Our son started attending this daycare when he was around 4 months old, and now, at 1.5 years old, he continues to thrive, learn, and enjoy his time there. From the very first tour, we felt that the environment was safe, caring, and nurturing—and that’s exactly what we have experienced. The staff is wonderful, providing attentive care and engaging activities that have supported our son’s healthy growth and development. It gives us peace of mind knowing he is in a place where he is happy and well taken care.

We love TLE. They take such good care of our girls. The environment is caring and safe. The growth physically and mentally has been HUGE since starting in April 2024.

We are very happy with our child's time at The Learning Experience! The staff is so caring, and they keep us in the loop with daily updates on what our kid is up to. It's always easy to get in touch and have a chat whenever we need to with the office staff. We highly recommend this wonderful place for any parent looking for a nurturing environment for their child!

We love this daycare! Our toddler is happy and thriving at TLE on Pouncey Tract since August 2024. The daycare is very clean!!! Everyone is kind, helpful and polite! Thank you to the fantastic staff, director Molly, assistant director Nazia, and Ms. B they all communicate with us consistently and patiently answer all our questions. The infant B caretakers Ms. Manal and Ms. Jasmyne are wonderful and sweet with our child and she is happy when she sees them in the morning!!!

My kids love TLE Doylestown! They are all very community-minded, and we enjoy being part of this "family."

Tle is such a great place! My daughter loves going to daycare & loves all of her teachers & the staff! She has so many new She has learned so much &has progressed tremendously since I move my daughter to TLE in December she came home the first day & said all of her colors & numbers and it made me know that switching her to TLE was the best choice I could have made for my baby girl! After we moved to Richmond from NY searching for child care and learning center was a daunting task in a city where we didn't know anyone. After searching and visiting several centers we choose TLE and we could not be happier! We send our two children (5 & 3) to TLE full time for almost 2 years now. The clean well kept facility and the compassionate caring teachers are only few of the great things that describe TLE. We have been very impressed with the well thought out lesson plan that have clear developmentally appropriate goals thought by teachers who devote their lives for early childhood education. Despite the uncertainty during COVID-19, TLE's commitment to keep our children safe with a clear, detailed health and safety policy made the decision to send our children back to TLE easy. The relevant timely communication with parents also gave us a peace of mind in this very difficult times. We are actually very impressed with how quickly the center adopted to current health threats and was able to continue to carry out excellent learning curriculum with out any interruption. We see this daily with the growth of our children. We highly recommend TLE to any one looking for a top notch childcare along with excellent early childhood education. You will not be disappointed.

Our daughter started attending TLE in Glen Allen from the age of 6 months. As new parents, we were nervous about handing our child over to a daycare, but former nurse, Ms. Annette, eased our fears. She took our hands, and made the transition for us very easy. Our daughter is now almost 5 years old and has loved her time at TLE. She cannot stop talking about her teachers, friends, and activities she does at TLE. When Sunday night rolls around, she says she is looking forward to Monday (what kid says that?). COVID scared us all, but the protocols taken by TLE have been exemplary. Studies indicated that kids are less affected by COVID, on top of that, the safety procedures put in place at TLE made her return much easier. She has been back at TLE for several months now, and there have been no outbreaks or even a single case. TLE took the necessary precautions, and have made us comfortable. We encourage others to send their kids to TLE!

