Ms. Cara Carley is the Center Director at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education as both a teacher and director. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with children and families from infancy through Kindergarten, supporting strong developmental foundations during the most important early learning years. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with educators, children, and families and is excited to begin this next chapter with the TLE Tuckahoe community. Ms. Cara looks forward to supporting the growth of each child while partnering with families across Tuckahoe and the greater Westchester County area to create a warm, engaging preschool environment where learning truly comes to life.

Ms. Mariela Perez is the Assistant Director at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education. She has supported young learners both as a Toddler Teacher and as an Education Coordinator, giving her strong insight into classroom development and curriculum implementation across early learning stages. As both an educator and a mom to a four-year-old, Ms. Mariela understands the importance of building supportive partnerships with families. She is passionate about helping children grow with confidence in a nurturing preschool environment and enjoys connecting with families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community. In her free time, she loves knitting and spending time with her child

Ms. Jessica Urquhart is the Office Manager at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and brings over 10 years of experience working with children in early childhood education. She began her journey at TLE as a Toddler Teacher, where she developed a strong passion for supporting young learners during their early developmental years. In her current role as part of the center management team, Ms. Jessica enjoys helping guide children and supporting families throughout their preschool experience. She is excited to continue partnering with families in the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community and looks forward to helping every child grow into the best version of themselves in a warm and supportive learning environment.

Ms. Cynthia is a Floater at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has over seven years of experience working in early childhood education. She studied Early Childhood Education and is passionate about supporting young learners during their earliest developmental stages. Ms. Cynthia especially enjoys working with infants and introducing babies to new experiences that help build confidence, curiosity, and foundational skills. She loves partnering with families in the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community to create a nurturing classroom environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Ms. Tara is our Infant B Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and brings over 10 years of experience working with children in early childhood education. She holds an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in the same field, continuing to deepen her knowledge and teaching practice. Ms. Tara enjoys being part of each child’s learning journey and is passionate about supporting students as they grow with confidence and curiosity in the classroom. She values building strong connections with families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community and creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

Ms. Caroline is our Twaddler B Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has approximately four years of experience working in early childhood education. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, continuing to expand her knowledge and strengthen her teaching practice in the classroom. As a member of the Tuckahoe community, Ms. Caroline enjoys building meaningful connections with local families and supporting children as they learn and grow. She loves incorporating singing and dancing into daily classroom activities to create a joyful, engaging learning environment where children can develop confidence and creativity.

Ms. Jessica is a Lead Prepper B Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg. She is passionate about supporting toddlers during this important stage of early development and enjoys creating a classroom filled with movement, discovery, and fun learning experiences. Originally from White Plains, Ms. Jessica enjoys building strong connections with families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community. She loves incorporating music, creativity, and hands-on activities into the classroom to help guide each child’s growth and confidence. Outside the classroom, Ms. Jessica enjoys weightlifting, running, candle making, shopping, volunteering in local soup kitchens, and celebrating her favorite holiday—Halloween She also loves spending time with her Shiba Inu, Princess Pounce

Ms. Vanessa is a Teacher Assistant at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and enjoys supporting young children as they learn, grow, and build confidence during their early education journey. She is passionate about creating a caring and supportive classroom environment where every child feels encouraged to explore and succeed. Ms. Vanessa values building strong connections with families in the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community and takes pride in helping create a positive learning experience for each child she works with.

Ms. Lola is our PS2A Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and brings nearly five years of experience working in education with young children. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Development, which supports her ability to guide students through important early learning milestones. Ms. Lola is passionate about helping children grow with confidence and curiosity in a nurturing classroom environment. She enjoys partnering with families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community to support each child’s social, emotional, and academic development during their early education journey.

Ms. Chelsi is our PS1C Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has three years of experience working with young children in early childhood education. She enjoys creating meaningful classroom experiences and helping children build confidence through hands-on learning and play. Ms. Chelsi loves creating memorable moments with her students and supporting their growth during important early learning years. She enjoys connecting with families in the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community and creating a warm, engaging classroom environment. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys spending time in nature, camping, playing piano, and participating in arts and crafts activities.

Ms. Nigiah is our PS1A Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and is passionate about supporting children during their important pre-kindergarten year. She studied Early Childhood Education at Pace University School of Education and is currently continuing her studies in Child Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. She also holds CDA credentials in both Infant/Toddler and Preschool education, bringing a strong foundation across multiple early learning stages. Ms. Nigiah is a dedicated educator and proud mom to her son, Jeremiah, and enjoys building meaningful connections with children and families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community. She plans to complete her Bachelor’s degree and begin her Master’s studies in Child Psychology next year, continuing her commitment to professional growth in early childhood education. In her free time, Ms. Nigiah enjoys practicing yoga and especially connects with Flexi Flamingo, one of her favorite TLE curriculum characters, who represents healthy movement and mindfulness in the classroom.

