TLE – Westfield has truly exceeded our expectations. The teachers are wonderful—nurturing, loving, and genuinely invested in the kids. They accommodate each child’s needs and make every one of them feel special. A special thank you to Ms. Stefanie, Jen, Kaylee, and all the supporting staff who work together to ensure our child receives the best care possible. The daily updates with activity photos, feedings, and naps give us peace of mind knowing our daughter is in safe and caring hands. One of the most thoughtful things they’ve done was create a heartfelt journal as she moved to the next class, filled with notes and pictures capturing her growth since she started as an infant. Thank you, TLE - Westfield for creating a safe and welcoming environment for our little one.

We absolutely love the infant room and the staff here! From day one, the staff made us feel so welcomed, comfortable, and confident leaving our little one in their care. The teachers are warm, patient, and truly attentive to every child’s needs. I can tell they genuinely love what they do—our baby has quickly adapted to the new environment. The teachers keep us updated throughout the day with sweet photos, naps, and feedings, and little stories about what our baby did at the end of the day. The room is bright, clean, and filled with engaging toys and activities perfect for their age. I appreciate how they follow our baby’s home routine while also introducing gentle opportunities for growth and learning. It’s such a relief knowing our child is in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment. We couldn’t ask for a better start to his early years! We absolutely love TLE Westfield! The teachers are phenomenal. They are nurturing, engaging, and truly dedicated to each child's growth and development. The office staff are equally wonderful, always warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to the center directors, Erica and Katelyn, who greet us every day with open arms. They’ve created an environment that feels both fun and safe, and we leave each morning knowing our kids are in great hands. Their leadership along with the owner's, Manali and Nikunj, set the tone for the entire center—caring, thoughtful, and community-focused. We also really appreciate the events TLE Westfield hosts throughout the year. These bring families together, create a strong sense of community, and give us more chances to connect with the amazing teachers. TLE Westfield has truly become a home away from home for our family, and we’re so grateful to be part of this community.

We are new to the Westfield area and found TLE, we were greeted with warmth and care. I love that our kiddo is learning something valuable each day. Highly recommended! I have been working here for almost 2 months and since I walked through the doors I have felt welcomed. And I love to see the smile on Erica, Katelyn, Manali, Nik and the teachers faces working with them. I highly recommend this place for kids and a job. The kids here are great!

TLE welcomed my family with open arms when we needed them most. The staff is incredible and I couldn’t imagine dropping my kids off anywhere and with anyone else. Truly a 5 star experience. I am so happy to have found such an amazing daycare within our community!

I am thankful to have Maggie as part of the TLE community. She has grown from a toddler to a three-year-old, and her love for learning and socializing with her teachers and friends has only increased. Happy moments and memories are created here at TLE.

I was so nervous about bringing my baby here, but I’m so happy that I did. From the office staff to the teachers, down to the chefs, everyone has treated my family with so much patience, respect and love. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all for loving my son while I’m away.

The Learning Experience Westfield has completely exceeded our expectations!! The owners, director, and teachers are so kind and accommodating. We feel totally comfortable discussing any issues or needs of our daughter with all of the staff. They truly listen to you and as a parent that is so reassuring. We were hesitant about sending our daughter to daycare as we WFH and she has been home with us from the beginning. However, sending her to TLE has been the BEST decision for our family. Our daughter absolutely loves going to daycare in the morning! We already see her making progress in signing and becoming more vocal since starting here. We know our daughter is so well taken care of while she is here and that means everything. We could not be happier with the curriculum, activities, safety, and overall experience at TLE.

I wish I had the option to give more stars. TLE Westfield is AMAZING! I would not take my child anywhere else! Their entire staff is outstanding and they always go above and beyond for each child (I don't know how they do it!). They make the transition process seamless for the children and the parents too! I personally struggled with the transition process of not being with my child, but several members of the TLE Westfield staff made sure that I felt comfortable and secure. They always check in with the parents to make sure that not only their child is adjusting well, but that they are too. The facility is always clean and picked up; my son is always smiling when I pick him up at the end of the day :) The staff is always making the facility look inviting and fun! This month's curriculum was learning about the ocean and all things in it, so they decorated the facility accordingly and also put the kids' faces up on the wall for a personal touch. My husband and I have noticed a positive change and intellectual growth in our son. When I walk in, I am always greeted by a smiling face. Again, I wish I could give more stars. Absolutely LOVE this place!

I wanted to thank the staff for making my son and I feel nothing but wanted and welcome. My son is always with me so adjusting has been a little hard but the staff has helped him come along way. The facility is clean and up to code. They make sure the rules are followed and the family needs are met. The communication is GREAT. We have not had the best experience in the past and they have changed our out look on daycare. We love it here and I'm so glad i found them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We recently enrolled our children at TLE and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience from day one. The entire staff ( teachers, director, asst. director, and owners) have all been incredibly welcoming, attentive, and caring towards not only our children, but also towards us as parents. There has not been a day that I haven't seen the owners or director at the location. They are so dedicated to their facility and making it the best it can be. Manali, Nikunj, and Julie truly are three of the warmest people you could meet. One of the aspects we appreciate the most is the constant updates we receive throughout the day. It's reassuring to know what our littles one are up to. Plus, seeing our toddler come home singing songs and sharing phrases about kindness and gratitude he's learned at TLE warms our hearts every time. The environment at TLE is nurturing and stimulating, fostering both social and cognitive development in the children. The dedication of the staff to providing a safe and enriching experience is evident in every interaction. We could not recommend this facility more!

Being a member of TLE was probably one of the best decisions we have ever made for our family! The attention to detail, level of care, and all around personability that the TLE family expresses is unmatched by any other organization. The entire staffing team truly goes above and beyond not only for the kiddos, but for the parents as well. We are entrusting the care for our babes for over 8 hours of the day. You can tell that every single person working there is trained and knowledgeable and just simply cares about the kids as if they were one of their own. I have never doubted the team there for one minute. Their app is easy to use and the staff does a fantastic job of keeping you in the loop of all the cute things the kids are doing throughout the day. You can also tell that my son enjoys being at TLE as well. His face lights up when he sees his teachers. We are greeted every morning with a smile from the front staff. And they are always ready to go and make drop off a breeze. Makes me feel at ease each morning with a quick and easy drop off. Also, the cleanliness at the center is top notch. I remember before my son had a constant cold or was always missing school because he was sick. They actually wash the kids hands regularly and disinfect the toys and he hasn't been sick in a while! Knock on wood! If you are thinking about switching care, about going back to work, or about having another option - TLE is the place to go. No place can compare for peace of mind and safety of your kids! I will be enrolling my whole family here as we continue to grow :)

We recently transitioned our 3 year old son from another local daycare, and we could not be happier with the decision. This center's level of professionalism and expertise in early childhood education is topnotch. The owners, director, and teachers are extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly. The curriculum will undoubtedly set him up for success in kindergarten. Most importantly, we have already seen positive changes in our son, and he is so much happier! We highly recommend The Learning Experience in Westfield!

The Learning Experience is the best daycare in Westfield, hands down! I can't say enough good things about this place. The owners, teachers and director are all amazing people! You can tell they absolutely love each child that comes in every day and truly care about providing the best education and experience possible. I'm so happy that we chose to send our daughter to this daycare - it was the best decision!