COVID-19 has certainly made us all face difficult situations, requiring changes and making difficult decisions to adapt. Sending our toddler back to daycare during COVID-19 was certainly an epic milestone for our family. My husband and I are first-time parents, but also very busy professionals managing full time demanding intellectual jobs. No need to say how freaked out we generally are when it comes to the safety of our one and only child. We somehow managed working and caring for our child for a few months at the peak of pandemic, but with the start of Richmond's Phase I we evaluated the cons and pros of returning to TLE at Glen Allen for the childcare support. We made this decision based on: 1. Recognizing our child's need to interact with other children 2. Our child's need to learn from professional, experienced and most importantly caring child educators 3. Aiming for quality time together as a family as a result of having boundaries for work and family. TLE @ Glen Allen made the decision easy for us by having a very clear, detailed and transparent safety and health policies to manage the complicated pandemic needs. Overall, since we have returned we do feel safe knowing the policies are fully implemented and like some institutions are not just advertised for liability purposes. TLE staff are incredibly kind and supportive of us and our childcare needs and they take care of our children like a close family support system. They've been self-less acknowledging the team effort to keep everyone healthy and happy. As a mother and educator, I give my highest possible approval for this center and hope other parents can experience the joy and peace of mind that has come back to our family with the support of TLE staff. We chose The Learning Experience for child care when I first had to go back to work. We visited several facilities and decided on TLE because we felt the staff seemed kind and caring and the location is convenient to home, work and errands. We have enjoyed our time there so far. My child's teachers keep us updated with daily notes and progress reports. They are professional and organized. I am comfortable leaving my child there each day because I feel like the teachers truly love and care about my child.

This is the first year my daughter has been in daycare. I only went to one other than this and all i can say this is the best one to put your child in. The people are very friendly and they make you feel welcomed. They are great with the kids. My daughter loves going to daycare now. If you need a daycare to put your child in look into this one first you won't have no regreats.

I was so worried about choosing the right daycare for our son. From the moment I walked in for the tour, I knew this was the right place. We just felt so welcomed! They have taught our son so much! He comes home everyday doing something he learned from school! He loves going to school. He's grabbed his bag on a Saturday, went to the door, and said "go school"! He loves his teachers. He has a dairy allergy. They always make sure there is never any issue with his allergy!

Jackson loves TLE! As a parent it is comforting knowing how excited he is about going to school. We are always impressed at all he is learning and are so grateful for the enthusiasm and love his teachers display each day. Thank you!

We have both our kids at TLE. They are ages 3 and 7. We always have great communication with the front office staff and the teachers greet out kids with open arms and hugs each morning when we drop them off. It's comforting to know that your kids are loved and safe within an fun and educational center like Glen Allen TLE !!

I am very happy and pleased that I found a reliable second home for my child. I enrolled my daughter in June and she has adapted very well within such a short time. The teachers are awesome and I thank them for taking very good care of my child. The administrative staff is very helpful and they respond to your concerns promptly. The curriculum is wonderfully aligned to the age group and my child absolutely enjoys her time here. The facility is clean and the meals are healthy. Keep up the good work !!!

We joined TLE 4 years ago. My son was previously going to a half day 3 day/week preschool program, however, I wanted to get him in an all day program. We toured just about every school we could find in the area and we knew without a doubt this was the best place for us. I was impressed by the facility security and how clean everything was. The other thing that sold us was the educational statistics of the rising Kindergartners. And I must say the education is top notch! Going into Kindergarten, my son was already reading and writing and was set up to have a great start in school. Just before my daughter turned 2 she joined TLE and is growing and learning rapidly. The staff knows all of the children by name and really care about each one of them. Thank you TLE for loving and educating my children!

We are so pleased with the care that my children get at The Learning Experience! My kids have been at TLE since the center opened. They were 1 year when they started in the infant room and within one week, they were using sign language. I can name a teacher each year that has made a difference for my children. The care and concern for my kids is apparent. They have a fantastic summer program for school aged kids. They do a really nice job of celebrating milestones for the children. The unique learning experiences are too many to even list but they are amazing (yearly talent show, tasty Tuesday, pre-K graduation... ). Our kids ask to get there early in the morning during the summer and want to stay late to participate in their activities.

We moved to Richmond in the summer of 2013, just before my son Evan was about to start Pre-K. He started TLE in the summer program and the teachers thought he was little behind some of the other students that would be going to Pre-K. So they helped him get up to speed over the summer, so that he was ready for Pre-K and he was ready when it started. He jumped right in and had a great Pre-K year. He just loved his teachers, they were so great and taught him so much. Now my son has graduated from Pre-K and started K in September and I just had his parent teacher conference and his K teacher said he is doing great, ahead of a lot of the kids in the class and is a leader in the class. I owe it all to TLE as they did such a great job getting him ready for K!! Thanks to all in the Glen Allen location!