Ms. Janay is a Floater Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and is excited to support classrooms across the center while getting to know the children and families in the school community. In her role, she enjoys working with students of different age groups and helping create a warm, engaging learning environment throughout the day. Ms. Janay looks forward to building strong connections with families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community and supporting each child’s learning and growth across their early education journey.

Ms. Aaliyah is an Infant Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and is passionate about supporting babies during the earliest stages of development. Ms. Taylor is our Toddler Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe. She has always had a passion for working with children, which began at a young age. That early experience inspired her to pursue a career in childcare, where she could make a positive impact on children's lives every day. In her free time, Ms. Taylor enjoys nature walks, arts and crafts, listening to music, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen! She brings her creative enthusiasm into the classroom by creating fun, engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and encourage children to explore, discover, and grow. She looks forward to building meaningful relationships with each child and family while creating safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment where every child can thrive.

Ms. America is a Toddler Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and enjoys supporting young children as they explore, learn, and grow during this important stage of early development. She loves creating a warm and engaging classroom environment and especially enjoys singing with her students as part of their daily learning experiences. As a mom of two, she brings both professional dedication and personal understanding to supporting young learners in the classroom. Ms. Danielle enjoys watching her students blossom as they build confidence and independence each day. Carson is a Teacher Assistant at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe. They are passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can learn and grow! Carson loves warm weather and writing poetry! They love books, animals, and kids.

Ms. Alexsa is a Floater at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has years of experience working with young children in early childhood education. Ms. Alexsa loves working with children. She is passionate about creating a nurturing classroom environment and building strong connections with families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community. She has always been around children due to having a big family-oriented background. She has interest in teaching and being a part of other's journeys and helping people grow!

Ms. Kate is a Floater at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has nine years of experience working with young children in early childhood education. She enjoys supporting toddlers as they develop independence, confidence, and early learning skills during this important stage of growth. Ms. Kate loves singing and playing the harp. She also loves playing Nintendo and steam games!

Miss Denise is a Floater at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has four years of experience working with young children in early childhood education. She enjoys supporting toddlers as they develop independence, confidence, and early learning skills during this important stage of growth. Miss Denise loves working with children because it gives her the opportunity to positively influence their development while watching them learn and grow each day. Outside of work Miss Denise loves going to Starbucks, drawing, and listening to music.

Ms. Kimberly is a Floater at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe, she has experience working with older children but is excited to expand working with younger children as well! Ms. Kimberly enjoys creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn through play, build confidence, and develop important social skills!

Ms. Diana is an Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and brings six years of experience working in early childhood education. She enjoys supporting children across multiple classrooms and helping them grow both physically and academically during their early learning journey. Ms. Diana is passionate about continuing to expand her knowledge as an educator while building strong connections with families throughout the Tuckahoe and Westchester County community. Outside the classroom, she enjoys traveling to the Dominican Republic to spend time with her family and caring for her mini poodle.

Ms. Halimah is a Floater Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has approximately four years of experience working with young children in early childhood education. Ms. Sharene is our Infant C Lead Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and enjoys supporting children as they learn, grow, and build confidence each day. Ms. Sharene truly loves working with children! Their growth, curiosity, and excitement for learning inspires her every day! Teaching is not just a job for Ms. Sharene but a passion.

Ms. Evelyn is an Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has been working with children since she was just 15 years old! She loves being part of a caring school community and values the opportunity to connect with the infants as they grow. Ms. Evelyn enjoys building relationships with families and helping create a warm, supportive learning environment for every child.

Ms. Jacqui is an Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow! Ms. Jacqui enjoys dancing, swimming, and singing, and bringing creativity and fun into the classroom! While she can be a little shy at first, she is very kind, caring, and friendly person who enjoys building positive relationships with children and their families.

Ms. Kristal is a Teacher Assistant at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe. She Believes that every day is an opportunity to inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in young learners. Ms. Kristal loves spending time outdoors, especially hiking and exploring nature trails. As a full-time college student, she is committed to continuing her education and bringing new knowledge and ideas into the classroom.

Ms. Bianca is an Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe. She has been a part of The Learning Experience family for 3 years and it has been incredibly rewarding to watch the children grow, develop new skills, and build the confidence they need for kindergarten. She is passionate about a creating a nurturing and supportive learning environment for the children. Outside of work Ms. Bianca loves to sleep, shop, and go shopping!

Ms. Magaly is an Assistant Floater at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe and has over 6 years of experience! She is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for children to thrive! Ms. Magaly loves creating a fun and creative place for the children! She also loves crocheting, reading, doodling, and painting.

Ms. Izzy is an Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience – Tuckahoe. She is currently pursuing her studies in Public Health and Psychology, which have strengthened my passion for supporting children's growth, development, and overall well-being. In her free time, she enjoys baking, dancing, and caring for her garden. She loves bringing creativity, positivity, and enthusiasm into the classroom while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel encouraged to learn, explore, and grow.
