TLE Southlake represents the best daycare facility in the area for several reasons. Ms Gerri, the director, is an experienced educational leader with strong management and communication skills. The teachers are trained, compassionate, and follow a robust curriculum. They team with parents to foster an engaging and safe experience at the school: from learning how to count, paint, and sing in Spanish to learning how to become respectful, kind and reflective human beings. The staff is happy which does reflect in their interactions with children and parents. The facility is cleaned and cared for. As an educator myself, I understand the importance of the early years in a child's upbringing. TLE Southlake understands it as well.

We have loved our experience with TLE Southlake! My 2.5 year old son has been attending for about 6 months now and he has adjusted so well and made lots of friends and gets to experience so many new things with the TLE program. He comes home singing new songs that he learned at school and the photo updates we get throughout the day show all the various activities they get to do and it really is something different every day! The director and teachers are all awesome and attentive and caring and are also helping us potty train our son while he’s at daycare. We are so glad we made the switch to TLE Southlake!

I hesitate to write this review because TLE-Southlake is Southlake & Keller’s best kept secret in early child care! On the surface, the school may appear corporate, but it is far from it. Gerri, the teachers, and the families that attend are all so personable and have made our experience so warm and positive. Our 10 month old has attended since he was 3 months old, and Jackie and Catherine in the infant room are amazing with the babies. They are very communicative and are true partners with us in his development. We have always felt that they truly care about his well being and he lights up when he sees them. Our oldest has attended the summer camp program for school aged children this summer, and has come out of his room every morning dressed and talking about the special activity planned for the day. He is one of the older kids in the program, but Danka and the other teachers have done a fantastic job tailoring the activities for all the different ages and meeting the children where they are at developmentally. I have not experienced a daycare led by a better director. You can tell that Gerri mentors and supports her teachers with her whole heart. She is constantly in the classrooms with the students, and is always communicating with the parents. One thing that immediately stood out to me, is that all of the teachers know (and greet!) all of the children and parents in the school. They make everyone feel welcome and comfortable.

Ms. Gerri, who is the Center Director here, is an AMAZING director and you will know this immediately and feel very comforted. Why? She is the kind of person who knows every kid and every parent by name and she goes around the rooms very often to check on things, talk to kids and spend time with kids. She creates great culture and atmosphere. I had my two kids (they are both out of daycare now) under her care when she led a different daycare during covid as a center director. She took amazing leadership and made tough decisions during such tough time - I can tell you that all her actions were solely for the health and safety of our kids. Many, many parents and teachers respected her as a teacher and director. I stopped by recently to say hi to her and she still remembered so many things about my kids l even forgot about! The facility is very nice and secure. I can definitely recommend ANY place she leads.

The Learning Experience in Southlake is truly a remarkable facility for early childhood education. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately sets both parents and children at ease. Center Director Gerri is exceptional, bringing a unique blend of professionalism and genuine care to the center. Her leadership ensures that every aspect of the school runs smoothly and that each child receives the attention they deserve. Safety is clearly a top priority at The Learning Experience, and it is evident in the meticulous attention to detail across the facility. Parents can feel confident that their children are in a secure environment where their well-being is paramount. The staff at Southlake are incredibly nurturing and dedicated, creating a home-like environment that makes the transition for children as comfortable as possible—even on their very first day. Their commitment to fostering a love of learning in each child is apparent in their engaging and thoughtfully designed programs. My daughter attended their summer program over the last few months and absolutely loved it. Everyday she came home expressing her love for her teachers and new friends she made in the program. I highly recommend it to any parent seeking a high-quality early education experience for their child.

I found this daycare as a recommendation through a moms group and it lives up to expectations. Gerri, the director, genuinely cares about the children’s and parent’s needs, is patient with all of my questions, and easy to work with. She seems to know every child that attends the daycare by name and about their personality. We eventually pulled our baby for personal reasons and were sad that we wouldn’t be working with Ms. Catherine in the infant room anymore. She gave me confidence as a first time mom and clearly has a wealth of information. We’ll miss her greatly.

