Hello, my name is Juanita Herrera, and I am the Center Director here at Thornton TLE. With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about fostering children's social and emotional development, as I believe it plays a key role in nurturing a love for learning. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my three daughters and family, creating lasting memories together.

I have been with TLE since October of 2018; in ECE for 11 years. I strive to provide children with a fun, safe learning environment. On the weekends I like to watch true crime shows and spending time with my friends. I also enjoy getting together with my family to watch the Bronco games during football season.

My name is Morghan and I have been with the TLE family for 6 years. I am currently in school getting my degree in elementary education and I love working with kiddos! I am excited to get to know everyone in here at Thornton!

My name is Hailey and I have been with TLE for 6 years both in management and in the classroom. I loved being in management to help all the families and train teachers. I enjoy being a teacher so I can love on the babies . My goal is to always provide a safe environment for both the teachers and the kids.

My name is Laura and I have 2 kids. In my free time I love to have movie nights and enjoy snacks. I also enjoy spending time outdoors. A fun fact about me is that I like to crochet.

Hi, I’m Christina! I’ve lived in beautiful Colorado my entire life, and one of my favorite places to visit is Evergreen—there’s nothing like spending time in the mountains. I’ve been a toddler teacher for 8 years, and every day is a new adventure with my little learners. I truly love watching them grow, celebrating every milestone, and being part of their early journey. Teaching toddlers brings so much joy to my life!

My name is Kenia and I love spending time with my son and daughter. In my free time I like to play soccer. Fun fact about me; I’m really good at math and I love doing it! My favorite thing about working with kids is getting to watch them grow and teach them skills to help them with their future.

Hi, my name is Cynthia! I love spending time with my loved ones—whether that's relaxing at home or trying something new. I have three cats, a big love for coffee, and I enjoy teaching Sunday school. I do Photography of cars and people outside of work. I love being around my friends and family. I love doing any kind of art like drawing, painting, pretty much anything that can show creativity. My favorite thing about working with kids is the connections I get to build with them and make them laugh and smile.

I have been with The Learning Experience since July 2020. I love working in every classroom at T.L.E and making connections with children of every age. I hope to continue my ECE education while helping the children learn each day too.
