and happy environment where children can feel safe, explore, and develop new skills. My main goals are to support each child’s confidence, curiosity, and love of learning, while also helping to grow our school’s enrollment so even more children can benefit from our happy environment. When I’m not at TLE, I enjoy traveling, listening to music, and spending quality time with my buddy, Leo. I’m committed to building strong relationships with families and teachers so that our preschool remains a place where children can thrive and parents feel confident in the care their children are receiving.

My name is Alicia, I’m originally from Chandler, Arizona but have called Central Florida home for the last 14 years!! I’m going on my 8th year here at TLE Heathrow, starting originally in my favorite class, infants then working my way up into an administrative position and assistant director! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking! TLE has become my home away home, and my goal every day is to create an overall safe and nurturing environment where learning and care can truly flourish for the children, staff and families!

Working at the Learning Experience is a dream come true for me since both my children attended T.L.E. I knew I wanted to be part of this amazing team that works so hard to encourage and inspire kids to fall in love with learning. Having the privilege to work with children is the most rewarding job I've ever had, and I hope to continue to make a difference in our student's lives in my administrative role.

Hi! I’m Naiomi. I’ve been part of the TLE Heathrow family for a little over five years now. During that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with nearly every age group, and I’m currently a proud member of our administrative team. I chose early childhood education because I truly love working with children. Hi! I’m Ms. Madison! I’ve been working in childcare for two years, and I truly love what I do. I feel incredibly fortunate to spend each day with my students, watching them grow and develop. There’s something so special about witnessing those moments of genuine discovery—whether it’s a small realization or a big milestone. Seeing a new concept click or watching the joy on their faces as they master a new skill fills me with purpose and pride every single day.

I absolutely adore working with kids! They are truly the coolest and sweetest individuals to be around. Being involved with children sparks my creativity and lets me grow alongside them while making a positive impact. Hello! I’m Ms. Andrea, also known as “Ms. Drea.” I’m a proud mom of three amazing kids—Aliya, Kiara, and Eli! At TLE, I’m known as the “Best Cooker Ever,” but I wear many hats—I’m also a bus driver and help out in many other ways around the school. Before stepping into the kitchen, I taught a variety of age groups, including infants, twos, and preschoolers. One of the greatest rewards of working in early childhood education is watching the children grow and knowing we get to be a big part of that journey. Happy happens at our school, and I’m so proud to be a part of it every day!

My name is Yajaira but everyone calls me Yari. I have been working in early childhood education for almost 20 years. My goal is to give the children in my classroom a fun and positive learning environment filled with love and laughter. I worked a corporate job for many years and when I “retired”, I was able to pursue my real passion! I also have two sweet grandbabies who bring so much joy to my life. I’ve always loved kids, and my passion for early education comes from wanting to provide them with the love and foundation they need to thrive in their future.

I joined TLE Heathrow in 2015 and have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the children's growth and development, as well as building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with their families. Hi! I’m Jamaya, a proud toddler teacher at The Learning Experience. I love working with young children and watching them grow, explore, and reach new milestones each day. I’m passionate about creating a fun, nurturing classroom where little learners feel safe and excited to discover the world around them. This fall, I’ll be attending Seminole State College as I continue my journey in early childhood education.

Our newest addition to the TLE Heathrow team, Ms. Monica has been a wonderful addition to the TLE team! Ms. Monica enjoys working with an array of age groups and taking part in helping them reach milestones. When Ms. Monica is not at TLE, she she is busy spending time with her beautiful daughters and husband.

Ms. Michelle has been teaching a variety of ages for three years. She loves working with her preschool 1A little learners and being an important part of helping them achieve their fullest potential. When Ms. Michelle isn't in the classroom, she can be found building legos, drawing or going line dancing with friends.

Ms. Chamini is a loving and engaging teacher who enjoys using hands-on learning with her students while ensuring a safe, nurturing and playful environment. Ms. Chamini is originally from Sri Lanka and is the mother to two boys.

Ms. Sanaiha loves engaging and creating relationships with her after school students and their families! She is an amazing support to her fellow co-workers and works hard to manage her class with a loving and patient demeanor. When Ms. Sanaiha isn't at TLE Heathrow, you can find her spending time with her family, watching movies, reading, hiking, traveling and cooking.
