Hi, my name is Ms. Keisha and I am the Business Manager here at The Learning Experience. I have worked in Early Childhood Education for over 15 years and bring more than 10 years of leadership experience to our center. I am passionate about creating a nurturing and efficient environment where children, families, and staff feel supported every day. As a dedicated Assistant Infant Teacher with a passion for nurturing the youngest learners, I bring warmth, patience, and enthusiasm to the classroom each day. I support the lead teacher in creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where infants can grow and thrive. With experience in early childhood care, I assist in feeding, diapering, and engaging infants in sensory and developmental activities. I am proud to be bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with a diverse group of families and support children’s early language development. Helping infants reach their milestones and forming meaningful bonds with each child is truly rewarding and at the heart of what I do.