Ms. Gerri and the team at the Southlake Learning Experience has made my daughter's experience a wonderful and memorable one so far. Everyone at this location is so nice and friendly and we are always welcomed with a smile when we drop off my daughter in the morning. One of the things that they were able to do was help potty train my daughter. When we brought her in, she was having a tough time getting potty trained but Ms. Pamela was able to help my daughter get to the point where she actually sat on our toilet at home by herself and use the potty! That itself was to me very amazing and I can't thank the team enough for what they have done and taught my daughter so far. Thank you Ms. Gerri and the Southlake team for giving my daughter a fun and enjoyable learning experience.

Our son absolutely loves TLE. We (mom & dad) love it too! The facility is the cleanest I’ve seen, the teachers are friendly & attentive, the food & snacks are mostly organic and they have a lot of fun learning activities for the kids every day. We relocated to Southlake from Kansas City and we were worried about how our little guy would adjust but Gerri made us all feel so comfortable with the change the first week was like we had been bringing him here for years. If you’re looking for THE place for your kiddo(s) than you’ve found it.

My husband I couldn't be happier with our decision to enroll our (now) 18mo old in this daycare almost two months ago. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's well-being. The Center Director, Gerri, is incredibly knowledgeable and always available to address any questions. Her dedication to creating a nurturing and enriching environment for all children is truly commendable. Since starting, our son has become more confident and engaged in his daily activities. The daily updates and photos reassure us that he's in great hands and having a fantastic time! We've experienced a significant boost in our peace of mind knowing our son is thriving in a safe, loving, and stimulating environment. We wholeheartedly recommend this daycare to any parents seeking top-notch care for their little ones!

The best daycare we've toured in the Southlake / Grapevine area! (And we're in the double digits..) Gerri is an incredible director with a ton of experience, who really cares about the families and her employees. Such a clean, beautiful facility and adorable curriculum for the little ones - that actually teaches! And a great, low teacher: student ratio in the 12-24 month classroom we were looking at. We ended up having some family available to help with my toddler so we aren't able to join at this time, but I highly encourage parents to meet with Gerri and check out this program for your babies.

We are immensely grateful for TLE Southlake and the extraordinary individuals who contribute to making it such a unique and wonderful environment. We have complete confidence that our children are in capable hands, and every educator I've encountered has displayed true professionalism. Gerri, the director, has been absolutely fantastic, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our experience is nothing short of exceptional. She maintains open communication and is dedicated to cultivating the best possible learning environment. Every measure is taken to prioritize the well-being of the children. Entrusting our children to TLE has been one of the best decisions we've made, and we are grateful for the positive impact it has had on our family.

The Learning Experience at Southlake, Gerri and the staff are amazing! A totally new, clean, and great location with a great curriculum. Gerri is transforming this TLE with her dedication, passion, energy and lots of fun taking it to the next level! She cares for everything and everybody, and it is such a joy to have her as the Director.

My toddler goes to TLE Southlake. It is brand new and sparkling clean, from the toys to the classrooms.They have a fun and stimulating learning curriculum for kids. She truly enjoys her time there and the caregivers shower our little one with affection and attentiveness. It's spacious and bright, giving them room to explore, and the parent-friendly policies ease every drop-off and pick-up. A+ all around!

Loving our experience with TLE so far our 3 year old absolutely loves all of the staff and the curriculum is exactly what we were looking for. I appreciate their dedication to safety and communication is superb. I know our kiddos are taken care of and loved by every person on staff.

My daughter has been attending TLE since October 2023. We love the teachers and adore the director. The director is an excellent and proactive communicator. She also changed one of the teachers schedules to start a half hour earlier to align with our drop off time because our daughter was having trouble adjusting to other caregivers during the drop offs. (She is very attached to this particular teacher!). The curriculum is also top notch and so well balanced - it's more than letters and shapes and it covers manners etc. I am so happy we found TLE.

My baby girl has been going to TLE for the past month and her growth in motor and language development is insane! She's almost 14 months old and she says so many words and signs them as well! She is always so happy to go see her teachers. Really great daycare!! I love and trust this place whole heartedly 💕
