I first experienced the TLE difference as a mom, from the center’s cleanliness and focus on safety to the exceptional staff and curriculum that supported my child’s growth and development. What set TLE apart for me was the genuine care and quality of education provided, which inspired me to become a franchisee. Owning a business I can truly believe in has always been a personal goal, and The Learning Experience has allowed me to fulfill that dream in the most meaningful way. Hello! I’m Melody Warszawski, the Center Director of The Learning Experience in Strongsville, OH. I graduated in 2016 with my associate's degree in public service from Stark State College, and just three years later, I graduated from Walsh University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. With over eight years of diverse experience, ranging from infant teacher and preschool teacher to substitute teacher, daycare director, and kindergarten teacher. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband Adam, family, friends, and dog Guinness. I love coffee, chocolate, art, cooking, baking, going to baseball games, and traveling. I am deeply committed to nurturing a caring and safe environment where every child can thrive. I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and insights to The Learning Experience! I look forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of every child and their families, where passion meets dedication to foster a nurturing and inspiring setting for growth!

I graduated Malone University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2015, and have since been working on a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have had the privilege of working with children and youth in volunteer and staff capacities since 2015. I also had the privilege of developing a Marketing and Public Relations Program at my previous company and serving as a director for six years. I love being able to work as a servant leader and watch young people grow and learn from caring mentors and adults. I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of The Learning Experience!

I have 9 years experience in school districts teaching English as a second language .My goal is to make the children feel safe and valued while learning and developing their skills. My name is Christy . My husband and I have been married for 9 years and we have 3 children Luke, Gemma and Jacob. We love spending time as a family going to the park and museums. I enjoy coming to work each day , seeing the kids learn and grow is so rewarding.
